 Leila Leila looked back down at her mug, staring at it as if she could see the future, or maybe the past, if she looked hard enough. She shook her head. "Not so much thoughtful as ingrained in me. I've been a slave to long to think of myself before someone else."

 Saphira shook her head at Leila's words. I believe that even if you hadn't become a slave you would still be a thoughtful person. She said sounding very sure of what she said.

Leila "Perhaps," Leila said, still staring into her tea. She raised the mug and took a sip. "I was taken when I was a child. I think I must've been six years old..." Tears started dripping down her cheeks again. "I don't know who I'd be or what I'd be like if I wasn't a slave. I don't even know if my family is still alive. Or whether they're still looking for me. They must've given up years ago."

Saphira gently wiped away Leila's new set of tears and lifted her chin so she was looking at her. As much as I know about families all I can tell you is I'm sure they tried their hardest. And if they have given up then that's a very large loss. She knew it must've sounded odd to Leila since it was coming from her misstress but she hoped it somewhat helped.

Saphira chuckled and nodded slightly. You're one of the lucky ones to end up with me now, before I had a change of heart I was a terrible person. She said being honest with Leila. Some images of her past days flashed by. Saphira shook her head slightly then looked back at Leila. And as for no one not caring, there's always someone who cares. You just gotta find them. She pointed out.

Saphira walked over to the fridge and grabbed the glass of blood she had out in there so it wouldn't go bad. She sat down on one of the stools behind the counter and took a drink out of the glass. I know its probably odd coming from me but I hope my words somewhat helped. She said with a small smile.

Saphira nodded and looked out the large window while taking a sip out of the glass. She then looked over at the clock and saw it was late. You can go to bed if you're tired, its late and I think we've both have had enough excitement for the day. Saphira said looking back out the window.

Saphira thought for a moment then shook her head. Not that I can think of, and if there is something it can wait till morning. She said with a smile. Saphira felt better and full of energy now that the moon had come out. Her pale skin seemed to almost glow and her face began to look as sooth as glass as it got later and later.

Leila Leila smiled gratefully. "Thank you, Mistress Saphira," she said. She really was exhausted. "Erm...if you wouldn't mind, might I stay out here for the night? I don't think I could manage to make it to my room right now."

Of course, I'll go get you some blankets and a pillow. Its tends to get quite cold in here. Saphira said getting up. She returned only seconds after she left and set the blankets and pillows on the couch. If there is anything you need I'll be in my office. She said heading toward her office at telling Leila good night.
