Snyder blinked. Those were rather interesting facts about himself. Then again, it made him sound not so... "real." It was rather odd hearing just one talk question his very existence when all he wanted to do was learn how to smile. Well, at least those questions would be answered in the future. For now, he simply needed to focus on the present.
"Expressions." Really, that was all he wanted to figure out. "What about you....?" That's right. Snyder never did catch his name. Perhaps he can make a guess about the gender. "... Sir?"

Peregrine.Elliott.Gray.Wellington.IV  Gray facepalmed. Did these kids understand the whole point of alchemy? Alrighty then. Well, he could still make a discussion of this. "Alright," he said. "Well those are some...interesting...desires. I'm curious though. Now, one of the founding principles of alchemy is that you take one thing and turn it into something better. What components would you use to create something intangible like manliness or linguistics or a, um, map to one's family member, or facial expressions?" The kid meant facial expressions, right?
"The thing about alchemy is that the components and the end result must always be tangible."
"Alchemy has its limits. It can't create things you can't touch with your hands."
Why were his students so weird? "So, you there," he said, pointing to Kamil. "What physical components and chemicals make up manliness?"

 Kamil Terrace ________________________Ehhhhh!? Why pick on Kamil?! Kamil paused and thought about the question carefully.
"I got it! It's got to be strength and ballgowns, right?" Kamil cried out, jumping up really excitedly.
Or was it strong bones? Calcium maybe? Did he want the chemistry? How about not wrinkled up skin? Nice skin? Good face? Kamil was seriously overthinking this? He wondered why everyone around him looked like they were facepalming right now.

 Veith Nezariel Well, Veith foresaw a stupid answer, but he didn't foresee how stupid. He could only stare at Kamil as the crazy merman shouted something about ballgowns (!?) and strength. What kind of impression of manliness did Kamil even have!?
Veith wanted to scoot away and pretend he didn't even know this guy. Even if he wanted to learn Sethrian's weakness, being friends with this idiot wasn't worth it, right?

Peregrine.Elliott.Gray.Wellington.IV Gray blinked. "Er...well, okay, a ballgown is physical, yeah. But--" he was cut off by the bell. Well, at least that saved him from humiliating one of his students by making him look like an idiot in front of the class though, well, Gray suspected he didn't have to help with that.
"Alright, class is dismissed for the time being. Next time, we will continue to work on the concepts of, erm, physical and tangible things that you can mix in jars and bowls and such. And perhaps we'll have the chance to transmute some liquids. Your homework would be to look up 'tangible' and 'physical' and ingrain their definitions into your entire being before I see you again."

.Sethrian.Terkynna  Seth couldn't quite help but quietly slap his palm against his forehead, shaking his head as he groaned inwardly. Kamil had latched onto the ballgown thing in an almost dangerous sort of way. He was going to have to try to talk to him about that. He was certainly not the brightest, but at least he was friendly to make up for it. And it did make up for it...mostly. He gathered his book and other things, standing and stretching slightly. "What class do you have next?" he asked Kamil. He wasn't sure whether to hope they shared the next class or not. It was sort of painful to watch Kamil stick his foot in his mouth time and time again.

"Just because I'm pretty......  Half awake.. Ayu tried to fight her eyes from shutting.. Whenever she ate much, she would finally fell into a deep slumber. While her body shakes gently to and fro, Ayu can still hear Mr. Gray, discussing and trying to explain what Alchemy literally means. “I got it! It’s got to be strength and ballgowns, right?!!” After that loud shout from Kamil, her body involuntary bent forward, causing her face to slam against her desk.. She’s already sleeping while half seated, but because of the impact; Dizzy and with eyes half-opened, she lift her body gently and yawn. That surely woke her up! What—what???!! What is he trying to imply to? Ball gowns?? Trying to have a good rest, her eyebrows wrinkled while she bit her lower lip, somehow she can perfectly hear what they have been discussing about, though Ayu starts to drift and lose her level of consciousness. What she hates most is being interrupted during her “sleepy” sessions. Is he trying to be funny??? Good thing the bell starts to rang and Mr. Gray dismisses the class, leaving enough homeworks for them to work on.. She stretched her arms then stood up.. "Now I'm hungry.." *rubs eyes then yawns* *walks and exists to the hallways* ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Kamil Terrace ________________________Kamil was still confused with the awkward atmosphere and the weird looks he got. Even Veith seemed to have averted his eyes away from Kamil. He was pretty sure he got the answer right. Only the manliest guy can be manly while wearing a ballgown after all.
"I have English next! I can speak the language properly but there are still differences between surface dwellers and merpeople so I think I still have a lot to learn. Every now and then some mer slang slips out from me so I have to try to avoid it or I'll look really dumb." Kamil explained as he and Sethrian headed out of the classroom to the hallways.

Manliness? What was that? And how did ballgowns apply to this so called "manliness?" Depending on the ballgown, strength might have been needed to trudge around with that much drapery, but still, Snyder was so confused. Perhaps he could simply lend the blue haired... person his if he really insisted.
After jotting down their assignment in a small planner, Snyder proceeded to walk out the room.

Gray had somehow managed to sleep in his class over night. He woke with some paper--with smeared ink--stuck to his face. And he spent the entire first period trying to get the ink off.
After cleaning himself up and finding some less rumpled clothes, Gray changed his eyepatch to a clean one and pulled his hair back before going to straighten the room and prepare for class. Students should start arriving any time.

  *.~*¨¯¨*•~.Renivere Heartily.~•*¨¯¨*~.* After trying to run away from the guns that kid had in his hands, Renivere had lost Misaki. Maybe she walks really fast? Well, it was almost time for class and Renivere didn't want to wander the hallways anymore.
She entered the classroom and glanced at the teacher with a bright smile. "Good morning!" Renivere learned recently that the proper way to greet someone in the morning was not "Joyful bright sun going up in the sky" but rather a simple "good morning." She was able to memorize those words and was saying it to everyone.
Then they would go and try to get in a conversation with her and Renivere could only stare dumbly back (with a smile of course) because that was as far as she could go with English.

Then turns to the yellow hair girl whom she had just met.. "Uh.. Good day-----" name? name?? what's her name?? It's her first time to see her.. As she sat beside the girl, Ayu lowered her head. It's embarassing! she didn't even know her name. And she's really shy to ask for it
....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Kamil Terrace ________________________After setting up the Manliness Club and filling out all the forms, Kamil was excited to tell Sethrian about the great club he had made. Kamil wanted to think that Sethrian's reaction would be an excited one, but knowing him, he might hide his excitement. What a modest guy!
Kamil entered the classroom. It seems like he was so excited to tell Sethrian that Kamil had beaten Sethrian to the classroom. But it looks like both Ayu and Renivere had arrived before Kamil. "Ayu! Renivere! Oh, and Professor Gray! Good morning all of you." Kamil greeted as he walked over to both Ayu and Renivere.

Peregrine.Elliott.Gray.Wellington.IV "Ah yes, hello," Gray said when a student entered. He thought he remembered her. Maybe. Hrm. "Please just take a seat wherever you like while we wait for others to come inside."
He finished up with what he was doing and went to lounge casually against his desk and wait for the others.
Since the discussion last time hadn't gone so well, he had thought maybe these students were all more practical learners. So they would try some small transmutations today. Liquid ones. And...well, he would see how that went. Hopefully their attempts would at least be entertaining.
Another student entered and he nodded to her. "Yes, hello. You may call me Professor Gray if you like, kind miss."

His face was sore from his earlier muscle exercises, but they certainly helped. After all, he was able to somewhat master two looks; one being a slight meaningful lovestruck smile and the other being a simple quirk of the eyebrows to express 'Do you even understand what you are even saying? Because I certainly don't.' The latter was a complete coincidence after Suzanne had launched into the strangest imitation of the prince from Cinderella, and Snyder was pretty certain that wasn't supposed to happen. That was Suzanne though with her habit of going completely off-track.
"Good morning to you all." Okay. This was the perfect chance to try his new expression, and so, he went for that small smile that looked as though he was completely infatuated with all of them. What exactly was Suzanne teaching him?
