I've been okay until recently. Just found out that the owner of our apartment is selling it underneath us and didn't have the decency to even let us know that he was doing it. I came home today and saw the big "for sale" sign just stuck in our front lawn. No warning at all. Nothing.

That's the exact same thing my parents' landlord did to them like nearly 3 years ago. I was still living at home at the time. We'd been living there for 16 years. And one day we woke up to a big for sale sign in our yard. It broke us. Not like the house can sell--he has them living in nearly unlivable conditions. It makes me sick. :c -huggle- Things will get better Darth.

Darth: That's horrible! crying It's so rude a lot of apartment owners tend to do that, but it's their business so they don't realize it @.@ I hope everything turns out well for your family, as I'm sure it will like Kat said!!

Thanks guys. I'm hoping that he's just selling the duplex and will let us stay as renters. As a side note, we are now looking for another place to stay, because he's pulled s**t like this before on us. Not selling it or something, but saying that he'll send a repairman to fix s**t and sending him without telling us (at 8am in the morning, no less) and treating us like we're lesser beings. I'm tired of it, to say the least. -_-
