"One of...." Mitsu's eyes trailed back to where the man had been walking but it looked as though he was long gone. At least what Shun said was true, he hadn't started anything but why would people that his father knew...'associates' be all the way out here?
Turning back to the reaper Mitsu slipped her hand into his, her fingers grasping firmly, though gentle enough not to hurt. She was getting better. A little hand hurt here and there but she had yet to do any serious damage. At least Shun understood. "Should we head back to the dorm?"

Thankfully, Mitsu didn't question things any further. It wasn't really a topic he wanted to dwell on. Feeling her hand in his, he squeezed it gently before nodding.
"Yeah, let's head back."
The rest of the way was uneventful at the very least. No more strange run ins with suspicious characters. Once back at his room, he let her in first, then walked in after. As he removed his jacket, a small slip stuck out of his pocket, though he didn't notice it.
Setting it down, he looked about, trying to figure out what to do now. His gaze settled on his guitar for the time being.

Mitsu had kept pace with Shun the whole way back to school silently pondering their mysterious run in. Nothing had really come of it though, it was just strange the expression Shun had regarded him with.
Upon first entrance to the room Mitsu didn't notice anything off at first. At least not until the sent of candle wax hit her nose. Eyes darting about she spotted the multiple unlit candles about the room wondering what was up with them. Her head even tilted curiously staring at them for a moment before her gaze shifted back to Shun.
The question was on the tip of her tongue, her mouth opening to speak. Instead she fell silent for a moment noticing something sticking out of Shun's pocket as he set his jacket down. While he looked at his guitar Mitsu moved in closer to his jacket, her fingers grasping the note and withdrawing it from his pocket to have a look over. She looked at it one way and then flipped it over to look at the other side seeing some sort of seal. "Shun....what's this?"

"Hm?"
Before fetching his guitar, Shun looked back to see what Mitsu was talking about. He frowned as she was holding a slip of paper with a certain seal upon it. Pausing at the sight of that, he slowly make his way over to take the slip.
"Che... It's the family insignia you could say," he murmured while staring at it. There was no denying that emblem. Though, he didn't elaborate on anything else there. If he go that, then he was going to have to contact his father in a discrete manner when possible. That wasn't something he really wanted to explain right now.

His family insignia. So it was from his family or more than likely his father specifically. Mitsu knew a little of Shun's violent past but not much of it. She did not open her mouth to question him further but the look on her face made it clear. She was scared for him and a mountain of questions were swimming in her head, none she was sure would be right to ask. It wasn't her place was it? But...she was his ghoulfriend. No, that didn't really entitle her to anything.
Standing in silence she lifted a hand to touch his arm lightly hoping it would see her concern and know she was worried. He hadn't explained anything further so she could only imagine he didn't want to talk about it. Maybe it was just a simple notice.

The look on her face, as well as that light touch was enough for him to see that she was worried. Shun wondered if he should go ahead and explain a little more. After a bit of thought, he decided to hold off for now. He didn't feel that now was the time to say anything further.
It might be said that he was a little nervous too, to say anything. Would she feel any different about him if she knew of his familial ties?
Grimacing at the thought, he shook his head and placed a hand over hers.
"Don't worry about it," he said quietly before moving over to the bed and grabbing his guitar, "Ah.. Would you be up for listening to a song or two?"

Mitsu tried to smile and nodded, though the worry was still there. At least he offered a solution to the problem. "You'll play for me?" Her face brightened, a hand reaching up to toy with the new gem that hung at her throat. It wasn't like she wasn't used to things around her neck. Her choker held her skull pin which now dangled a bit, but this...this was much more dear to her.
"I would love to hear." Mitsu moved over toward the bed to have a seat, looking at the reaper expectantly wondering what kind of tune he would play.

Glad the topic had been dropped, Shun took in a breath before getting the guitar in place. He took a moment or so to get ready, then began to lightly strum a soft tune. It wasn't a slow song, but it was still on the softer end of the spectrum for the most part. He was trying to tap into how he felt towards the girl, letting that come out with the music. A few of the things were still going through his mind, but he set those aside. First and foremost, he didn't want Mitsu to be worried. That aside, he wanted to see if he could something nice for her here. It had started off as a really nice night at the teahouse. He would rather it stay that way, rather than end on a note of concern and suspicion if possible.

A warm smiled touched her face and Mitsu closed her eyes as she often did when Shun played so that she could focus entirely on the notes of the song. It was easy to get lost in the gentle melody he was creating, her ears tilting and twitching as she listened. There was a slight sway of her torso in time with the music, enjoying it as it melted away her problems. She could hear the love in his tune his ability to express his feelings was much clearer and it warmed her deeply. They said eyes were the window to the soul, but Mitsu was certain music was the same.
As the song wrapped up she finally opened her eyes, scooting closer to the reaper to lean into him. "I always love to hear you play." She would have to play the piano for him again. The one day they had played music together had been amazing.

After the last note resonated, Shun looked towards Mitsu softly, lightly resting his head against hers.
"And.. I really enjoy playing for you," he said softly before reaching out to lift her chin, planting a light kiss to her lips. Lingering there for a little longer, he pulled back, "Would you like to listen a little longer? Or is that enough?"

Nuzzling her head up into his lightly, she rested there quiet and comfortable until he lifted her chin to steal a kiss. She sighed contently leaning into his touch as the kiss lingered, a faint blush hinting on her cheeks.
When he finally pulled away Mitsu slowly opened her eyes, almost sad the kiss had ended. She smiled all the same though looking at the guitar still in his lap. "I would love to hear more." She nodded. Hearing him play meant the world to her and she would listen for as long as he offered up the chance to.

Nodding quietly, Shun just took a moment before beginning to play once more. He didn't just play one song, but several for her. Each one was a different tune, but they all helped express how he felt nonetheless.
