The Popinator 0-Takashi-0 The Popinator I really like everyone, except Jacob. I don't care much for Miranda but, to me, she's at least tolerable. Anyways, now that I've played it a few times I never lose anyone, mostly just because that's just how I roll and I'm sort of a little bit of a perfectionist. ...Also, the death cut scenes just break my heart. Especially the Garrus one. D: I'm gonna regret asking but um what happens to him? I've always kept him with me (hes my favorite guy character) so i've never seen it The clip I've seen, of Garrus dying when you make the distraction team and he takes a hit to the stomach, he like slides down the wall and he says 'sorry Shepard, won't be there at the end. Snipe one for me' or something like that, and then his head rolls to the side. Garrus is, hands down, my favorite team mate (Wrex and Grunt come up as close seconds) so watching the cut scene was really hard. Luckily I always do the loyalty mission so I won't ever have to face that in game! so glad i didn't see that i have a tendancy to get really attached to certain chracters in games like this Garrus being one of them so i probably would have lost my mind had he died i nearly lost it when Tali almost fell off the platform when you kill the giant terminator thing. sweatdrop

I could'nt stand Mordin he talked waaaay to much for me, but i am a huuuge Tali fanboy i find that when she talks to much it's cute becasue it's a defense mechanism, Mordin just talked to much becasue hes smart and it's kind of in his species nature since they have such an incredibly short life span. But i can't say i wasn't a little dissapointed when he died on mine sad Theory(may not apply to everyone): People that dislike Tali probably like Mordin vice versa It's not that she talks too much it's that she whines, 'feel bad for me because I'm stuck in an enviro suit' which I'm sure I would if she hadn't always lived in one and would therefore be perfectly used to it! Mordin talks quickly because of his species, also didn't find that he talked THAT much, saying that I think I speak at about the same speed sometimes so ... Further to Pop's answer regarding Garrus it's possible for him to die on the Normandy too if you don't upgrade the shields, there's a video of it on youtube.

It is true, though, that she hasn't always been in the suit. There's A) birth; B) cleaning herself in sterilized rooms; C) getting it on with Shepard. xd

The Morning War was generations ago. That and frankly I side with the geth on that one, did the quarians never see the Animatrix? xd

at about 8:30 in Mordin becomes my best friend i just learned how to love him as a character and crew mate sweatdrop the cuddling part with Tali at the end kinda goes on for an awkwardly long amount of time O.o so uh i advise just skipping to 8:30 if you just wanna see what i'm talking about sweatdrop http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-uG7vw-Jno(would have made it watchable from the thread but it's not letting me for some reason D:<)

Hence why things that work on the main site don't work here. The GGN mods guild has been trying to get them fixed for years ... Gaia would much rather create features that don't work instead (I'm looking at you alchemy!). /end of off topic rant.

Well, let's see... The first time I had no idea that I was supposed to upgrade the ship. So I lost Legion, Thane and Jack right off the bat, but that was all.
From then on it's just been Jack, every time, because even when my Paragon bar is at max, the option during her fight with Miranda doesn't appear emo
So you know, she hates me 24/7 because I'm a good person.

The first time around I lost Jacob and the crew. I found Jacob to be incredibly dull but when he died i still felt sad that he was gone, and the crew.. i lost kelly then told em they could walk back on their own. oops.

On the very first playthrough of mine I lost Miranda on accident, but then in future playthroughs I lost Thane (only once on purpose because a glitch had caused me to fail his loyalty mission..he was too depressing to keep around after that ;___; ), Mordin, and Legion all on accident.

I've done 3 playthroughs, and I haven't lost anyone yet, not even on my Insanity run.
I do plan on killing off Tali in my 4th playthrough though, since that Shepard will have romanced her, and then I want him to be forced to move on without her to be comforted by another character in the third game. We'll see how that goes.

Jacob was an incredibly dull character, I don't think I'd have been too bothered if I'd lost him. I only replayed after losing the Miranda because I also lost half the crew. XD
