Sadly for Jerry. The relationship between him and Molly hadn't reached at the point where outrage of any sort was plausible just yet. Thus Jude jumped up to his feet and waved at Jerry cheerfully and started to head right for the water where he proceeded to make a swim for it.
...Good going.

"I'll just- wait... WAIT! WAIT JUDE JUDE I WAS KIDDING OH GOD JUDE COME BACK!" Jerry flailed, shrugging out of his jacket and wrenching off his sweater vest and shoes as he leaped across the sand after him.
Ok. Maybe he wasn't cut out to be a therapist, per say.

Jerry had just told Judith he'd take care of Molly and everything thus the weight was flung off his shoulders as he began to splash forward into the unknown depths of the water before him, "I'M COMING! JUST WAIT FOR ME!"
Essentially Jerry had let the princess know that everything was a-ok now in spite of all the things they talked about a few minutes ago.
Then there was Jerry coming after him and he stopped, "But why!? You said I could go!" The water was frigidly cold but he felt none of it right now.

"I was!" Jerry gasped as he tripped at the shock of cold water, a wave crashing into his side to knock him over. "Just kidding!" He sputtered as he scrambled for the surface again, shaking in the frigid water as he made a quick grab for Jude as he had paused.

He didn't hear Jerry's words as he continued to wade deeper into the water to where he could take off swimming. Princess Judith was now focused on one thing and one thing only.
Home. Going Home.

"Jude! Jude wait!! Oh.. oh hell..." Jerry made a frantic scramble for his cell-phone, which he probably should have a long while ago... but realized to his dismay it was in his coat pocket left on the beach. This moment of disappointed horror was fortunately cut short by a fresh wave knocking him clear off of his feet, dragging him deeper in the undertow.
A moment of silence under the water, and his head broke out into the air again with a frantic gasp. His glasses were soaked, impossible to see although he scanned frantically for any sign of red hair while frantically trying to find the ground, "JUDE!" He choked, clawing at the waves as he was thrust under once more.

"Oh just swi--...Jerry? Je...rry?" Judith had looked back to tease the other Jerry about not swimming but then noticed something was wrong when he saw Jerry get taken under by sheer luck or just simply being stronger Judith hadn't been taken under.
If Jerry hadn't said to Jude that he was a friend there was even less of a likelihood that Jude would have cared to go back for him but Jerry had and somehow this broke through some of Judith's delusions and he was a little bit more...Jude.
"HANG ON," was a cry Jude made as the Death Hunter dived into the chill waters and moved toward where he could barely see Jerry's form swimming more determinedly he made a grab for Jerry's torso and made a bit of a struggle to get to the shore with his friend.

By the time Jude managed to get to him, Jerry had gone quiet and limp. He was nothing but dead weight, even as he was dragged to more shallow waters.

Judith dragged him a bit higher up on the shore and quietly poked at Jerry a bit, "Hey! Hey! Wake up!"
"Boomer, c'mon. Up and at 'em." Judith tried to coax Jerry with a bit of firm nudging.

Judging by how he wasn't breathing.... Jerry was not a very strong swimmer. And probably had swallowed a bit too much water.

Judith listened to Jerry for along moment kept trying to watch and poke and then when it was certain he wasn't going to awake on his own there was a bit of panic welling up in his heart.
What to do?
At the risk of doing more harm than good he began to prepare Jerry for CPR. His hands clumsily making chest compression before he pried Jerry's mouth open so he could breath into his mouth.

The good news was: After a few tries, it seemed to work and Jerry squirmed, coughing frantically.
The bad news was: It involved vomiting water and he definitely had just been mouth to mouth with yet another man.
Trying desperately to ignore the last bit, Jerry rolled over, coughing onto the sand and shivering as he gasped in sweet, sweet oxygen. "You're not...! A dolphin!" He managed to rasp before flopping down again.
Hey, at least he wasn't dead.

Good news? Jude managed to move away barely in time as he went in for another breath of air into Jerry's mouth.
Bad news? He wasn't a dolphin.
;A;
"I am so," he muttered quietly as he moved and nudged Jerry to his side so he could safely vomit up water without choking on it before letting Jerry flop however he wanted.
He was cold and he felt horrible, "Are you alright?" The cheerful Princess of the Dolphins had turned into a more somber version after what had just happened.

"Been better..." Jerry rasped, keeping his eyes clenched shut for now. The salt water on his lenses didn't make it easy to see anyway, and he didn't quite have the energy to fix the problem. After a few moments of just happily sucking in oxygen, he managed to pull himself into a weak sitting position, at least. Even groggy, his mind returned to the important issue at hand... well. He had at least gotten Jude out of the water. Even if it hadn't been the way he had hoped. Now to just get him back to the facilities. "I... er... could use some help.. getting back to my room though..." He managed with a weak smile.

Mallaidh “Molly” Finn had been out for a walk…it was one of the few things one could do to pass time it seemed that wasn’t training.
But that was alright, she really liked walking! Especially along the beach! She didn’t get such liberties before she came to the island, so she really appreciated it now. The young woman was swinging her arms back and forth as she stared at the shoreline, but tilted her head as she caught sight of two figures flopped out on the sand. Was…someone swimming? Wasn’t the water really cold still? Curious, the Mist trainee approached, and looked rather surprised to see Jude and another young man in the sand.
“…Oh! Hello there!” She called out cheerfully, bringing her fingers to her cheek. “Were you two swimming? That uh…seems pretty refreshing!”
