Cyrs RavenUser Image

User ImageCyrs burst out laughing as she stumbled into the club, not actually caring she was fifteen minutes late.

Again.

She was feeling more lively than normal, maybe due to the amount of throwing things at people and party, but she does this daily so it can't be that. No, it was something even more amazing that all that combined, it was awaiting sound of her bass getting pounded around the room and into people. It was really fun to watch, really, especially when the room starts having a fit because of it. Cyrs cranked her neck and snapped her fingers and fixed her glasses, "yo Mari, Autumn, what the hell is going on? I sense a distubance in my vibe, and I don't like it." That's when she saw the boys crowding the stage, which made her lips twitch into a smirk. She lowered head so her eyes were visible, chuckling to herself. "Hey, where did that dude get his hair done? It funny as hell, is he sure he's in the right club? The Rave Hall is three streets down." Cyrs quickly got bored and got herself a beer, the bartender completely ignored the fact that she was only eighteen so he could keep his nose unbroken. She took a quick swig and leaned on a wall inbetween Mari and Autumn, knowing she might have to step in and stop a temper tantrumn whenever Autumn gets pissed at the lead signer of the other band who she properly nicknamed "Purple Head."

She took out her phone and checked the time, 10:03, they were supposed to be playing in about five or so minutes, and the jack heads were totally slowly them down. Late or not, Cyrs always got ready the quickest, sometimes because she just wants to get the show over with, other times, she just does it to piss everyone else off when she has a shitty day. For the first time in ages, she was actually getting pissed about not being able to set up on time, and for someone as lazy and forgetful as Cyrs, that's a great feet even within itself. But great feet or not, these people are still not moving, which will end up badly for everyone here. To distract herself, Cyrs petted Mari and bent down to match her height, "so how long have these freaky deaky wannbes been here? I am now curious." She smiled her usual creepy smile of hers and stood back to look around more, taking note of the three other guys. One looked like a cross between a stupid surfer and a 60s dancer, another looked a depressed emo high school kid, and the last looked like a ton of blueberrys got washed into the guys hair, which made her laugh quietly to herself. "Man, they make me feel slightly normal...eww, weird. But seriously, Yayoi, do you know anything either?" She crossed her arms.

Come on take a step closer and I'll show you what my world is like.
_______________________________________________

Caleb remained with his back against the wall near the stage, his gaze traveling over the crowd that had rushed forward to see the members of their band as they made their way to the stage. The keyboardist didn't really mind them so much, since it was nice to know that some people were actually interested in their music...but he also knew that one of the reasons they all cried out for them was because of their band leader. Haru was the kind of guy that would attract a lot of attention, whether it was from guys or girls because of his flamboyant nature and the way he dressed. Caleb didn't mind so much though, because it was just the way he was, and everyone in the band had totally different personalities.

The males attention scattered for a moment as he caught sight of Yang passing by, and glancing in his direction before leaping up onto the stage to find whatever position he wanted. The others silence sometimes unnerved him, but he never complained, seeing as he could be that way at times as well when he wasn't in the mood to deal with people, which he often wasn't. Next thing Caleb knew, he was being confronted by Haru, who told him where to set up. The stage did look a lot smaller then most of the others they had played at, and in a way, this displeased the Keyboardist, who, like the drummer, required quite a bit of room to set up and be able to play. He had to admit though, that it was a good thing he only brought the one keyboard this time instead of the two or three he usually had with him for performances.

The male leveled his gaze at the purple haired leader of their band, and nodded, pushing away from the wall and moving towards the stage. Once there, he slid the stand up onto it, and then placed a hand on the edge, launching himself up and over so that he stood there with his back facing the crowd. Caleb felt even more disappointed by the appearance of the thing once he was on it, estimating the amount of space he would need to leave for the drummer and the others. It could work, he knew, but he never felt comfortable standing directly in front of the drums during performances, because the constant beating pounding in his ears, no matter how nice it sounded, eventually put him in a mood to punch the nearest person.

He knew Haru was probably just teasing him about the ideal of his ears being damaged by the sound, but he didn't find it all too funny when he often went home after performances on such small stages with a pounding headache and the drummer and him on bad terms. He hated getting into arguments with the drummer, or anyone else in the band because it always caused problems later on down the road. 'Then again, I haven't gotten into an argument with him in a long while. I'll just keep my mouth shut this time and concentrate on the music. After all, it isn't his fault that I end up with a pounding headache. It's the people who make club stages so small. Where is our drummer anyway?' He wondered in his mind as he reached down to pick back up the stand so that he could set up his keyboard. The male hoped he would get there soon, because if he didn't it would cause a few problems for the band.

Once he was in place, he unfolded the stand and set it up before him, then got to work on pulling his keyboard from it's case, and getting it situated. Every once in a while he lifted his gaze to watch Haru and the girl who had suddenly come rushing up to him as though he were a stain that had offended her. Caleb became slightly tense, readying himself for the women's attitude. She seemed angry about something, and he really wasn't looking forward to any fights breaking out at the club between the two groups. Hell, the keyboardist didn't even know who the others were.

"Looks like we might have some trouble tonight..."

He said loud enough for the other two on the stage to hear. Caleb kept his gaze locked on Haru and the girl who looked as though she wanted to tear them to pieces.

Where was that kid? They were supposed to start now, but their drummer was nowhere to be seen. Who knows what this crowd would do if they did not start on time. Haru would rather avoid getting into a riot that would end up in their band's expel from this club. It was a good club where a they performed a majority of their shows, plus it was probably the first place they ever booked a gig. It was a bit of a sentimental place, but not much since the layout of the stage sucked and the club seemed to be too small for the crowd. The singer let out an irritated sigh as he made a note to himself to give Matt hell later... Haru was planning all the ways he could tease his drummer when a blonde girl hopped up onto stage and growled at him. Well, maybe she didn't growl, but she sure was pissed. He stared at her for a moment, looking her over. She didn't really look like she belonged to a band, and what was she talking about that tonight was supposed to be theirs? Haru had booked this night for his band over a month ago. Also, he had been told that they were the only one's performing tonight.
"I don't know what you're talking about? As you can see, we've already set up so the stage is ours. And what band would that be? I only see my band," Haru replied blandly.
He wasn't really in the mood to argue with this girl so he kept it short and sweet.
"Run along now, we've got a show to perform," he continued, turning his back on the girl.

Jack let out a chuckle as he nodded at Yang before turning his head to face the crowd, flashing a smile at his little fangirls. He then slung the strap of his guitar onto his shoulder and prepared to play. Looking up though, he could see the girls from earlier and they looked quite angry. "Aw, poor things. Too bad though, we got here first, eh Yang?" he said, loud enough for the bass guitar to hear as he turned his head to look at the guy.

Right at this very minute, Autumn Summers was about to lose her cool and punch the damn purple top in the face. "We booked this gig half a year ago, it was definite that it was ours," she retorted, not giving up on this, she'd work too damn hard for this not to work, all because Nicole couldn't f**ken make it to the club in time. "What band? no band's complete without their drummer," she smirked.

Autumn's eye narrowed as she folded her arms over her chest. "I have my band here, they're down there, ready to kick you guys off the stage while crying for your mothers," she remarked. Autumn couldn't believe the nerve of this guy, he had treated her, Autumn Summers, President of Summers Companies, known all over the world, like a child. "You can't beat me in either, brains brawn or beauty," she chuckled, she loved to hurt people's feelings or make life hard for them, especially the ones she hated.

Autumn didn't bother with yelling out their names, it'd kill her company or something along those lines. Autumn dialed Cyrs's number and waited for her to pick up. "Cyrs, I think we might need to fight for our position as the only band here tonight, bring Yayoi and Mari, I'll call Nicole again and if I still get her voice mail, I'm going to drown her in the sea," she said into the phone as she hung up and called Nicole again, however she kept getting her voice-mail. "Shut the f**k up you weird surfer slash 60s retard," that was it, Autumn's very very thin line had snapped and she was freaking pissed.

↙↙ A breath of sighing came out of the keyboardist lips as she heard Mari sing Yayoi's name. It was somewhat to be expected sadly. Her name was almost a fun to tease her with. However, Mari was possibly the only one who used it which didn't seem to pester the black hair keyboardist. Rather, Yayoi would shrug her shoulders as her way of responding to Mari.

Yayoi's eyes wandering off to Autumn, Yayoi could on feel a sweat drop to the back of her head. It must have been embarrassing to the guitarist's ex to be completely humiliated. However, Yayoi did not highly care about the old pairs relationship, but it surely was fun to see a cheater get busted out in the open.

Agreeing with the two, Yayoi followed behind Mari as they entered the club. It size was small which must have meant it was a bit cheap. The space was too highly occupied by the crowded and the noise of pathetic girly squeals. The squeals eerily bothered Yayoi's ears to the point the girl would want to scream. Yayoi sighed deciding to stay away from the annoying crowd before she would resort to give them glaring.

Yayoi's eyes followed Autumn carefully as she approach one of the boys. A skin feeling in her skin bothered her again. Yayoi felt a strong tension in the air as Autumn approached the purple haired guy. From the look of this distance, she could already feel how their guitarist was feeling.

Suddenly there a was loud burst of laughter Yayoi knew quit well. A laughing voice that gave off slack and too much laziness. The laughter was almost a loud siren or instrument to her ears. Hey black eyes turned to see their bass musician, Cyrs. To Yayoi's perspective, she dressed quit well that stood out in the crowd. An outfit and Cyrs' voice that seemed to fit her perfectly. However, the fact that Cyrs arrived late was not pleasant, but almost a daily performance habit she did every gig. Cyrs' tardiness would tick the other off-including Autumn due her strong commands as to be sure to have all of them arrive on time.

As Cyrs became within range of Yayoi, the keyboardist took notice of the bass players actions. The bass player was in a rather overjoyed mood. A mood that would spell for an amazing performance only Yayoi and the band would love. Placing her hands in her pocket Yayoi listens as Cyrs began to speak from her usual arrival of greeting to her immediate comments to the boys' hair on stage. Yayoi listen to Cyrs and Mari and could easily detect an immediate hint of anger in it. However, Yayoi could not blame them though. Yayoi was also rather displeased with how things were going. Sadly, she wasn't one to throw out her anger like their guitarist, Autumn. Hearing Cyrs' question at the keyboardist, Yayoi sighed a bit slipping a bit of her tensing body filled a somewhat strong needs of frustration.

Eying at they boys on stage as to keep an eye on their guitarist, Yayoi spoke, "I don't really seem to understand, but as I had arrived her before you, Cyrs, I found these boys already outside. The boys went inside and already started to set up on our stage. They must be thinking this is their gig even though, obviously, it is ours." Yayoi emphasized on the word "our" as to her way of growling lowly enough for her band members to hear while narrowing her glaring eyes at the boys noticing Autumn's anger gestures. "Girls, it seems we may have our own little rough housing party soon."

A sound so quiet,

Haru stopped when the girl began to snap out rude remarks like an angry little chihuaha. He glanced back at her and sneered. He could not believe that there were girls who acted like this so openly in front of a large crowd. Also, he thinks the microphone was on too... Haru walked towards her and bent down so he could look her in the eyes.
"What a nasty personality you have. You're such a pretty girl but you ugly yourself with such remarks. Also, I'm pretty sure a place like this does not take reservations in a year's advance? It's not that prestigious like you make it out to be. We were here first so the stage is ours," Haru stated with a cold tone.

As Yang turned back to Jack hearing him speak he found the band currently overwhelmed by women...just his luck. Jack had mentioned something about them arriving first, technically this was true and by that fact they were already set up. The snooze-you-lose theory came to mind, and as Yang found himself thinking about it as a theory he began thinking on how to write a research paper on it and make his school life easier. He had a habit of getting distracted easily but the noise of the blonde woman quickly would kill that. Threats? Was she a child, or was she taking advantage of the fact that most men would never lay a hand on a woman and using that to talk big...or maybe she really was a talented fighter? Of course that portion held no merit to Yang being that he was quite the fighter himself, however again brought the dilemma of her gender.

However his response was fairly simple as he simply nodded to Jack again no words exchanged however the fabled grin that Yang had displayed was once again reduced to the bored stare that he was most commonly known for, Peace was good while it lasted, he thought silently to himself. As Haru looked to him he looked away, his stupid nervousness always got the better of him.

He looked out into the crowd apparently this pop looking girl was a part of a band as well. He despised her type, much too bubbly, much too cheery, she seemed more like she should dress up for the fans and sing for a group of schoolboys, but then again, if that's what the kids were into. Another was out in the crowd with a set of drums on a push cart, he had to give it to her, she was more timely than Matt, this was true. It was the girl that yelled to him outside of the club. PLAYING...SHE SAID PLAYING!, he thought to himself, and by his nervousness he had probably seemed rude, he had to undo that somehow, he already had a bad enough reputation. Being that their attention was on the stage his eyes met hers and all he could think to do was lazily bring up his right hand beside his head his fingers slightly curled in a lofty motionless wave. In his head that signaled, Sorry, he didn't know what it would mean to her, but he had tried and that's what mattered. His eyes drifted to the shorter one, a dark haired girl with headphones on carrying the materials for a keyboard set up. Yep...they're a band all right, with late members just like us so this blonde one must be crazy. He liked the shorter one's style more though, it was pretty simple, but he loved the headphones she wore and thought that maybe he should get a pair of his own in a different color, after all he was always listening to music, his headphones sucked though. As he contemplated this his eyes drifted to the one with the rainbow hair and immediately the curled wave came to his mouth and though his face still had the bored look on it he was most obviously stifling a laugh at her appearance. He liked to think of her style as what would be referred to as a punk rocker, but with he style he could only think of her as a rather tall leprechaun her hair being the rainbow and instead of a pot of gold at the end there was...well her hair came to an end at her breast so he supposed that would be the pot of gold. This thought entertained him even further and caused him to laugh a bit through the stifle but he did manage to keep the same face and the laugh was mostly blocked by the closed hand, he was fairly sure that Haru and the girl in his face would be able to hear him, absolutely sure Jack would but being that his silence was so profound usually and these little jokes were entirely in his head he was unsure of what they would think of his laughter

Jack rolled his eyes at the young girl's words, before he heard Yang laugh. Yang, laugh? Well that was quite a surprise. He didn't think the young man was capable of such an emotion. But perhaps tonight was different. Walking over to Yang, he patted him on the shoulder, before hopping off the stage and making his way through the ground, using his guitar as a bit of a 'plow' to move the people out of the way, before slowing to a stop beside Haru. Smiling, he leaned foward and looked the black-haired girl [Yayoi] directly in the eye. "Now, now, like Haru here said. We were here first, so beat it." he said, nudging the girl's head with his finger.

Mari Zamiya
Badass Drummer

Mari kept quiet throughout the whole thing. From the tension building to the face off between the two bands. She just pushed her drum set closer to the stage and stood by Autumn. This was very unlike her since she was usually the one to blow her lid first but she knew better than to start something in public. She had already been sent to juvie when she sent a couple of boys from her high school to the hospital a year ago for harassing her.

All the precautions got thrown out of the window, however, when Mari saw one of the boys from the other band [Jack] nudge Yayoi's head with his finger. This did not sit well with the short drummer so she jumped in between them and shoved the guy back.

"Better watch where those fingers go or they'll end up in your a**." Mari warned Jack, glaring at him. Her fists closed tightly and ready to get thrown.

As Jack patted Yang on the shoulder Yang ceased his laughter realizing he was acting out in public he watched Jack leave the stage all was good...but where was he going. Off the stage, into the clearing crowd over to the small dark haired girl and...he was raising his hands...No, Jack, don't do that thought Yang helplessly as the fingers went towards the little girls head. Yang hated the look of bullying and that if anything looked like bullying.

Yang immediately jumped from the stage and made a beeline through the crowd to Jack, just after the slight impact to the girls forehead Yang's hand reached up a slight firmness to his grasp but gently all the less a message to Jack nothing rude, just a message stating, This isn't how we do things.. He stepped around Jack and faced down the drummer though his actual stare did not change from the same monotone that he showed to her outside his gaze was just as harsh as hers for the threat to his bandmate even if it was justified. However he could only maintain this gaze for about thirty seconds before he looked down sighing as if he didn't really care when in reality he just couldn't look at the woman any longer. His face covered by his bangs was actually blushing slightly. Emotion in them by the fact that he had any courage to join his bandmate at all. He then shook his head slightly and looked back up to Jack his eyes looking into Jack's then gesturing towards the stage. The stage was theirs and Yang would never allow anyone to take it. However a fight with women was not the way to claim a stage nor the reason he became a part of the band.

↙↙ Not doing a single protest or a small dodging, Yayoi accepted the boys' guitarist's nudge at they girl keyboardist. At first Yayoi had almost the instinct to either slap, kick, or punch the boys' guitarist. Sadly, this situation would not fit Yayoi at all. Violence was never the greatest or smartest move. No, violence in her book was considered a stupid rule unless she didn't have a choice. This situation in a crowd of people, however, would not be wise. There would be nothing, but chaos. A chaos that would resort to getting police and kicked from the club. A risk Yayoi would not want to happen.

When Mari interrupted Yayoi, Yayoi sighed as it had seem things weren't going to turn out easily. Yayoi shook her head before placing her right hand upon Mari's should to leave the left one in her pocket.

"Don't let your temper out so easily or you'll make a fool of yourself, Mari." Yayoi warned before looking back at the boys' guitarist who was suddenly stopped by the boys' bass guitarist.

Yayoi's stare went upon the boys' bass guitarist, but a bit more a careful stare, as it had seem that her action and then endangerment of his band member. The boys' bass guitarist type was a definite look of a high school student. Although, his attire in Yayoi's eye wasn't very natural or normal, but a bit lazy and defiant. However, his actions were confusing Yayoi's mind as he was positively opposite of how he seemed to dress. There was the saying of not judging a book by its cover was the first thing that came into Yayoi's mind. From the difference in stares, Yayoi noted how the boys bass guitarist seemed to not be a strong compared to Mari's.

Sighing once again, the female keyboardist, Yayoi rubbed her temples with her left hand, 'Hn, this is bothersome.'

Autumn rolled her eyes, did this purple top really thing she didn't know that this place wasn't a prestigious academy or whatnot. "Of course, but when you own some like Summers Companies, reservations are held and are to be kept," she hissed, her silky blonde hair fell over her face as she looked at the irritating piece of work in front of her.

"And who said that cute girls need to be all damn bubbly and nice? seems your stereo-typing them because I can be sure that they're all equally as tough and mean as I can be" she sighed, moving her hands from just under her bosom to her hips as she leaned forward. "Just because you maybe a bit sexy, doesn't mean every girl you meet will fall to your feet," she said, the young blonde wanted to snap the damned purple top and weirdo surfer slash 60s retard in half, especially since that guy just poked her sweet Yayoi in the forehead.

Nicole looked down at her watch. "SHET! I'm late, get outta the way, hurry hurry hurry." She rushed in her car and through her purse on the seat beside her and turned the car on quickly, trying to where everyone else was. The girls were probably worried sick.

Nicole rushed out of the car, grabbing her purse and rushing toward everyone else. "Sorry guys, honest, I lost track of time, and why the hell are they here?" Nicole glaced at the guys.

Matt, too, lost track of time, sleeping of course, until he turned she head to notice what time it is. "s**t. Haru is gonna kill me." He quickly got out of the bed, slipped on shoes and a black t-shirt, and got into his car, driving at top speed and hoping to god he didn't get pulled over.

Matt got out of his car, and noticed the girls and Haru, he already looked pissed enough as it was. "Sorry man, I lost track of time.
