TysonKiera scanned through the pages and stopped at a page titled 'Key of Destiny'. He was stunned once she mentioned the Keyblade and chosen ones. "Whoa! So those things we were holding... were called Keyblades? Wait a second.. D-Does that mean.. That we're... The chosen ones?!"

-Voice: Awaken warrior... Awaken and heed destiny's calling... You have been chosen to protect the light of your world. You and many like you will encounter trials that will seem perilous and dangerous. But do not fear... You hold in your heart the key that will bring forth the light... Use that light and mold your path. Use that light to protect the things you cherish the most....-Faust: Hmmm?..... Where am I?....*Faust looked around and saw nothing but darkness. Where he stood he saw murals of his friends and a giant one of himself holding a mysterious blade of light. Suddenly three pillars appeared before him and each one holding different weapons. Faust walked into the center and looked at each of the weapons -Voice: The staff of the mage, wielded by those gifted in the art of magic. The shield of courage, wielded by those who have the desire to protect their loved ones. And the sword of Ruin, wielded by those in search of the power and courage to defend all that they love and value... What will you choose, and what will you sacrafice?-Faust: I don't know how to use magic... So I sacrifice the staff for the blade of ruin!-Voice: And your path has been set for you... Choose carefully young warrior... The light and darkness are opposing forces... Two that might be of great use to you if you master them both.. Take your light and brighten the world of darkness.... Remember... No matter how you might feel despair.. Look to the light and you will find the courage to continue on. *Faust sank slowly into darkness and began struggling to break free but he heard the voice speaking again.. He was engulfed by darkness and he began to vanish from the strange world*

Faust Alexander III-Mom: Faust.... Faust sweetie wake up! You're going to be late for school! *Slowly opening his eyes Faust quickly sat up right and held his right hand out.* -Faust: Key... Blade?.... Man what a dream. That place, that voice, and the darkness..... *Sigh* No more all nighters for me... *He quickly sprang out of bed and was greeted by his pup Zanders. He knelt on one knee and allowed Zanders to jump on his lap and lick him on the face. Faust smiled and began laughing.* -Faust: Easy there Zan! You're going to lick my face off! Come on let's go see what mom has cooked in the kitchen. *Zanders acknowledged Faust's request and happily followed him down to the kitchen where he was greeted by a big bowl of his favorite dog food* -Mom: Sleep well last night?-Faust: Yeah, just had some weird dream about shadows and keys. Hahaha!-Mom: I told you to keep off the late night junk food.-Faust: Yeah yeah mom. he replied mockingly. -Mom: Don't you yeah yeah me boy! Now get ready and make your way to school! Don't forget to turn in your research paper today!*Faust quickly hurried upstairs and readied his things. He made his way downstairs and kissed his mom good bye. He looked at Zanders, whose face was covered in dog kibbles, and saw his pleading eyes.* -Faust: Hahahaha, Zan you don't need one man! Keep mom safe will you boy?*And with that he left the house and grabbed his skate bored. Before he made his way out his mom called out to him. -Mom: Have a good day Faust! I love you!*He quickly turned around and smiled* -Faust: I love you too mom!"My name is Faust Alexander III.. And this is my story"

Kiera" What else could we be? High on something?" Kiera said sarcastically. She grinned at Tyson when he gave her an annoyed look. She thought for a moment, leaning on the table. " Should we tell Faust? I mean, we are all besties and all..."

TysonKiera then asked if they should tell their friend, Faust, about this. "Hmm... Well I guess we could trust him. He's our best friend after all, and best friends shouldn't keep secrets from each other, right? We shouldn't let him out of this. Oh, and he's a pretty smart guy. Who knows? He might know something and help us with information. Let's tell him later today in our usual hangout while eating ice cream, okay?"

Kiera" That's if we make it..." She flipped the book closed. " Let's go, before the Heartless come in here." She said, putting the book in her bag. When she said 'Heartless' it felt normal...

TysonKiera said that they should leave before the Heartless get them, as she grabbed the book and put it in her bag. "Uh.. Right..."They came out through the window the same way they came in.

Kiera" Let's go find Faust now... it dosen't feel right here..." Kiera said, and shivered. A few Heartless were hanging around, so Kiera silently bought out her keyblade.

TysonHe noticed all the Heartless wandering around the streets. But this time there were more, and in different shapes and sizes too. He summoned his Keyblade cautiously. "Whoa. They just keep increasing in number! And some are in different forms from the one we were fighting before. Hey, look. Those Heartless has that same symbol on their bodies like the symbol we saw on the book. So they must be the Emblem Heartless the book was talking about."He walks along still holding his Keyblade tight and watching out for Heartless. "Hey, did you notice something.. odd? Are we the only ones who can see the Heartless? I mean, other people just seem to act normally as if they don't notice them. If they did, everyone should be running around in panic by now."

Kiera" Oh really..? They must have at least noticed the sky..." She noticed a massive heartless pull itself from the ground. " This is getting worse!" A massive chunk of a building broke off and hurtled skywards. Kiera jumped forwards and pointed her keyblade at the heartless. Suddenly, everything stopped... The people froze, a bird in mid flight stopped, A kid falling of his skateboard was stopped before he hit the ground... " Oh my..." Kiera looked at Tyson, who seemed as surprised as she did. She slashed down on a heartless. It disappeared, but everything else was stuck.

TysonMore Heartless kept popping up and started to ambush them. They got their Keyblades ready, but everything except for them seem to froze in place as Kiera pointed her Keyblade on a Heartless. "Whoa... Wh.. What happened? Kiera... Did.. Did you do that?"

Kiera" Ah... I think I did..?" Kiera said, staring at her key in wonder. " Ok, for the first time, I'm scared. What if I can't reverse it?!" She shook her head, and told herself to get a grip. " Lets go get Faust, were getting out of here."

Kiera" Oh God, what if I did!?" Keira started to panic. She had a thought. She waved her keyblade in the vague direction of his house. " I can feel (that sounds so weird!) if time has stopped. A part of time is still moving there... I just thought of protecting the people and stopping the heartless..." she shrugged. " Faust would have noticed if we weren't at school. He should be here by now..."
