Jordan
At the first mention of magic Jordan looked away from the manual. Her eyes darting first to Morana and then to Adriel. Well of course you couldn't really see it happen but that's beside the point.
"Really? You could do that?" She exclaimed looking to the man for confirmation. That would definitely be quite helpful indeed. As long as he didn't break it. Actually what if he did break it. Could take weeks to get replacement parts sent in considering the exotic nature. It was custom made so it's not like they could just drive down to the nearest department store and pick up a new one.
"Well I'd appreciate the help. Y-you know what you're doing right?" Jordan continued recoiling just a little at her own imagination of him destroying it.
"If you could do that I'll start hooking up the hose." She continued, calming her nerves. He seemed nice, surely he wouldn't do something so careless. Surely... With that Jordan reached into the cardboard box once more and pulled out a long hose with a sort of rubber mechanism on one end. Was a pretty useful design actually allowing it to form a good seal with any faucet. Carefully unraveling the tube she eventually hooked it up to the bathtub. Although the process wasn't particularly complicated things tended to take a bit longer with the suit obscuring her vision and sense of touch. Basically picture putting something together wearing mittens. It would take you forever. Naturally Jordan was a bit used to this by now, but with diminished senses over correcting was always a bit of an issue.
Several minutes later she returned to the room to see how the magic man was doing. It would be pretty cool if he happened to be done, considering it'd take at least an hour or two to fill up. Not to mention the bed would take quite some time to sink. Worst case scenario she'd just sleep under it if it insisted on floating past her bed time. With innerspring mattresses like this, they actually were heavier than water, but there were practically a balloon. Until all the air escapes there was no way it'd drift to the bottom. Submerging an entire bed in water may seem weird to most but it was actually pretty efficient. The only obvious downside is no one can use the bed from that point forward.
OOC: Probably could have just put it together to save time, but appreciate asking permission anyway.
