Offoffoffoffoffoffoffoffoff! The word was repeated, glitched and stuck on loop in Merope's mind as the ballsnake's grip seemed to get tighter and tighter. The simple sensation of being embraced made Merope's scales crawl and itch, making him crave a shower. He didn't want to think about the last time he was hugged, nor did he want to remember the feelings it gave him. He locked them up tight and sunk them deep into his subconscious, refusing to meet them and acknowledge them.
But then the tree began to sing, and the ballsnake... released him? Merope stood stunned before shuddering, fins clamped down tightly against his back. "N-not again. Not again!" He shook his head violently, reaching up to snatch his minipet off of his head. "I said not again!"
The minipet was dropped, his fins snapping open wide as he lunged towards the ballsnake, arms outstretched and talons at the ready to swipe. While he was a creature of Fear, he was currently being driven by fear.

"Hold on mon cherry! I shall dispatch of this tall creature and then we shall be together forever." He took a step closer. "Forever." But then? His wildest dreams came true. She (of course dat foliage belonged to a ghoul) was in front of him. He rushed her then, so overcome by his own passion that the boil was completely forgotten. "YOU CAME BACK FOR ME!" The sound that came out of Merope's mouth wasn't a word or statement of defiance. It was a pure yowl of rage and fear as he clashed against the ballsnake, striking it with all he had.
...Of course, it would help if he didn't fall face-first onto the ground, completely missing the ballsnake in question.
As the creeping Christmas tree rushed the creeping bush, the creeping bush turned and high-tailed it out of there as fast as its creeping little legs would allow it to run. Creeper x Creeper: denied.

A mournful wail built up in the tree's throat as it tried to give chase, but his stump as even slower than the minipets short legs. Whirling around he faced the boil. "You! This is all your fault!" And he charged. Creeping Christmas Tree Damage: 6 HP: 10/10

The ballsnake ignored Merope's cries. It was going to cuddle that poor boil if it was the last thing it did. The ballsnake laughed as it coiled around him again. Ballsnake Attack roll: 2 d12 Damage: 1 HP: 6/16

As soon as he hit the ground the boil wiggled forward and hissed, lashing out pathetically with his hands to strike at the ballsnake.
He wasn't prepared for the tree's counter attack, yelping and curling back as the tree merrily stomped all over him.

The ballsnake didn't care about Merope's feelings because Merope never cared about its feelings. It squeezed and squeezed, clinging tighter to the undead boil for the last blow. If Merope wouldn't be friends BALLSNAKE WOULD SQUEEZE HIM. FOREVER. Ballsnake Attack roll: 2 d12 Damage: 9 HP: 6/16

Ballsnake was so...ballsy. He was a pretty good friend, taking out the boil that had ruined Creeper's chance at true love. For good riddance Creeper stomped on him a few more times. "That's for taking her from me YOU GENTLEMAN YOU." Creeping Christmas Tree Damage: HP: 10/10

As the insanity-driven creature wrapped tighter and tighter around him, Merope felt the sound rather than heard it. It was a sound that began as muted hum, deepening into a groan. Then a crackle and snap. Merope grew shock-still as he realized the source of the sound, but by then it was too late. With a final crunch the undead boil was squeezed, popping into a flurry of Fear as he dissipated between the crushing grip of the ballsnake and the thundering stomps of the creeping Christmas Tree.

Yeah. Ballsnake was such a boss. It felt so satisfied with itself that it decided to roll out rather than go for the other boil. It didn't need the reaper boil. "Hey man I'm' rollin' out~" And so it did. Ballsnake Attack roll: 2 d12 Damage: HP: 6/16[ exit ]
