Levi caught up to West, chasing after a fallen Sibyl. Atta ghoul! Looks like a might good hit tame! Leaving behind hit some rather curious prints, she bounded atop the piling snow just as their school ... librarian showed? West had been smacking the tree surprisingly well with that stick, and when the librarian had at it, the joyful creatures became stunned. Bul was the first to have at the tree using the same snotty balls of snowballs he'd tried on her once. This looked to be an excellent display of his abilities. YEAH BUL! Ya'tell that thing where'ta go!Then there was a giant rock flying by. Of course only West would be that careless. Aye! watch yer thrown' em thar! Lei looked at Sibyl all of a sudden- repeat the launching? No... instead, Levi took to hitting at the tree more directly with her tail.  HP: 35/40 Damage: 5 Target: Tree

and then...
...the music stopped. As did the enemy monsters. The treezilla and pink scout cease to move or react. All is still.

That... was quite anticlimatic. Bul stood there after pummeling the Treezilla with his snotballs and watched as everything seemed to freeze and tense up.
"Guys... guys this doesn't seem..." he paused and narrowed his eyes.
"Right. I feel like we should move, when things just freeze up like this we get ******** rocks dropped on us or scythes run through our spines.."

A little shocked to see one of the school librarians here, she was even more shocked to see him walk off and leave them to it. Did he even realize they were in a battle? From the looks of things, he didn't. Well..in any case, thanks to his back hand to the tree, it gave them all an opening again.
When Bul moved to attack again, Mei attempted to regain her balance. After all this, it was coming back slowly. s**t..she would just leave this round to them. She needed a minute to sit down.
Hell! they got more than that! The JOY creatures froze completely, without a moments notice! "What..happened?" She asked, blinking at creatures. Even the music seemed to stop--everything was at a standstill! Well, everything except for themselves. Having to agree with Bul, she nodded and rose to her feet. "I..think your right."

"M-Must-" The robot rose first, followed by Treezilla, but none of them made any move to attack. Instead, their movements were unpredictable, almost erratic, "Destroy..." Their voices sounded almost like it had static in the background; that or they just got a sore throat.

STAYING!
What the-
Before Bul could turn tail (literally) with Mei back down the hall, the Treezilla and Pink Scout started to.. fade. He'd seen this before! Or at least something to this effect back in the Domain of Time when they'd fought the strange repeat bosses from the haunted mansion. He remembered a great overwhelming feeling from it too and gently elbowed Mei before she'd gotten to far from him.
"Wait wait. Remember this? Remember something like this?" he asked quietly. "Isn't it familiar... just a bit?" he then turned back as the creatures began to move and snarled. "WE are going to destroy YOU!" he cried and pointed at them threateningly. "Get ready for it. Cause I'm about to bring on the rain. Again."
Er.. he wasn't going to do it just yet actually. Though that didn't stop him from attacking still. It was his own version of feigning his FEAR towards them, and instead went natural form and chomped his way at the Trezilla's trunk. YEA HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT??

Staying
It was only when Bul lightly nudged Mei, that she stopped to see what was happening. The dolls lips parted slightly, watching as the creatures colours began to fade. Why? She had no idea. This did NOT happen when they were in Christmas town. This was completely new--but not entirely.
Nodding to Bul, she stared at the creatures a moment longer before answering. "Yes, I remember. I don't get it though..why would they..?" Her voice trailed off as she retreated into her thoughts. None of this made sense to her. (when did it ever?) Whatever it was, she did not like. Not one bit.
Bul was already on the tree, biting down hard into the bark of its trunk. For the moment, Mei hung back. Hopefully this time around, if needed, her fear healing would be of some use.

Staying!
The things just went silent; she looked to Mei, Bul, West and the plump little seal (aka Sibyl). Don't know- they don't really...
Sure, they weren't moving, but they'd just been moving, right? This sort of action reminded her of when a critter played dead. She creeped closer ever so slowly to the pink scout when both of the things suddenly came back to life. Only- different. Woah! What's gottin' in'ta- The way they moved had her eyes darting around to follow their movements. So random.
Bul said this was something they'd perhaps seen before? It took her a while to put the two together, but the half beast was right. It's like that time! Red. When Red fell and returned anew. Only not the same. Somewhere in these were the same critters they'd been fighting but there were most certainly changes now.
She watched Bul attack the gigantic pine, but kept a watch on the pink scout. Would they continue to attack together or separately in these states?

"Destroy.... Must..."
Treezilla yelled out in pain at the attack, and started to hop up and down to get Bul off; eventually, it swung Bul away, sending him flying towards Levi. Meanwhile, the robot had all its gun out, the Pink Scout inside pushing at the levers like some sort of a mad scientist.
"Gone... Gone..." And a volley of snowballs started hailing down at the students, "Gone."

APPROACH SON
Even though he had moved away from the tree in the wake of Bul's snot attack, he wasn't more than twenty feet from the leafy creature when it creaked to a stop and the ground beneath them began to clank. It wasn't a reassuring sound, but West didn't care. It didn't take long for their enemies to start moving again, and even though they sounded weird and this whole situation was more than a little worrying, at least there were things to hit.
Or be hit by. Ow.
West was knocked back to the ground where he took a moment to stare up at Treezilla. Hello, Treezilla.

Levi's careful watch was interrupted by a flying half beast. Yelping at the fully formed Bul's collision into her (spikes and snot. SPIKES AND SNOT EVERYWHERE), Levi fell to the ground, immediately trying to roll him off of her.
Clever tree...
A diversion? She successfully held and rolled with Bul only by the aid of her tail pushing her into the motion. The boil was heavy. Once quickly establishing that Bul was indeed conscious, she thought right back about their opponents. Spinning around when she got back up to her feet, Levi sped straight for the very thing she suspected the tree didn't want her attacking- the pink scout. The pin had tried to take her off her mark and Levi saw to reestablish that target. Levi gave the jittery bot a kick in the shin.

RARAWWWWGRGRGHHH!!!
The half beast roared out in agony at the icey cold snowballs that began to pelt him and his friends and bristled his spines (mostly from the temperature) and locked his tail around himself for a last minute shield though it wouldn't do him much good.
It was a good thing West and Levi chose to stay! Thank jack, cause there might've been a lot more trouble if he and Mei had been left alone again, Not that he couldn't make a run for it but only I oocly know that he couldn't.

Pelted with a round of snowballs, Mei brought up her arms in hopes of fending off the worst of the attack, with no success. s**t that hurt!
Thankful to see that the others had stuck about to fight with them, Mei reached for a random object, and tossed it in the direction of the pink scout. It was unlikely that it would do a lot of damage, but it was better then nothing. Next round, she might want to think of healing instead. Especially if it was to be another round of this sort of attack. They would be screwed.

Sibyl had been left petrified by the boil's question and followed beating on the tree. Thankfully she didn't have to answer. Things happened. Weird things. Snowballs hitting her in the face things. So mean!
"Why are they all gray and stuff? Did they fall in paint? Oh noes! We needs to clean them!" And how did one clean things? With water!
...
With WATER!
Sibyl had dramatically flapped her little fins and looked around, confused. Snow was water. Where was the water?! She sighed and suddenly looked translucent and rubbery, an arm popping out from the top of her little seal head and grabbing the bag that had been tied around her tail. The ghoul acted quickly, putting on layer after layer of clothing while removing her seal skin until she was able to wrap it around her shoulders.
She pouted and put her mittened hands on her hips. "These guys aren't very nice!"

"NOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo!" The Pink Scout wailed loudly as the feet of the robot went stomp stomp stomp, sending snow and glitter flying everywhere. Suddenly, however, it stopped and promptly picked up Treezilla by the tree trunk, holding it like a bat as it continued to wail, "PAY! DESTROY!"
The Robot then continued to fire snowballs at all the students, although it did stop at Sibyl, "D-D-DIE!" It brought the Treezilla-bat up into the air, and then brought it down on the year 1 student.
