Yeah, she was a total tumor. Zee didn't mind. However, she was kind enough to heed his request. "Mmmmmkay..." Zee murmured, slowly climbing up to sit on his shoulders, her chest sitting atop his head as she wrapped her arms under his chin. She flicked a finger under the elastic of the g-string that he was wearing as a hat, chuckling darkly. "I knew they'd look good on you, darklin'." She purred with a cheeky smile. Anything attacked/attackers should note: Zee is now sitting on Lou's shoulders. Not attacking again yet.

"And then when you get trapped inside of a burning building you can't get out of everybody dies, the end. Seriously, don't you have a brain??" Shehk slapped the reaper upside the head lightly for the lack of foresight. She'd nearly been burned to the ground once because of a damned yellow door. She wasn't going to repeat the incident this year.
At all.
She adjusted her fabulous hat on her head, noting when Lou commented on her being 'the chick with the tits'. Shehk looked down at her shirt. Yeah, those were indeed tits. She definitely had them. And now it seemed like her course of action was turning into a fashion-statement of sorts.
"Looking good!" she called out, before she climbed up onto the plant display to get to work on her next task.
"Alright, we definitely need to get more cover going in here." She noted thoughtfully, taking a deep breath before she started to exhale. It was a long and steady breath that seemed to go on forever, but the more important thing was what came out of her mouth;
Fog. Billows and billows of it beginning to fill the area.

 Marigold had lost sight of the feathery person she'd spotted from the bookstore. She had wandered about aimlessly, trying to make heads or tails of where she was now. And that's when the tree started attacking. Something about the sight of a tree attacking upset Marigold to the point she began squawking and screeching in such a painfully high-pitched tone. Perhaps it was high and painful enough even the tree would have felt it.

When the group he had been idling near dispersed rather quickly, Cody did not really take much notice. He blinked his slightly-crossed eyes and gave them a wave as he idled around the front shops. If nobody was going to help him, he might as well try and find the music store by himself. His wanderings were so rudely interrupted by the smell of peppermint, and his cheeks puffed out as he covered his nose and mouth with a large, long-nailed hand. What was that disgusting smell? He turned back towards the front area of the maul, and spotted a large, grinning tree.
....
A large grinning what, now? And people were battling it? Now that was an interesting change of pace!
Cody made his way quickly towards the action, and immediately spotted large, papery wings - rather poorly-concealed from the tree behind a large pot, in the jiang-shi's opinion. Hard to miss those wings!
"What's goin' on, bro?" He asked the paper-winged incubus rather loudly when he hopped over, but his eyes followed his line of sight to see a number of others attacking the tree. A wide grin crossed his stitched face.
"Now this is what I'm talkin' about!" The jiang-shi hunkered down, baring yellowed, sharpened teeth at the tree, before taking a sailing leap right at the grinning tree. "Yaaah!" He raised his arms to come bearing down on its stupid, joyful face.. only to accidentally grab the light fixture above and throw himself off balance. "Woah.. !" He landed somewhere close to where the incubus had been hiding, doing a tuck and roll as he landed. "Ughh.." Not his best move.

"Well both ways seem to imply we die." He pointed towards the stomping tree. "Frankly I like idea where it burns down. But that's a personal thing." Slowly he climbed out after Shehk as she started to blow out a smokey fog. He had to admit he was impressed by it.
"While I'm all for cover. But False has his point, we need to start really debating fighting or something." He hopped up between the two youths cocking his head towards Shehk, "We have to fight sometime miss. We can't just sit here..."

Zar pointed at the tree in what he hoped was a helpful, if terrified manner as the Jiang-shi approached and asked him what was going on.
"Tha-" he cut himself off as the other boil took a flying leap towards the tree, only to fumble. Zar had a strong feeling he wouldn't do any better, had he even had the..bravery to attempt an attack of his own. He still thought anyone attacking the monstrous tree had to be crazy, but at least he gave them points for effort.
"At least you are still in one piece" he offered helpfully.

Ralph had planned on going to Worst Buy for a gift for his dad, but no, this stupid tree decided it had a thorn up it's trunk. He had just been walking in, thinking the Maul had gone overboard with the smell of mint in the air, when the tree had started it's rampage.
Looking around, he saw others. Some were hiding, others were fighting, and two were...throwing panties? His cheek metal grew heated at the sight. He saw another ghoul throw....a fanged box? These people were so wierd~! But he realized...most of them were ghouls...he could impress them~! And you bet his shiny metal a** that defeating this offending tree was how he was gonna do it.
Taking up his wind-up key, he threw it like a metal boomerang. He pumped his fist as it chopped off one of it's green boughs. He was so gonna own this thing.

"Yeah, guess so." Cody sat up and rubbed the back of his head as he replied to the incubus. His hand reached up to brush through his hair and frowned, readjusting his hat and ju-fu talisman. It was important to keep it crammed as tightly on his head as he could to keep the talisman close. With that done, he slid over closer to his conversation partner.
"Gonna camp back here for a bit, dude," he announced, and scooted to join the incubus behind the pot without waiting for an affirmative. He peered between the leaves at the dancing tree. "Some messed up s**t goin' down here, what even is this." Cody shook his head emphatically then glanced up at his companion, his slightly-crossed eyes focusing on the boil for a moment. Then it seemed as though a light went off in his head. "Name's Cody, by the way!" He offered a hand, disregarding that this might be a silly time for an introduction, a thought which occurred to him later. "Figured might as well know who's on your side 'n whatevs." The boil shrugged.

Status: The Tree looks down on all the shoppers in a number of ways! It gives you all taunting chuckle as a number of JOY-filled creatures fall from it's branches and run out of the area! New Round! Cumulative damage is back down to 0!

"Okay, kill the tree." Shehk decided suddenly, shifting the 'hat' on her head as it suddenly birthed a bunch of 'small' creatures out on them, making a face. She made a face.

Ugh, how... uncouth. This whole thing about having to attack or be attacked didn't settle well with the ghul and he frowned at the tree, or frowned as much as a person with sewn lips could frown. His cheek flaps frowned, and he stopped out of the way as the tree kept flinging things.
He didn't even try to fight back, instead merely shifting his weight here and there. Fighting meant pain, and Richard didn't do pain.

Marigold continued to screech in utter dismay as things came out of the tree. W-why were things coming out of the tree that weren't... well... the normal things that come out of trees? When she turned to flee, she accidentally knocked a display piece towards the freaking foliage, and when she looked back to see what happened, she ended up running right into a pot and tripping onto the other side.
The undead ghoul instinctively began to flail, squawking and trilling in panic as she fell onto a hat-wearing boil. "Sorreeeeee!!" she cried, struggling to get to her feet, only succeeding in flailing her limbs against the hat-wearing boil and the horned boil with him.

As poke readied herself to attack the Tree again, she suddenly saw a Wolf looking ghoul unleash a plume of fog. It was a interest concept, and she she was complety sure what the ghoul was trying to do. Give them some cover? Maybe, but she wasn't worried about if the tree saw her or not.
Shrugging, she tried to get close to the tree again so she could fight it. She almost did, but was quickly foiled by the wave of JOY creatures suddenly coming out from between it's branches.

"Oh, well thanks." Lou huffed sarcastically as the ghoul crawled up to his shoulders. The sudden weight on his head made the boil grin like an idiot. This was much better.
The vampire offered a wink in Shehk's direction before immediately turning his attention to the tree. "Hey buddy... Don't be so stiff!" *BA DM CHH* Shooting back momentarily to the morning wood comment he'd made prior. Was now a terrible time to be joking? Certainly not for Lou! In fact, ANY TIME was a good time for a joke. Even when delightful little creatures started spewing out from the tree's orifice. Eugh.
Alright. It was time to aim for an eye. Now that his arms were free of Zee's legs, it was much easier to acquire and aim another pair of panties. "Eat this, you son of an armchair!"
The panties flew through the air with a surprising intensity, though it managed to once again not hit anywhere close to the tree and instead landed on a certain potted plant.

Alette blinked as the tree seemed completely unfazed by anything. He backed up carefully clearly trying to decide between fight or flight. Turning his head to shout at Zar to run. Before a sound came out of his throat he'd realized the boil was already long gone. " ...Zar?.." The pitiful question squeaked out of him as he'd realized he had been deserted. " Zar?!" He shouted. Partly in panic and the other part disbelieving that Zar would do such a thing. He could swear his heart were pounding up in his throat and his vision seemed to thud with each beat. The booming in his ears as thoughts that Zar would NOT do that and something MUST have grabbed him coiled around his mind and SQUEEZED. " ZAR!" This time he shouted with dire urgency in his tone as he instead began rummaging through the area in search of the demon.  My HP - 30 Damage Dealt - ? Collective Damage to Boss - 4 Anything attacked/attackers should note - Wandering away from tree in search of pain-in-the-a** friend.
