"Have fun John Windwalker! I believe in you!" The Moon Hunter had finally figured out how to disentangle herself from the pile by taking off her coat, to reveal she was wearing a fuzzy red-and-green reindeer sweater underneath.
"Oh look, some of you are standing close to the mistletoe," she began to skip towards them, "I shall give you a good luck kiss of goodbye tidings..." There was no mistaking her look as she bee-lined towards Marcus and Otto.

Cass immediately stepped between Julie and Marcus, obviously not inclined to argue about being underage (Marcus had already made the point), and more bothered by the fact that Julie wanted to kiss her boy. Which left Marcus with Cass's back pressed against his chest while she made faces at the eccentric Moon hunter.
"You need to save your kissing for Bix and Harrison!"

"NO." He backtracked very quickly, grabbing Cass and happily using her as a shield. "I have a girlfriend, thank you. See?" A kiss for Cass. "Okay, we are going now-"
AKA: GET THE ******** OUT OF THERE.
Time to go to the lighthouse portal.

Mitsletoe?----oh s**t. The crazy lady was heading for him and Marc--- Marcus had a body guard.
Now, how opposed was Otto to getting a free kiss? Slightly opposed, seeing that Julie was crazy! Maybe if it had been a girl with a less crazy eye going on. "Uh, yeah. Busy busy. Gotta go." Otto made a mad dash to follow Marcus and Cass.

"Yep, he's taken!" she added, seeming to preen at her quick defensive-kiss from Marcus, before waving to Julie and booking it out of there on Marcus's heels, grabbing Gale and Ryan as she fled, tapping Dakota on the shoulder as she passed him. "Time to work on cardio!" she challenged, before breaking out into a dead run.
Somehow, she imagined Julie would catch up with them relatively quickly.
"Do we even have money to buy alcohol with? Should I go grab my stuff from my room before we leave?"

Ryan liked Christmas and everything, but this was taking it too far. It looked like Santa's workshop had exploded all over Julie's room! How did she even get all of the materials here, let alone afford them?
He wasn't even bother to ask about the reindeer and instead shook his head along with the others.
"Uhh... yeah. Same here at the underage part."
That aside, how would not getting beverages mean disaster for Deus Ex..? Sounded to him like this was more a personal favor. Whatever. Six hours from now and it would all be over... and then there was nothing that would stop from going back to sleep!
He didn't resist when Cass dragged him along, instead he followed willingly while yawning. He wasn't going to stay behind anyways. No way! Not with Julie and her insane Christmas fever!
"Umm... money aside, how are we going to even buy it? Last I checked you need to show a license to buy that stuff. If we're all underage..." His words trailed off and he groaned. He was too tired to think about it. Maybe they could just whip out their weapons and steal the damn stuff.

If he hadn't been awake, he would've thought Julie's room looked like a huanting from the Christmas fairy of too much christmas spirit.
Secretly, he was Terrified.
"Defenitly underage." he sighed as he nodded in agreement with them, 17 =/= 21.
He watched though as mistletoe appeared and she made a beeline for Marcus and Otto. Thank the lords. Was all he could think, His first and only kiss from this place would kindly stay as war's.
The tap on his shoulder from Cass made him raise an eyebrow before saluting Julie. "Better luck next time Jewels!" He grinned as he broke out in a run after Cass, who was dragging the two shorter boys with her.
"No time for your room Cass." He was grinning as he trotted next to her, "Unless you want kissing missy over there catching us!"

"If she kisses me, I'm punching her lights out." Cass replied flatly, but grinned anyways, obviously having a bad poker-face. She'd always give in to the devilish grin in the long run and her thoughts were easy to follow for the most part. Except when she made Ghostbuster references nobody else seemed to get. Alas!
As for how they would purchase alcohol while being underage, Cass scratched her chin. "Well...that's.." Hmm... that was definitely an issue, now wasn't it? "In case of emergency, I'll pull out a distraction technique." she suggested. Wait, Cass had distraction techniques?

"Please, no kisses," interjected Gale with a rather exasperated expression - except he didn't really have time to do anything, or even look at what they were supposed to find before Cass had grabbed his arm and dragged him off, along with the rest.
It was only then that he actually glanced over at the crumpled paper. And then everyone's comments made much more sense.
"Errr...yes, I'm not...quite of age yet," said Gale. Then he added, with a slight smile "Though, actually, if someone above the age of eighteen is present, I'm allowed."

Marcus did not want another 'steal s**t and run' type thing to happen. He had been there, done that, and was now openly mocked for it. No thanks. "Maybe we can bum a guy to buy it for us. Either way, I still have some cash left on mark card." He pulled it out of his jacket and tucked it into his boot. "Yeah, this time? I am so not making that mistake twice."
But still, the chances of them finding a guy- And Cass- "You are not going to be flashing someone I hope." He really hoped not. "Anyway, since Julie saw fit to send us to get booze," he lifted the not, wincing at the heart. Julie you were a moon hunter but you kind of a creeper, and thus creeped him out. No bueno.
"We'll need to handle it carefully. Last thing we need is to get caught by the cops."
A little while later the merry band of underage booze fetched arrived at the gate, Marcus looking already set to 'miserable'. "Hello?" There should be someone on duty here.

When Marcus expressed that he hoped she wouldn't be flashing someone, she snapped with one hand. Clearly that had been the exact battle plan.

The woman on 'Lighthouse Duty' looked up from her cell phone, saw the trainees all gathered around the portal, and said not a single word more or less as she simply gestured towards the exit.
When the trainees arrived on the other side, figuratively speaking, they would be rather thankful to see that they had been so dutifully planted right in front of a liquor store. In fact, the giant neon red letters "DUTY FREE LIQUOR STORE" kind of, sort of gave it away, if not the large building that covered nearly half the entire block. It was in not exactly the most commercial of streetways, the occasional scattering of people walking back and forth, too absorbed in their day-to-day lives to comment on the trainees. A couple of feeble attempts at holiday ornaments and Christmas lights decorated some shop windows.
The double-doors into the store clearly marked "ENTRANCE" and then a large warning sign in red saying "IT IS ILLEGAL TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 21".

Dakota grinned as they reached the exit, making a touchdown sign as they entered the portal and was subsequently dropped off.....right in front of a liquor store.
"Is it me or did we get really lucky?" He looked at his team mates as the appeared one after the other before gesturing to the old shambled joint.
"And dude, this place is severely lacking in the Christmas decoration, Julies little workshop of Christmas horrors could be put to better use here...."
"So....Now what.....?"

"Same mistake? So you've done this before?" He asked, making a mental note to ask Marcus about that one in detail later.
Once they made it to the lighthouse, he passed through the portal and stared up at what appeared to be their destination.
"I think I've seen enough decorations to last me a life time after seeing Julie's work."
This was great and all, but they still had the age problem to deal with and after looking at the sign it was pretty clear that none of them were of legal age. It was too bad they didn't drop them off in Ontario. If they had, their problem would be solved because Marcus would be able to purchase the liquor, him being the legal age and all there.
"Nice of them to save us the trouble of having to look for the store. Now... do you think going back and asking for fake ID's would be pushing our luck?" He added sarcastically.

What a bright and absolutely horrid looking place.
"Dude, can't we be arrested for being out this early because we're minors?" Cass commented, rubbing her hands together in the cold. s**t, she should have gotten a jacket with sleeves when she got promoted. Why hadn't she? Because she was stupid, that was why.
But still, that was a huge liquor store.
"There are like..six of us. There is no way in hell we're going to be able to 'sneak' 10 bottles of...s**t, what is it we're getting again? This is going to be a nightmare!
Are you sure I can't flash whoever is working? At this hour of the morning, I'm sure it'll be effective!"
She seemed serious about it. Completely..and totally serious about it. Forever. Forever serious. Which was probably why it wasn't going to work..or be allowed at all. Marcus had already expressed he'd prefer it if she didn't do it.
But still, they were going to need like.. a basket and some epic poker-facing.
"Whoever looks oldest is buying, I think. Less likely to be carded."
She hoped.
