Eva didn't seem at all insulted by his comment. In fact, she simply laughed, pulled off the hat and sunglasses and obediently setting them in his hand. Or rather, she put his sunglasses in his hand--the hat, she pulled down on his head, the brim facing forward. "Reine and I will drop by on the day of the gala to make you dress up, then," She promised, "I guess you can change back now--wait."
Her tone suddenly became serious as she held up a hand. Looking around the room to make sure that she hadn't left anything, she started to shuffle towards her door while still facing Otto. She reached behind her and struggled with the door knob for a bit before it finally opened for her. More shuffling, and she was standing in the hallway, with only her head poking into the room.
"Okay, you can change now! Glad that you're going, puppy!" She smiled brightly at the boy before retreating into the hallway, pulling the door shut behind her.

A hat with the brim facing forward? That was not the Otto way! With a grunt the boy pulled the hat to the side like he wanted.
He stared judgmentally as Eva seemed to change her mind about letting him change back, his eyes following her as she cautiously backed out of the room. What was she...
...oh. She wanted to make sure he didn't change in front of her again.
"Yeah whatever.." He mumbled, making quick work of getting out of his suit now that she was gone.
