But, they kissed as other characters. I am still waiting for Castle and Beckett to kiss, as their real characters.

Yes, but that would symbolize that they got together. If they did get together, then they would be exactly the same as all the other America dramas where the two leads got together. But then again, many people watch this show just to see the chemistry between Beckett and Castle and bashing after each episode when they do not.

Seeing as how both Beckett and Castle are standing on their own two feet in the preview, I would say they live too.
