Lord Gabriel Lenshe of Bristol Kingdom  Lord Gabriel moved forward and embraced Julian tightly. "Well im glad to hear the thought of it doesn't frighten you." he said, covering Julians mouth with his own and kissing him deeply. He pulled away and released the boy after a moment, smilling at him and took his hand. "However, regrettably I am in now condition for that kind of act at the moment." he said, removing his royal cape and lifting up his shirt. A wrapping of bandages went around his torso, starting at the top of his chest and ending just above his naval. They were slightly bloody and needed to be changed soon.

Julian tilted his head back and lowered his eyes to half mast, opening his mouth to Gabriel's kiss. Being the first in line to the Asperia throne he wasn't allowed to have a love interest unless it was decreed by his father and since it never was, this was his first kiss and experience with romance. So this is what a kiss feels like he thought in a slight daze, when Gabriel pulled back he suppressed a moan of protest and bit his lip. Julian's brows drew together in confusion until he saw the wound on Gabriel's stomach. He gasped his eyes growing wide with shock and reached out to lightly brush his fingers over the bandage. "My Lord! what happened?" he frowned disapprovingly and began leading Gabriel back to the bed "It needs to be bandaged again and properly taken care of" he said his tone serious and holding no room for argument.

Lord Gabriel sighed as he sat on the bed. "Do with it what you want, however, it is not a story I feel the need to discuss. It was just a little argument over a royal matter and I happened to get scratched in the prossess." he said, voice a little bitter on the last few words. "Anyway it's not that big of a deal.." he said, grabbing the end of the bandage and beginning to remove it. "You had quite the journey here," he said, deciding to change the subject, "You must be hungry. Would you like me to have a servant bring you up something to eat?"

Julian's frown was fierce as he looked up with bright blue eyes at the man that was to be his husband. He didn't know a lot about Gabriel and was curious from the start but his invasive answer and swift change of subject only heightened that curiosity. He knew better than to push for answer so he lower his head and returned his attention to the 'scratch' that was no scratch at all. He probed the wound lightly and decided it need to be cleaned, he summoned a servant and asked for water a clothe and any liqueur that was around. Usually he wouldn't be brave enough to take charge in someone else's home but he was more concerned with the well being of Gabriel. "I will eat when you are taking care off" he said curtly turning to the door as a servant brought the desired items. He placed them by the bed and began dressing the wound when it was washed he took a clean piece of clothe and poured some of the liqueur on it "this will sting my Lord" he warned before lifting the damp clothe to the wound. He wiped it and when he was satisfied he dropped the clothe and began bandaging it again.

Lord Gabriel winced when the cloth was applied to his wound but he didn't pull away. "Really it wasn't that bad, but I appreciate you cleaning it.." he said after the new bandage was applied. He hadn't realized how irritating the wound had been, but now it felt much better. He leaned forward and wrapped his arms around Julian, pulling him forward into a tight hug. He buried his face in Julians hair breifly before releasing him and standing up from the bed. Putting his shirt back in place Lord Gabriel took Julians hand and led him too the door. "Now that im taken care of, what would you like to eat?" he said, before pausing. "However, as much as I would like to provide you with the best our cook can offer, we are unfortunatly running low on supplies. The servant that we sent to fetch neccessities has failed to return. If he doesn't return soon we can presume him dead, and I'll have to find another sevant worthy of going.." he said, loosing himself in his train of thought.

Julian hadn't expected the embrace and his eyes rounded slightly. Gabriel's bold actions always caught him off guard and left his heart racing...not that he was complaining, it was a welcome change from the stiff men of court who would look at him longingly but never so much as brush him. And thought he hadn't had any feelings for any of them he always admired a man who could be honest to himself. Lord Gabriel's hand on his stopped his derailed train of thought and his attention snapped back to his intended. He stood and let Gabriel led him forward. The mention of food made him realized how hungry he truly was and he placed a hand over his stomach. He tilted his head slightly as he looked at the Lord and blinked blankly before snickering lightly at the way Gabriel trailed off. "Well, chin up my Lord I'm sure he's just running a bit late" he said smiling softly "as for me I will anything you have to offer" he assured the Lord. Perhaps he was being naive, after all he was raised by over protective parents so it wasn't impossible, but he liked to think positive whenever he could.

Lord Gabriel rubbed his chin thoughtfull and sighed as they walked down the grand staircase to the kitchen. "Im not so sure about that." he said, though he didn't go into explination as of what he meant. Being the ruler of a big kingdom had its ups and its downs. And at the current time the downs were greatly outweighing the ups. If his servant had not returned by tonight he had no choice but to pronounce him dead. Lord Gabriel was fully aware of the troubles the neighboring kingdom was causing, and he knew they had sent countless assassians down on his men recently. He saw no reason why they would skip out on this one. He tensed visibly and grit his teeth. He couldn't keep loosing men this way. None of them deserved to die in cold blood. He promised himself if this servant didn't return he was going to do the errands from now on. He didn't want his faithful servants to die for him just because he was too lazy to go to the village and get food for his castle. Lord Gabriel sighed and tryed to relax himself. He didn't want to worry his new house guest.

Julian walked closely behind Gabriel, his hand trailing down the stairs railing just in case he lost his balance. His brow furrowed at the Lord's response and he couldn't help wondering if there was something Gabriel was keeping from him. Julian picked up on Gabriel's ridged posture and could tell something was definitely bothering, a look of concern blanketed his face and he reached out to lay his hand against Gabriel's back in a reassuring touch. "My Lord?" he asked softly concern layering his tone. His blue eyes where a shimmering pool of curiosity as he looked up at the red haired male.

Lord Gabriel Lenshe of Bristol Kingdom Lord Gabriel smiled down at Julian and waved a hand in there air in a meaning of it not being a big deal. "Sorry. I often get lost in my train of thought." he said, laughing uncomfortably. "I was just thinking...If my servant doesn't return I will be leaving for a few days. You don't have to worry about anything in the castle, I'll take care of it when I get back. But if you have a problem ask one of the servants." he said, squeezing the boys hand as he led him into the kitchen.

Julian felt slight panic rise at the Lord's unorthodox suggestion, that was unheard, a Lord running errands...it was simply not done. Not to mention if something did happen to his servant, he would be in danger too. And he's already injured... Julian thought glancing at Gabriel's stomach, he let Gabriel lead him to the kitchen but food was now the last thing on his mind there must be something I can do to help his Lordship Julian thought biting his lips in thought.

Lord Gabriel paused when they were in the kitchen and turned to face Julian. He realized that his words were troubling the prince and he didn't want that. He smiled reassuringly and leaned down, kissing the boy tenderly on the lips. "Do not worry. There is a great chance my servant will return." he said as he went around the kitchen telling various servents to make certain dishes. "Let us go wait in the main room while dinner is prepared." he said, taking Julian by his hands and leading him through the giant double doors that lead to the large, main room.

Julian stopped when his lordship did and turned blue eyes of curiosity towards him, wondering why they had stopped so suddenly. At the Lords smile his heart pitter pattered and he resisted the urge to place a palm over his chest to calm it. His eyes automatically fluttered closed at the kiss and he luxuriated in the tender sensation. Kissing was fast becoming his favorite thing to do and he couldn't help wondering if he enjoyed it so much because it was with his Lordship and if it would be just as pleasurable with someone else. However he put should thoughts away and focused on the Lord. He smiled at the Lords words and nodded in agreement, he was glad that Gabriel was thinking more positive and he sent out a silent prayer for the servant bidding him a good journey and a safe return. His hand tingled as it was taken by the Lord and he let himself be led out of the kitchen his hunger returning now that his mind wasn't filled with worry.

Lord Gabriel led the boy into the main room and sat down on the couch. It was very luxurious and was made from red and gold velvet. He decided to not worry about the missing servant for the moment, and he turned and looked at Julian. The Lord propped his elbows up on his knees and placed his head in his hands and smiled. He reached out and brushed a strand of hair behind the Princes ear, letting his fingers linger briefly before pulling his hand away. "So tell me a little about yourself. What do you enjoy doing?" he asked, taking one of the Princes hands again. For some reason he just couldn't bring himself to stop touching the boy.

Julian sat down beside Gabriel and gave an inward sigh of relief, he could tell his lordship was no longer worrying and that knowledge went a long way in calming him as well. Gabriel's affectionate actions always surprised him as well as pleased him. He blushed lightly as his Lordship's fingers tucked his hair away and lingered for a few. It took him a few beats to make his vocals work again, and he cleared his throat hoping his heated cheeks weren't to visible. Julian had to pause at the question and think, in the castle his father had always set out to activities and skills he was to learn nothing was truly ever by his choosing, well expect cooking, he would always sneak into the kitchen and beg their personal chef Ethan to teach him. He father wouldn't have it, when he found out he dragged Julian away from the kitchen and locked him in his room for days after delivering a harsh lashing. It was the first time his father had ever hit him. Julian shuddered at the memory and smiled a bit sadly at Gabriel "I..I enjoy many things my Lord, i'm afraid to name one would be quite impossible" it was a complete lie but neither was it the truth, however Julian was afraid what the Lord reaction would be to such a 'demeaning' hobby. Most royals viewed any kind of labor a slaves job, cooking was one of them.
