as Sotoma walked up the long brow from the pier he was looking at his journal that he seems to always have with him not really paying attention to anyone that is or may have been there as he was walking up and stopped for a moment to see where he was going so he could find his cabin before doing something else while he was looking around his luggage was being carried up by a hover bot he had with him but without stopping it just hovered off away from him precisely knowing where Sotoma's cabin was Sotoma watched as the bot floated off with his stuff and his eye twitched and changed beat bed before going back to normal and he closed his book and hurried to follow it

Laff70 boarded the ship quietly without being picked up by any device and then went to his room. Room #309. It was strangely filled with statues of types of spiders. While no one was around and Laff70 wasn't looking, the door dissolved into the wall on both sides...

 Stepping out of the elevator, Elena had returned from the storage deck. She took a quick look around before continuing down the hallway of the ship, speaking to herself ever so quietly. "Looks like things are still in order down there."

Nalini returned from her own travels at the same time, and saw Elena in the distance. She hurried over to the vice with a small wave.
'Met any of the new employees on your travels yet?' she asked.

"Ah, n-no not yet. No one has access to the lower decks as you should know, so I could not have managed to run into anyone." Elena replied quickly, slightly surprised at already running into Nalini again.
"Do you have anything significant to inform me about though?"

Elena let out a forced laugh at Nalini's comment about her social skills, buying her a bit of time to choose her words for her reply.
"I just did not expect to run into you again so soon is all. Caught me off guard, so to speak."

"I would try not to rely too much on luck, dear." Elena replied, biting her lower lip lightly. "What are plans for now though? The ship has yet to board the port, but I would assume we have everything needed on board already, as far as goes for supplies and equipment?"
