Jed didn't care about the referee, he just wanted to prove a point. Jed had been taking most of the attack this whole match, and then some rookie gets over confident. It was time to "humble" the new guy. After a third punch, Jed went to punch him straight in the chest.
The referee count Three!

The punch connects and knocks the wind out of Boxer, he starts to get upset, he has to prove a point tonight that he can be taken serious. Boxer squirms and tries to knock Jed off of him.

Jed got off him of Boxer as he was ready to get this match under way. Jed was standing over Boxer as the referee counted four. Jed looked down at Boxer and went to kick Boxer's left leg.
Five!

The kick connected with Boxer's left leg but it gave him time to roll away and get to his feet, albeit stumbling around a bit

Jed went to slide into the ring to break the count. Also to stand up. As he slide into the ring, a wwfg crew grabbed all the microphones and put them near the bell keeper desk.
The referee counted Seven for Boxer.

Boxer climbed back into the ring quickly as to avoid the count out. He immediately charged at Tim with a full force clothline.

Jed could have tried to attack Boxer as he was climbing into the ring, but the referee was holding him back. Doing his job for once. Jed held his jaw as he was complaining to the referee he should move. But as Boxer got into the ring completely the referee moved out of the way. Just in time to see Jed watch Boxer just run straight at him. Nothing in Jed's view to obstruct it. Jed ducked under what Jed would guess would be a clothesline. Jed of course thought clothesline because he saw Boxer raise his own arm up into the air. When ever Jed ducked the arm he waited for Boxer to start to turn toward him before trying for a dropkick to his left leg/knee. Jed had an idea and he was going to try it out on the new kid. Jed was a veteran he had a feeling his idea might work, plus Dion being in the audience it might show him what he can do.

Boxer bounces off the ropes and back toward Jed. He wanted to take Jed out quickly. He used the momentum gained from the ropes to try an elbow to the face of Jeb.

Jed had missed the dropkick to Boxers knee. Why did Jed have to give him the chance to turn, he could have just went for the knee attack, but no, Jed wanted to be nice. Jed got up only to be knocked down to the canvas below by an elbow. The crowd cheered. It was like Jed just stopped caring about putting on a good match. A match that would probably made more sense. Maybe Jed just needed to stop being so nice to the new guy. He was the veteran he could take over any time he wanted to, but nope I guess he wanted to see what other moves this Kid had. Or maybe he should stop selling get hit, no that never helped anything. I mean Jed's known for selling and putting on good match. Hell one of his matches were voted match of the year for 2010 with another wrestler named Chrono. But of course Chrono must have carried Jed during that match.

Boxer stood waiting for Jed, he didn't want him to make it too easy. He also didn't want to walk into one of Jed's traps

Jed laid there for a second to show the effect of the elbow to his head. I mean earlier he had been hit in the mouth twice. Once with a microphone and the other with a punch. After both hit's earlier Jed fell to the outside of the ring. Maybe as Jed is down, Boxer will get the crowd cheering while focusing on Jed.

Boxer saw that Jed wasn't getting up anytime soon so he picked up the mic and leaned back against the ropes chuckling.
"What's wrong Jed, feeling those headshots?"
The crowd started chanting TAKE HIM OUT.
"Jed you and all the other villains in this company have gotten to big for your own good. It just took the right person to create enough... Anarchy to take you all down."
The crowd erupted, Boxer loved it, he fed off this kind of response. He threw up the devil horns then slowly lowered it to point at Jed.
"A demon is coming to drag you down to Hell."

Dion spoke once again. "Jed, I know right now you're being served humble pie right now, but hear me out," he said, generating a small pop. "You can't keep disrespecting younger talent, then turn around and demand respect from them. You called me the future of this company, yet never gave me the opportunity to prove myself. I cleaned up a mess you could have easily handled, and you waltzed in taking full credit for my victory. Then last week, you nearly put me on the shelf. Jed, I did not want to start a war, but I sure as hell will end it."
