Jiki laughed, slapping his own thigh lightly at Marlon's response to reality shows. After a bit, he calmed down and wiped at his eyes, still chuckling faintly. "Now, now. Not everyone who watches those shows is stupid. They just have bad taste," he said jokingly, giggling. Money certaintly was an issue with humans, but to their race, being the outcasts of society, the issue was difficult to comprehend. "True. Humans can get pretty creepy like that. I've heard of them killing each other if the amount is right, too. What a complicated race..." he commented, shaking his head as he thought about the news.
He turned back to Marlon as he spoke, seeing his face flush. He smiled toothily, glad he felt the same way. For some reason, he wasn't very nervous to let his feelings out. "I'm glad," he responded, placing a hand on Marlon's shoulder. "You make a great friend."
Jigue played with Raine's hair a little more, wrapping the curls around his fingers, still dumbfounded. "It must be so beautiful," he said, taking one of his hands to his own straight hair. "All hair can be disobedient in the morning. Mine is no exception," he replied, taking his hands back to himself. So as not to sit idly by, Jigue began to take his violin between his hands and place it back in its case. He felt around for the bow beside him, but couldn't seem to find it. Frowning, he asked, "Hey, can you see my bow? I can't find it." It was just out of reach of where Jigue was searching.

Marlon started to laugh as well when Jiki did. His laughter was infectious! "Oh same difference!" he replied, smiling widely. "I know! That's just crazy... We never try to kill one another! At least... Not that I've heard of anyway," the lavender bunny shrugged.
He blinked, surprised. "Really? You think? Thanks..."
Raine had to keep his giggles down as Jigue plays with his hair more. "Well... I guess it is..." he wasn't sure how to react. No one had told him his hair was beautiful. And he didn't think it was so great. But the bunny chuckled at Jigue's comment about his own hair.
"Hm? Oh, yeah. I got it!" Raine said, reaching over the feline to reach the bow. When he put it back into the case, his hand brushed against Jigue's.

Jiki shook his head as Marlon answered; he was too funny! He leaned and fell over to his side, rolling a little as he slipped from the tree trunk. He lay, sprawled across the grass as he stared up into the canopy of the maple tree, a smile wide across his face. He smirked a little when the energy died down, a little disappointed at his next thought. "Well... sadly, Anthropomorphs have had murderous thoughts toward one another, but for the most part we stick together."
Jiki sat back up, facing Marlon. He smiled mischeviously before leaning over and giving Marlon a soft, quick kiss on the cheek. "Yes, I do think. You're very welcome," he whispered, waiting for the bunny's reaction. Wow... he thought to himself, I've never been that impulsive before.
Jigue jumped a little as Raine reached over him, leaning backward a bit to give him room. Although he had warmed up to Raine more than he had anyone else, he ewas still nervous about anyone getting too close to him. He relaxed as Raine pulled back, and he knew he had grabbed the bow. He smiled, sighing a little to release any last bits of his bottled up tension, accepting it with a, "Thanks." However, he had forgotten to pull back his hand as Raine placed the bow back in the case, and his ears perked up as his hand brushed by his own. His face deepened red and he turned his eyes away, unsure of how to react.

Marlon chukled as Jiki rolled a little, sprawling out. The lavender bunny scooted closer, smiling widely. "Yes... I'm afraid so. Every species has their bad apples." But he was still smiling, "As you said, though, there are good ones. So no worries!"
The bunny anthro was surprised when he recieved the kiss from Jiki. His eyes grew wide as he froze, not expecting the kiss. "T-thanks Jiki..." Turning his head a little, a smirk tugged at the corner of his lips. "Guess I have to return the favor, hm?" Without waiting for him to answer, Marlon pecked his cheek.
"Oh, sorry..." Raine murmured, quickly drawing his hand away when Jigue jumped. But then he smiled when their hands brushed again, the curly-haired bunny was also unsure of what to do. "Umm..."

"No worries at all!" he chorused joyfully. "Most anthropomorphs aren't very bloodthirsty at all. It's hard to keep them in check, though," he continued, wrinkling his nose a little. After a short pause, he suddenly said, "You know, I wouldn't mind going for an apple right about now."
Jiki smiled at Marlon's surprise at the kiss, nodded when he thanked him. "Hoped you wouldn't mind," he explained, a nervous laugh escaping his mouth. As Marlon returned the favor, Jiki's large ears sprang up. "Hm?" was all he managed before he was greeted with a kiss of his own, not expecting it at all. After a short staring session, Jiki acquired a large smile, his tail waving from side to side. "You, too?" he asked, laughing a little. "You know, I like you. You don't take offense when I do things like that, and I'm glad I don't scare you off."
Head facing the violin in its case, Jigue thought a minute without pulling his hand from its place. His mouth twisted a little before he murmured, "Hm. It's almost like we're magnetized to each other. That's odd." He turned back to Raine and smiled, "Thanks for finding my bow for me." He didn't seem phased by their second hand-encounter, unaware of how meaningful it could be. "Is there anything else you want to do?"

Marlon had to hold back more laughter at Jiki's response to his comments. " 'Course I don't mind," the bunny shrugged. His smile grew a little more, seeing the fox's tail wave. "I like you too, and I'm not offended at all! In fact, I relish the compliment."
"Yeah... It does seem like it." Raine murmured. He glanced up to see Jigue smile, making him do so as well. "And you're quite welcome. It was my pleasure," the bunny replied. "Umm... No... Not that I can think of," Raine answered, still smiling.

"I'm glad," Jiki said, smile delicate on his features. He turned his head back skywards, like he was prone to do when in deep thought, smile still visible. The day was so perfect, and everything was going right. He didn't want the day to end, but he knew it must, like all other days before it. Hopefully, next time he ran into Marlon, that day would be just as memorable. He wanted his view of Marlon to never faulter or crack, always perfect. He turned back to Marlon and nearly jumped on him, giving Marlon a hug around the shoulders. "I'm sooo glad! You make me so happy," he said, eyes closed tight. He didn't want to let go.
"Hmm..." Jigue thought aloud, trying to think of something they could do or talk about. The silence was making him nervous again, afraid that if something didn't happen Raine might leave. He bit his lip, trying to think harder, but no thought came to mind. He looked up to Raine's blurred silhouette, a pleading glance on his face. "Please don't go," he said, playing with his pant leg.

Marlon couldn't help but blush a little when Jiki smiled at him before looking up to the sky. Wondering what he was looking at, the lavender bunny turned his gaze skyward as well.
He let out a surprised yelp when Jiki gave him a hug. Marlon laughed though. "I'm glad too, Jiki! It's good to know there are nice people around that I can count on!"
Raine was a bit confused about the look on the feline's face. But when he suddenly asked for the bunny to not leave, Raine chuckled. "I'm not going anywhere. At least not yet. I'm not about to leave you all alone!"

Jiki squeezed him tighter, but not so hard as to cut off his breath. His rusty violet tail hit the ground repeatedly as he smiled happily. "Yes, you can count on me! Now and always!" he barked, finally releasing his grip. He giggled slightly, wondering what had come over him. "Sorry about the choke-hold there. I'm glad you're taking my... strangeness so well!" he snickered, backing up to give him some more room to breathe.
Jigue looked a bit embarrassed, but sighed with relief nonetheless. "Good," he managed to say, albeit quietly. He rocked in place, holding his crossed feet close to him, smiling. "I was afraid I was being boring. I can't... think of anything to talk about. I'm not one to talk about myself much. I like it better to learn about others," he explained, almost as if he were apologizing.
(( O.o; Man, that's short! ))

Marlon chuckled again as he saw the fox anthro's tail hit the ground. "Good! And that's alright, I don't mind at all!" the lavender bunny replied, smiling. "I don't a bit."
"Oh no, you're not being boring at all!" Raine chuckled. "That's alright, sometimes there's an awkward silence, it's normal. But if you like to learn about others, then I guess I better start talking about myself, hm?"

(( Guess we should throw in something to get it more interesting! *thinks* I got it... ))
Jiki tapped his chin in thought, looking toward the canopy of the tree, but found nothing. "I'm hungry. You wanna go somewhere for a bite to eat? Maybe into town?" he asked, folding his arms in front of his stomach and leaning forward so the elbows rested on his crossed knees.
Jigue looked sheepishly up at Raine from his slumped position. "Really?" he asked, ears still folded partially back in embarrassment. He wished his blush would leave his face, it was making him too hot... He thought a moment about what he would want to know from Raine, then opened his mouth to ask, "Have you ever been to the shop? Have any other friends you met?"
(( Still short, but that's okay. I have ideaaaaaaas! >) ))

"Hm? Food does sound pretty good..." Marlon replied. And as soon as he said that, his stomach growled loudly. The bunny blushed a little, smiling in an embarrassed way. "I guess that would confirm my hunger..."
Raine nodded his head as he answered, "Yeah, I've been there a couple of times. But I was never able to stay very long. I don't believe I'e met any friends. Aquaintences, yes, but not friends. In fact... I Think you're my first real friend, Jigue!" Raine did meet Marlon, but they were more brothers than friends.

Jiki laughed as he heard Marlon's stomach growl in protest. "Well, then, where do you want to go? I don't really go into town very much, but I've seen a few resturants that sounded good..." he said, trailing off. He shook his head and smiled, thinking it might be best to have a look around the town while they went out to eat. "You know what? Let's just go into town, and we can pick a place to eat when we get there. Sound good?" he offered, thinking a change of scenery might be good for them anyway.
Jigue nodded as he listened to Raine's voice, still playing with his pant leg but his nervousness quickly disappating once more. Raine's voice seemed to have a calming effect on the uke cat. He looked up to Raine as he said that he was his first real friend, a little shocked. "Really? I'm the first? But you're so likeable!" he exclaimed, cocking his head to one side to look at him in a new light, though it was pretty much the same blurred view to him. "I can't see how anyone could not like you!"
(( Yesh! Ideaaaaas! *wiggles fingers in a "spooky manner"* We'll get there... xd ))

He blushed even more as Jiki laughed. "Umm... Well, some pizza sounds good to be. Simple yet delicious!" Marlon answered, smiling a little. "But I like your idea much better!"
"Yeeep! I guess it's just because I didn't stay long enough to get to know anyone that well..." Raine said, shrugging. But he smiled eve wider at Jigue's compliment. "Thanks! That's so sweet of you, Jigue!" the curly-haired bunny said, playing with his pierced ear again.

Jiki nodded, looking apologetic when he realized he had made Marlon's blush deepen. "We can find a pizzaria in town, that's fine!" he said, thinking the change in food would be good. He liked pizza anyway, he just never got the chance to eat it very much. He reached into his pants pocket and pulled out a wallet. Unfastening the snap, he peered into the pocket to count the amount of money he brorught with him. He always brought his wallet with him in case this sort of thing happened. That, and even though he wanted to believe otherwise, he was unsure of his landowner MoogerMint's behavior towards such things. "It's on me, okay? My treat," he said as he put his wallet away, smiling. "We should ask if the others want to come, too. I'd hate to leave them all alone out here. I don't know how the cat would get home," he added with a cringe. He wanted to be alone with Marlon, get to know him better, but his duty always got the best of him.
Jigue nodded, understanding Raine's predicament. This was the longest he's talked to anyone in a long while, too, even among the apartment complex's members he lived with. Everytime he went into the agency's shop, he would always keep to himself. He wondered silently how Raine acted around the other anthros in the shop. He looked up, noticing how Raine was playing with his ear and reached up to grab it as well. He felt the earrings and smiled, "Did it hurt at all? When you got them?"
