The guitar came down on the demons side and knocked him over. Now Charlie was back on the ground and weakly trying to get to his feet.

Damage: 0
HP: 6/30
Fear: Drag you down: Shadow arms (multiple) pop out of Charlies shadow grasping the enemy. Once the arms touch the enemy it gives them the feeling they are falling hard and fast into a spiraling world of darkness for one turn. Really they are just stunned and only think they are falling leaving them open for attack. Lasts one turn. (aka The Barrier)

"You still want to fight?" Roch asked quietly. "I want you to keep fighting, even when you feel like this--but I don't want to keep hitting you, man. I really don't want to hurt you," he said with raw honestly. "I never have. Even when we were fightin' over pizza. On the field trip I died three times--knock out, dissipated, whatever you wanna call it. You can't stop when things are happening, no matter how crappy you feel. It's just--I don't--jackdammit, I don't know what I want."

He lowered his guitar and leaned on it. "Can you keep going? Because if you know you can, I'd say that's good enough and we can stop."

He hated to admit it but Roch brought it up. The demon wasn't really sure if he could continue the way this fight was going. Admitting defeat seemed the best option even to Charlie, The demon raised a sleeved hand and waved it like a flag.

"You win Roch..." He slowly got to his feet and wiped away more blood from his mouth. "You win." A dorky smile bloomed on the demons face. He dug in his pocket and revealed his pin.

"Heres proof."

Roch took the pin, pocketing it. "As far as I can tell, these things mean you got the other guy's back, right? Regardless. Hell, man, just cuz I beat you don't mean I don't got your back, too," he told the demon, digging in his pocket and pulling out his own pin. "You and me, we're bros now," he promised, tossing his pin to the other boil.

"Now let's get you to a FEAR healer." He walked over to give the other boil a hand in walking. He looked like he needed it.
