"Sure, he'll do that," Vegas said. "Go tell the big guy at the door that Vegas told him to take you home," he told Amrita. "We'll take care of him."

Amrita looked to where he pointed, and nodded. "Thank you, I---" She stopped and stared again, raising both hands in front of her. "N-no no, it...it's okay! I don't want to be anymore of a bother Thank you though!" She spoke hurriedly, pausing enough to nod to them both before she began side stepping towards the exit. "Um. P-please do! It was, um, nice to meet you! Both of you."

"We insist," Vegas said, finally stepping out of the shadows. The massive reaper looked to be in his fifties, with hair so blonde that you couldn't tell if it was all white or just part while. His eyes, though, were what stood out the most.
Austin's eyes were light silver, like Roch's. But Vegas's eyes were the same color as steel. "Anything for our kid's ghoulfriend."
"Our kid? My kid, you mean," Austin said. "Don't give her wrong ideas. Go on, Darklin, you'll be safe going home," he added to Amrita.

That was what she liked about any family that wasn't a Vetala. They all had similarities, but they were all different on their own; a Vetala child looked identical to both their parents, who looked identical to their parents, and so on and so forth. There was a reason they 'borrowed' remains. So Vegas received a stare, admiring the steel-hard silver of his eyes, until the conversation switched.
Amrita didn't correct them, because she was a ghoulfriend; a ghoul who was a friend.
She was still just learning about what the term really meant, just hadn't sunk in enough to make a difference.
"Err, w-well, um, okay...Idon'tknowmywaybackanyway." She admitted, twisting her fingers nervously behind her. "Th-thank you, um, both of you. I really appreciate it." Again came the side stepping, but this time she would actually go to the Were to get home, like a good ghoul.

The werewolf at the door seemed to be waiting for her, even motioned forward with a massive hand. "This way," he said quietly.
In the background, down the stairs and in the casino, faint voices could be heard still. "Why the jack are you pettin' his head so much?"
"I can pet his head if I want. This feels funny," Austin replied. "She's right, though, it is pretty soft. Kid must use a ton of conditioner."
"It just--let me touch it!"
"Hell no, get your own half bald kid!"
"C'mon, I'll GIVE you the fish--"
Which faded into the background as the werewolf led her away.
