Not trusting him as far as she could throw him, which looking at his size compared to hers, she wouldn't even be able to pick him up to throw him Brìghde, lifted her head so as not to show the hair that was lifted along the nape of her neck as she walked past him. It took everything she had to keep from just bolting out into the open plains.

Lucivar watched her walk past him, then turned and followed, staying behind and to one side, far enough that she couldn't spin and lunge at him, but there he stayed, no matter if she walked, ran or climbed. He came no closer, but she could not shake him for he was faster, stronger and had more stamina than she.
