Halloween is awesome! Not just because we're all coming back together but also because there's so much candy. Seriously. Candy is awesome. And for some reason it tastes better around Halloween.
*singing* It's the most, wonderful tiiiime of the yeeeear~ ...Oh wait, isn't that a Christmas song? Oh well! It fits here, at least I think so. =3

But honestly, apparently nobody in the NHS here knows what kinds of houses give a lot of food...so I needed to lead them all to the good places. Got much food though

When I'm sure I have everything pinned down and written up I'm going to be posting some previews later so you guys can tell me if the new system etc is looking acceptable. I think you'll all like it but if you have any suggestions, don't hesitate to, well, suggest! ^^
I'm pegging the release sometime between this weekend and the middle of next week. Before then I'll make a proper Announcement so everybody can see it's going ahead!

I second the airships
And then clone myself to vote for airships to infinity
And then use my clones as labor to build such an airship
And then use the clones as ballast/cannonballs so that I can control the altitude/thrust (respectively)

My Metal teacher back home actually has the patent on a perpetual motion engine of his design.. With those, Airships would both be possible, but with free energy, There's no point in money, so building it would be free.
Yay no money... I will make it so one day. And everyone will no longer be unhappy due to money...

Since I can't reply in the other thread, I think the level progression could be a bit more defined, or even if we want to have possessions to augment our rolling, we could roll two to three times depending on the amazingness of the item eek
And since I'm really excited about all this I want to write my character now, I need to know who won in the war. no details needed, just who won. 3nodding

We won! The Sentinel was actually possessed by an otherworldly evil that basically gave her her powers back, but like, her powers on steroids. It turned her into a gigantic, monstrous, unstoppable thing. Cressa and Deylin worked together to separate the evil energies out when ALL HOPE WAS LOST AND LORIKA WAS DYING AND EVERYONE WAS DEAD AND HORROR during the final dramatic confrontation.
Anyway, she reverted back to her normal self, and a new battle against an unknown evil began...

@Storm: But....until we eliminate the human ability to be a gigantic a** of ourselves, we need money or an equivalent to keep our dealings somewhat fair. Unless there is an iron-fisted dictator involved, that changes everything.

No need for the dictator.. Just need a very very big computer, a little ingenuity, and a lot of patience and slaves programmers to set up the system i came up with to make everything run properly(that i already happened to have memorized wink )

Sooo...I have to ask...no matter how much time a character spends studying now...it's not possible for them to "level up?"
Also, as soon as frying pans were mentioned, I totally had an image of Evelyn with Rapunzel-long hair, beating people with one. I've been watching too much Disney.

@Inu: You and me both. XD I've been strolling down memory lane for some time now. I'm hooked on watching reviews of old movies. X3 And characters should still be able to grow and gain new abilities. According to Lorika, it works like this: Lorika Characters are still able to advance up the ranks if they genuinely do learn enough...I would imagine it's easy to get from Beginner to Adept, more difficult to get from Adept to advanced, VERY hard to get from Advanced to Expert and almost impossible to get from Expert to Master. The new advancement system is very loose, and more based on how you see your character and where you think they belong. Which hopefully wont mean people will just make themselves really strong just for the sake of it =/ I'd hate to have to put my foot down just because people went power-mad and had to have their character be SUPER SUPER GODLY STRONG ROAR I know you spent a lot of time studying and advancing Evelyn before and I'd like to reward you somehow! I'm not sure how, though. Xei spent a lot of time studying too and he's starting off at Expert I'm pretty sure? And yes, a second war! All part of the big storyline I had planned that we unfortunately never got to 8< It wouldve taken us at least another year to get through it all. I'll be posting it soon, I think you'll think it's cool! TRG's heard the gist of it all already XD I'm considering asking to post the character bio for one of my two most recent characters on here for people to see as a sample, just to hopefully make things a bit clearer. =3
