The teen tried her best to really pay attention to what was being said. She really tried. But it was this plan that plan, what if this one could fly. Most of it started to blur.
And then her eye lids felt heavy. REALLY heavy. Tikaanis took a seat on the sofa by Barth and tried her best to listen. But it wasn't happening. Maybe everything had been to much for her. Maybe. But, for what ever reason, Tika's eyes shut.
Not soon after sounds of slumber followed.
Did you really just fall asleep on the job?
There was no reply. Tika was fast asleep.
((OOC NOTE: RL this week is really busy so I don't know how much ICly I will be around o n o. Im going to ask you guys to let Tika sleep. Thank you.))

Barth stayed bound and limp beside Tika.
Thorns curled like slow, black veins up one back leg of the couch, then oozed across the underside, penetrating up between the cushions and springs. They waited there, out of sight.

Bix frowned. Looks like Tika was out of commission. How did that happen exactly?
"Well let's take her out of the plan.." he frowned. He'd give her trouble about it later. Hopefully she would wake up if something happened.
"Which means Gale will have to move off of the couch." But they could fill her vacant spot with a trap if they wanted. Bix was starting to get impatient about the trapping and the more impatient he got, the more nervous he got. As if they were on a deadline for homework in school.

The walls, floor, and ceiling and drew in, expanded, and drew in again, as if it was a living, breathing creature. The mouth that suddenly spawned above them lending itself very much of this particular analogy. It opened, dripping long strands of saliva down on the hunters as a long twisting red tongue dropped down from it, four particularly damp figures wrapped up in it's moist, fleshy length. Before anyone had a chance to move, the room buckled again, and the mouth laughed. Whole sections of the room shot up and then fell back down. The walls and floor heaved violently, causing everyone within the room, with the exception of those resting peacefully on the couch, to get thrown every which way. The mines got thrown up in the air first, and they fell first as well, glowing red as they apparently set themselves. So much for planning... The OOC The only stable area is the COUCH. If you are not on the couch, roll 2 10-sided dice to determine where your character has landed. The first die is the letter: 1-2 = A 3-4 = B 5-6 = C 7-8 = D 9-10 = E The second die is the number: 1-2 = 1 3-4 = 2 5-6 = 3 7-8 = 4 9-10 = 5 So rolling an 8 and a 4 would mean landing in: D-2 Every time your character attacks another character, they'll get tossed up again. So after rolling an attack, roll for their next landing right afterward. UNLESS YOU ARE ON THE COUCH. Mines: The red dots are mines. If you land on a mine, that mine will go off and become disabled.TiHers: if you hit a mine, your FEAR particles will be disrupted, effectively KOing them. (their HP, however, will remain the same as when they dissipated. Hunters: every time you hit a mine, you lose 10 hp. For KO and pendant information, please refer to the rules on the first page.

Calder had been walking, and wound up falling instead. At some point from walking into a mouth, he had been tossed, turned, gummed, and then spit out right on the floor and not by a small distance either. Spit out like gum that ran out of it's flavor, Calder fell on the ground, hitting hard and turning to one side, whining. "Owwwwwwiiieee." He whined, and laid there a moment, his hair a tad damp from his trip 'under the tonsils and past the gums'.
When at last he stirred, he sat up and was in a new room. Groggy, he only managed a weak. "...barth?"

If anyone had asked Herryk what he'd expected would happen when he walked into the mouth that had appeared in the hub he'd been in, Herryk would have shrugged and given an answer filled with hope for the future.
He would not have said, "Well, Herryk will explode into FEAR after hitting a bomb or a mine or whatever it was."
Funny how things work out.

Herryk had enough time to scope out the room before he was knocked the ******** out and send back to the hub.
Well, at least they'd given Barth a couch.
An instant before he hit the floor, he caught sight of a familiar wheel.
"HERRYK HATES YOU, WHEE--"
And then he was gone.

Christof was falling, and for just a brief, glorious moment, he saw Master. During his transition from ceiling to floor, he had just enough time for his face to light up, the beginnings of a frantic, moaning cry out to the slumped form bubbling up in his throat...
But by the time he landed, there was nothing but fire.

Freya landed on the tile, and stayed down. Was she playing dead?
No, she was just.. really damn close. But, at least it was obvious that they'd made the right decision by following.
Even if she was going to bite their heads off for it later on.
Later.
When she could move.

Barth stirred awake to shaking and the crack of explosives.
The flashes of light registered between the scarf fibers, but beyond that, there were only shapes, and in between the cracks (one deafeningly close) he heard his name.
"...Calder?"

((Hi I happen to be a proxy post for Huni Pi. Plz read me.))
One minute they were finalizing the placements, (Before had chosen to ignore Tika suddenly falling asleep) the next minute they were in the air. The Life Hunter trainee twisted and turned, trying to set himself right side up and failed.
"What the ******** going o-" his words were cut off when he landed. Not from any simple impact but from the resulting explosion of a bomb being set off. He screeched in pain as the blast seared his face but despite the pain he never let go of Vanna.
Silly Before!!! the weapon wailed.
Before says nothing else as he forces himself to his feet. They still had a job to do. Lure. Trap. Cage. s**t, he needs to focus...

At the screech of pain following the explosion, Barth knew exactly what that meant. It meant a human. Shuffling to their feet again. ...And with the explosions, and Calder's voice, it also meant maybe a sort of rescue had started.
Well, they had told him not to move.
Thorns reached out for Before from underneath the cushions.
