"Baka. Try with the others, but don't try it with me," Leviat muttered as he stood up and ran back to the bathroom where his clothes were sitting as they dried from his hand-scrubbing them. He gently put his hand on them and sighed lightly to the fact that they were dry. He slid into them quickly and then sat down on the floor in the hallway unsure of what to do now. He'd never had a master speak to him like so without trying to make a move on him and that had thrown him off-track of his usual behavior.

"Master Plios, are you alright?" Charlie asked lightly as he sat down beside him. Raine glanced up from where he was looking at a book. Shiros just muttered a soft, "What happened?"

"You obviously didn't try making a move on him or hit him after saying all of this because you lack an injury other than emotional. I believe you've confused him and threw him off his game. Give him a little while and we'll see what he does from here. You might be the first master who has ever gotten him to behave," Shiros smiled lightly as he closed the book and set it down on the pile in front of him. He returned to a more serious expression as he glanced at Charlie and Raine before sighing lightly and sliding his gloves off. He turned his hands palm-up to show two brandings of the letter "T" and several scars that looked like he'd been clawing at his wrists. "Before I lived with Raine, Charlie and Leviat, I lived with gypsies who taught me everything I know other than the English language. When I was four, I was caught in a town in Egypt stealing so they branded me as a thief. I wore gloves over them during the day so the others wouldn't know I'd been caught, but the pain made me a bit... Suicidal... I dislike people seeing these so I keep the gloves on. That's my past. I never told you earlier so... Yea..."
Charlie glanced at Raine who just shrugged slightly as he kept his gaze on the letters burnt into Shiros' skin. Shiros shrugged lightly before sliding the gloves back on and picking up another book.

"It doesn't hurt anymore and it won't change the fact that I rarely ever remove the gloves. I've grown too used to them," Shiros responded lightly as he kept the reflex of snatching his hands away. "It's fine... I'm much more mature than I was back then."

"Right. It is getting late," Shiros murmured as he glanced away from Plios towards the two nekos holding back their snickers.
"Where would you like us to sleep, Master Plios?" Raine asked in a light chuckle as he watched Shiros' ears flatten back.

"Good night, Master Plios," Shiros murmured gently as he began replacing the books on the shelves. He made a slight bow before leaving the library with long, wide steps.
"The first sounds nice. Good night, Master Plios," Raine mewed as he lightly licked Plios on the cheek and began following Charlie out of the library.

Leviat hesitated a moment before crawling after the two nekos and Plios. He slipped into the room quietly and sat down on the floor. "Is it alright after I spoke so harshly to you?" he asked softly, his ears flattened as his tail remained lying on the floor without even the slightest of twitches. Raine and Charlie just glanced at each other in confusion.

Leviat curled up on the floor, his tail wrapping around him as he just lay there. Raine climbed up onto the bed and beneath the blankets, his boxers having been the only piece of clothing he had on. Charlie had stripped off his boxers and climbed up onto the bed beside Plios' other side.
