Is popular being known by everyone.
OR
Being known and people liking you.
OR
Being known, and everyone hating you.
Lol. I had a fight with my ex-bestfriend and she thinks it's when people like you. I think it's when people know you. xD

You're popluar as long as no one really has any negative feelings towards you.
That doesn't mean they have to like you either.
So, I guess you just have to get along with people. :3
