Jove quickly jerked back at the mention of things potentially lurking in the water, and landed backwards on his fluffy tail. He was already having flashbacks of being eaten by skitter sharks in gym class, and there was no way he was going to get eaten by a real shark here! It might have been okay for Tybalt who could just phase out, but he was no good at phasing, and he had living friends to worry about! He scrambled to his feet and followed Gabrian, he grabbed Ren's hand and pulled him towards F-4 as well. The look he gave his brother clearly said "It's okay, I'm here to protect you!"

"OVERRULED!" He yelled back to Ren with a wide grin and shoved him along; oblivious to his fear of water.
Gabe and Jove had already started moving along to the water, the latter starting also tugging Ren along.
"I don't think Jove or I will have a problem crossing--breathing wise. Last I checked the two of us don't require air. Though..." He gave the water one more look before his image rippled and he reverted back to the form of a large black dog. "I think I'll have an easier time swimming in this form. I've never tried with the other one." After all, he still found that form a little awkward to move in, considering he was used to four legs.
"If anyone needs help getting across, I can lend a hand." He offered, moving onto F-4 with the others.
The water wasn't unpleasant, but it soaked through him and made him feel more cold than he normally was, making him a little uncomfortable. But at least it wasn't the icy water during the Christmas town raid.

"WHO SAYS I'M OVERRULED?" Ren bellowed after Tybalt, glaring at the black dog. His eyes cut to Gabrian...who, in fact, looked like a little kid in a candy store.
Figures.
"CAN I RIDE YOU ACROSS?" Ren wailed, throwing his arms around the nix's shoulders in a completely melodramatic gesture. He supposed he should have been more...mature about the whole thing, but the fact remained that he still had a very real and very horrible fear of water.
That damn field trip.
"WAIT DON'T LEA - ow Jove what are you - "
Before he could do anything, however, the boil had snagged his hand, dragging Ren after him. Tybalt leapt along cackling obnoxiously.
With a feeling similar to that of eminent death, Ren stepped very, very slowly into the water.
"I'M GONNA DIE."
Some part of Ren's pride shriveled and died.
[ Ren is moving to F3 and then E3. ]

MINI BOSS FIGHT: HP: 50/50 
Ignoring everything else, they pulled out a strange blue-grey pendant from their pocket, gave it a few taps with their free hand, and when that failed, tried shaking it. Nothing happened.
With one more unsatisfactory shake, they paused, and finally realised they were not alone in the room. The oversized axe weapon immediately was raised in the air, glowing ominously. "I don't care if I made a wrong turn freaks, but orders are orders. I gotta bring some specimens home, otherwise the boss dudes will probably you know, fire me for being so late."
Before anyone could ask what exactly they meant, their weapon literally flew towards them like an oversized tomahawk.... and that was the last thing they saw of their current room. OOC YOU HAVE BEEN KIDNAPPED - Everyone in this group has been KIDNAPPED! Please go HERE, read the first post RULES, and react accordingly (when your character wakes back into consciousness). - Your character is now in a cage, their Fear is sealed, they can talk to each other and occupants inside the cages but not much else. - Also ICLY at the moment the tent has a status a little better than rags, so what your prisoners would see in their limited cage views is what looks like a half-resurrected tent, thirteen cages to their left, broken equipment/wires/electronics lying everywhere and ICly any Hunter characters occasionally popping in and out of the area.

Ren did not get very far in the water - in fact, he barely made it two steps before there was a horrible crackling sound, and then -
That was not a familiar person.
He took a few involuntary steps back, splashing water across his legs and over the fur of his tail, his wings dipping into the cold liquid. Fear and apprehension shivered up his spine, and Ren knew at once that this was not part of their training; this was not good.
The axe lifted.
"NO!"
He made a dive for Jove, but there was a flash of light, a crack like a gunshot, and then everything went black.

Despite still being mostly fixated upon the water, his right hand moving through te water almost idly, Gabrian's head was turned to watch Ren and Tybalt. For some odd reason, their antics amused him; he hadn't really realized the gryphon had a rival and the fact it was a ghost canine made it all the more hilarious in his mind. He chuckled slightly as Tybalt declared the gryphon to be 'overruled' and slowly straightened up from his previous position. When Ren threw his arms around him, the nix diligently patted the other boil's head in a clear 'there, there' sort of way, "If it makes you feel any better, then yes, you may, though next time you may want to watch your wording. You could have asked me to carry you across, instead of asking to ride me," he rolled his eyes slightly and transformed into his serpent form. By the time he'd finished transforming and had been about ready to lower his body next to the gryphon, a strangely familiar hooded figure materialized ahead of them. The giant axe was all Gabrian needed to see in order to hiss threateningly at the figure, but before he could do much else... he found himself sinking into darkness. The last thing he heard was Ren shouting. <>

Coralie had been examining the water still when most of her team went in. While swimming didn't bother her, she was honestly puzzled as to why the Jack damn Ren was getting in to swim when he had wings. I mean, seriously. Fly over the water, why didn't he?
For once Wilfred was silent. Perhaps that should have been an indication that something bad was going to happen. In turn Luka had yowled and darted back to her, jumping up on her shoulder and hiding behind her hair and the brim of her hat. "Scardy cat!" she scolded, as his claws hurt a little. Snorting, she pulled out her broom handle. She was just about to expand it to its full size so she could fly over the water, when she saw a strange figure and...all too soon the woosh of an act.
"Ah f-" she didn't finish her curse, as she was plunged into darkness.
