The clothesline connects from the big man, and he tries to get back up, but he's knocked right back down again.
Landry wasnt going to stay down for long, however, and his kipped up which brought the fans back to life, and he tried to nail Chrono with a Thez Press when he came back in, followed by some mounted punches.

When Landry kipped up, the crowd cheered and Chrono knew that logic would mean that Landry was not down. He turned around and Landry leaped on him however Chrono attempted to catch him and hold him for a bear hug attempt to slow down Landry's momentum.

Landry essentially threw himself into that one, and his spine was paying for it. He arched his back in pain, trying to force his arms underneath Chrono's and pry the grip loose and alleviate the pressure.

With Landry struggling, Chrono knew he wasn't going to get the submission from this match none the less he wasn't about to let Landry out of this hold without at least paying for it. Chrono attempted to shake Landry with the bear hug still in place, and then follow up with a spinning side walk slam attempt.

Landry got planted by the sidewalk slam and his spine shook from the impact. He gritted his teeth and bit his lip to keep from giving Chrono the satisfaction of his scream of pain.

Chrono immediately went for a pin fall attempt to Landry, if Landry kicked out he'd go for another pin fall attempt.

"1...2..." Landry kicked out, only to be pushed back down.
"1...2..." Landry shoved a shoulder up again! He was going to make Chrono work a LOT harder than that for it.

Chrono knew damn well that Landry would kick out of both pinfalls. This wasn't about him winning the match quickly due to him having another match later on this evening. This was about Chrono getting Landry to exert his energy into kicking out of pointless pinfalls, this of course would be beneficial to Chrono later on.
Chrono swiftly decided to change his tactics, only slightly and attempt to lift Landry up to his feet and from there attempt to clamp on a full nelson hold on him.

The Full Nelson is a great maneuver to be utalized by a larger man, and Chrono used it to perfection. Clearly it was Chrono's tactic to wear him down, and Landry couldn't allow that to happen. However, there didn't seem to be much he could do about it at this point.

Chrono's full nelson was locked in. With there being nothing Landry could do, at the moment but succumb to it, Chrono decided to mock Landry during the hold.
"How does it feel to be just as helpless as you made Athena out to be?" Chrono said in his ear, before he attempted to continue to wear down Landry by tossing and turning Landry with the full nelson still locked in.

"Pretty good...because I found a way out..."
Landry said with a sly grin, forcing his head back in an attempt to smash the back of his head into Chrono's nose. At the very least, he might escape the submission, and there was a possibility of ending the match right there if Chrono's nose broke and he ref saw blood.

"You cocky son of a..." Chrono said when he was hit with the back of Landry's head. Chrono however wasn't about to let go of the hold despite his nose being in pain, he however was going to punish Landry more and attempt a Full Nelson Slam to him.
If successful he'd check to see if his nose was broken (which it wouldn't be)

Landry went up and didn't intend to get slammed again. Instead, he tried to hook on to Chrono's left arm and send him for a deep arm drag!

((Seen it done before. When you let go of the arm for the slam, I can shift my weight on the arm you still hold and perform the arm drag))
