Alexina moved over near Skiron and plopped down next to him with a tired sigh. Did this mean Frost wouldn't try to catch that other Glaceon now? She certainly hoped he wouldn't.
When Frost entered the cave, after a twist and around a corner he'd come upon a bright blueish-green flame flickering on the cave floor. The light reflected off a greenish object that might have been a torch of some sort, but it curved around a large boulder so the rest of it could not be seen.
Shortly after, a deep rumbling reverbated throughout the cave that sounded distinctly displeased.

That didn't sound especially promising. The blue green light could only be coming from a pokemon, and the same went for the growl. Curiosity urged him to find out what the pokemon was, but good sense insisted that discovery really wasn't that important compared to - for example - not having his head bitten off. Frost looked over his shoulder at Claire and shrugged. "Well, what do you think? Should we investigate, or take our Glaceons' behaviour as an omen and carry on with what we were doing before we spotted the wild one? I am open to persuasion on either score."

Claire simply shrugged at him. Although she was curious as well, she had no intention of getting eaten or mauled today, or meet an otherwise vicious end. "It's up to you - I know you're after ice-types. If you want it, then we could? Unless you'd rather find a different one."
At that moment, Celsius's head peeked out at the same time the greenish-blue light flicked out of sight behind the boulder. It seemed the Glaceon was watching, observing them.

Frost shrugged again at that; "Carpe Diem I suppose. I'll always wonder what it was if I don't look. Koios, are you out there?"
A quiet hum of affirmation came from outside and Frost turned to nod at the steel type. "We're not trying to catch anything, we just want to see the source of the green light. A Light Screen and a Reflect if you would be so good." As the shimmers in the air before him indicated the appearence of the protective barriers Frost stepped around the boulder.

Frost would come face to face with the belly of... Something. If he happened to look up, he would see a long, muscular neck that ended in the head of what appeared to be a Charizard with strange horns and dark eyes. It didn't look pleased to see a strange human in its lair.
If Frost looked further up, he might see that same Glaceon he'd chased so far, lazing contentedly atop the fire-type's head between his horns. She was even licking a paw.
A low, rumbling growl emanated from the Charizard, vocalizing his displeasure at the human for his transgressions, but thus far he made no move to attack or otherwise rid his cave of the short blond man.

"Humm," Frost raised his eyebrows at the mutated Charizard, "Interesting. I have no interest in owning fire types, but interesting...." Well, mystery solved. Frost turned back to Claire. "Shall we be getting on then?" His curiosity was as sated as it was going to get without catching the thing and taking it down to the labs for them to have a poke at, and after Skiron's display with the other Glaceon he didn't think that today was the day to try to capture anything at all.

Claire was still looking at the thing when Frost turned to face her. "Yes, let's..." The Agent agreed slowly, backing up a couple of steps before she turned to walk normally. The strange Charizard didn't seem hostile, just grumpy, so that was something, anyway. The large Glaceon seemed to be quite full of herself, or so it looked to Claire. "I suppose we should head back soon.." She'd thought their outing would last a little longer, but after all that running she was tiring quicker than she'd anticipated.
Alexina drooped a bit at the possibility of leaving so soon, but she was very glad that Frost hadn't caught that other Glaceon after all. He could get a male Glaceon or something, but not a female; as if she had any sway over what gender pokemon the other Agent did or didn't capture.

"I suppose so," Frost nodded his agreement. Looking down at Skrion he said; "Ten minutes. Make the most of it. Go."
Ears perking back up Skiron turned to Alexina and gave her a nudge. Three!> The wild female had been interesting, but it was his current companion he truly wished to spend time with.
Make the most of it? He intended to.

Claire nodded to his time span, and waved off her own Glaceon.
Eeee! Xina agreed quite readily, dropping into a ready-to-run stance as he counted, then happily dashed off after him.
