A few fans did not want to leave so Claire had to apologize repeatedly before getting up and telling them, "Thank you for comin'," and going backstage again. When Alex and Lee were with her she looked at them with a smile. "Finally," she said, picking up her guitar case. "We can go get sundaes now." Looking around to make sure the crew had everything under control, Claire lead the way outside and onto their tour bus. It was not as big as a big name band's bus, but it was a start. Putting her guitar in its place, Claire sat down and rested her head against the window.

Daniel Alexander Johnson~ Alex was already making his was backstage when it was time to go. The dying cheers of their disappointed fans seemed to be following him as he closed the backstage curtains. "'Bout time," he said as he grabbed his bass, put in in its case, and slung it over his back. Walking over to meet Claire and Alex, the bassist replied with slight shrug "Let's go, then." Walking outside to the tour bus, the bassist wasn't surprised to see that the bus was the same as always, but he didn't care. He casually skimmed the three steps up to the bus, his hands in his pockets, and slipped into the table seat in front of Claire, ignoring all the fancy things in the tour bus. Taking his hands out of his pockets now, he then took his bass off of his back and lay it on the floor next to him. Seeing that his bass was secure in its place, Alex shoved his hands back in his pockets as he leaned against the back of his chair, not really caring about his posture. ((Edited))

 James Lee AndersonLee kindly waved goodbye to the fans and went backstage to pick up his fiddle case. He followed behind Alex and Claire and looked up to the star filled sky reflectively as they came outside. Before he got on the bus he smiled sadly towards the sky. He needed to stay positive for Claire. It was probably best for him to simply wait until she was ready to talk about it some more. Lee looked away from the sky and stepped up onto the bus. With a single nod he smiled at the bus driver politely before moving his way to a chair across from Claire and Alex. He was hesitant about sitting next to Claire. Normally it was never an issue but this time He wondered if maybe she wanted to be alone for now. "It sure feels nice outside..." he spoke calmly and leaned back in the seat. He knew Alex was hanging out behind them. He thought about joking around with Alex and maybe it would cheer her up a little but he couldn't find anything to say to him at the moment. ((occ: Edited))

Claire turned and watched Alex and Lee sit down before looking back out the window. The driver started up the bus as Jeremy, their manager, climbed on and they were on their way to a nearby ice cream parlor. Jeremy quickly congratulated them on their performance before heading to his room in the back of the bus; he was already working on their next concert. Lee broke the silence and Claire looked at him with a smile. "It does," she agreed. "Perfect night fer a concert and sundaes..."

(( OOC: It's a tour bus, guys. There aren't just rows of seats. There's a kitchen area, and rooms, and a bathroom, and even a TV. LoL.
@MangaAquarium I'm keeping the story that way and I just quoted you guys in "Starting" to let you know the RP was starting. ))

James Lee AndersonLee smiled a thank you towards Jeremy and went back to pulling his bag onto his lap that he had left in the seat earlier. He was seated at the table next to Alex who was opposite to Claire. He nodded looking at Claire as she replied. "Yeah..." He said simply. the word drifted off softly as he stared at Claire but He caught himself in the act before she could fully notice and looked away. He proceeded to take out a magazine from his bag. It was a scientific one, mostly on interesting facts about animals. He liked learning new things like that. Lee rested his arms on the table and scanned the rest of an article in the magazine that he didn't get a chance to finish eariler. When he was finished he peered over at Alex and Claire to see them just doing the same thing as before. "Who wants to learn something?" he chimed playfully. (Edited) ((ooc: sorry for some odd reason I got confused with the bus thing but its all good now lol))

Daniel Alexander Johnson~ "I guess," Alex responded with a shrug, not really noticing before how clear it was outside. Suddenly remembering something, he added, staring boredly out the window, "Let's hope it stays this way in two days." Turning towards Lee and Claire, he raised an eyebrow and waited to see if they would get the hint of what he meant. Of course Claire would, though. When Jeremy passed by and congratulated him, he simply nodded without any acknowledgement. He then sat in a few more moments of boredom, and then Lee broke the silence. "Why not," the bassist replied boredly with a yawn. At least that would keep him occcupied for the rest of the ride. He then sunk down in his chair even more, his head now almost even with the table, and yawned again. This made his posture even worse, but, again, he didn't care. ((ooc; I got a little confused too, but I changed the post to make it more tour-bus like x3. Oh and when I was asking about all that stuff I wasn't demanding anything, I was just curious ^^'))

Claire was oblivious to the fact that Lee may have been staring at her for a moment too long. She always saw Lee and Alex as older brothers so she never expected any interest from them. She smirked when Lee looked away quickly and started digging through his bag for his science magazine. When Alex commented on the weather in two days, Claire blushed. She almost forgot her own birthday and was surprised that Alex was the one to remind her. "Yeah... Let's hope." She smiled and looked back at Lee when he asked to share something. "Oh boy," she said jokingly. "Here we go... Alright, shoot. What interestin' facts do ya have fer us tonight?"

James Lee AndersonLee knew exactly what Alex meant and he just smiled sweetly when Claire blushed. He had been thinking about it yesterday for a while deciding on something he could possibly get her. He had been expecting something saracastic from Alex and sure enough thats what happened. He looked down with a slight smirk at Alex who was now slouched back in the chair even farther. "By all means please don't get too excited." He chuckled back saracastically. Lee looked over at Claire and beamed lightly before looking down at the page to collect his thoughts about the article. "Well, there's this kind of lizard where all the males have competely died off and now only the females remain. They just reproduce by making clones of themselves but there no kind of genetic variation anymore." He tapped his chin pondering to himself before looking back to Claire and Alex "...And this happened quite recently. Can you imagine?....Like the opposite gender of your kind being wiped away from existence?" He exclaimed.

Daniel Alexander Johnson~ Alex wasn't surprised to find that both Lee and Claire got what he meant. He had already gotten her a new pair of cowgirl boots the day before because he just thought he should get present-shopping over with. Her present was even wrapped already, also just because he wanted that over with as well. He wouldn't have just forgotten about getting her a present, though. When Lee finally stated his fact, Alex raised his eyebrow again and responded in a somewhat-carefree tone "Probably not." This scene was actually funny, seeing just a speaking head with a raised eyebrow above the table. Stretching, the bassist then added sarcastically "How interesting." Staring up at the window, he could see the ice cream parlor nearing. It was quite obvious to notice, because the lights of its sign stood out well in the dark. "Well, looks like we're here," he said simply. As the tour bus pulled up to the front of the parlor, Alex finally sat up and waited for the others. ((ooc; If you guys didn't want me to control the bus like that and wanted to have the bus ride a little longer, that's fine x3 Just tell me and I'll change my post ^^))

Claire looked at Lee with a smile as he explained the interesting find. "That'd actually be pretty cool," she said. "The clonin' part, that is," she clarified. "It'd certainly help with not havin' to deal with childbirth..." She stuck out tongue and shuddered. "No guys would also mean no lyin' and cheatin'... but it would also mean no you or Alex." Claire frowned. "So... I guess it's a good thing I'm not a lizard?" She laughed and looked out the window at the ice cream parlor. "Let's go!" She hopped up out of her seat, walked off the bus, and waited for the guys at the bottom of the steps.

Daniel Alexander Johnson~ "Perhaps," Alex replied somewhat-sarcastically with a shrug. When Claire made her way out of the bus he slid out of his seat and followed her out. The bassist walked up to the entrance and stopped to make sure everyone was following. Being the lead made him look like he was coming alone, and, obviously, almost every set of eyes were on him. Of course this was a wierd sight, a sarcastic southern bad boy walking into an ice cream parlor alone. Alex wasn't at all irritated at this, but he stopped again to wait for the others anyway.

James Lee AndersonLee smiled over at Alex ignoring the sarcasm in his voice. "I know, right?!" he said excitedly. His demeanor became calmer as he looked over at Claire. He kept good eye contact with her as she spoke and smiled when she stuck out her tongue in distaste but then he seemed to frown slightly towards the end. He felt bad; genuinely not realizing before that it might have stirred familiar feelings of sadness in Claire. He followed the others out of the bus headed towards the parlor with Alex leading the way. He walked in shortly after Alex and looked around the inside of the ice cream parlor taking note of the bright and happy atmosphere it gave.

Claire followed Alex into the ice cream parlor and bounded over to the ice cream. She inspected all of the flavors before looking up at the sundae options. "Hmm..." she said, placing a finger on her lips as she looked back down at the ice cream. "Can I get a Dirt Sundae?" she finally asked the girl behind the counter. "Sure thing," the girl said. She started scooping ice cream for Claire's sundae, all the while stealing glances at Alex.

Daniel Alexander Johnson~ Now that nobody was staring at him anymore, Alex walked up to the counter next to Claire. He glanced at the and then located his usual sundae. "Oh!" He remarked sarcastically with a raised eyebrow as he glanced at Claire and Lee. The only time he ever got ice cream was after concerts or when he was with the two, so he never really goes himself because he only thinks of the dairy treat as 'ok.' Noticing how the girl behind the desk kept glancing at him, he looked away with bored eyes as if he didn't notice at all. "Small coffee sundae," he said casually to the girl after she put Claire's sundae down. The girl looked down at the register and said "Ok, just a sec," not yet revealing the inexpensive price. He watched the girl then go the ice cream and scoop out his small, coffee-flavored choice and put chocolate, whipped-cream, and a cherry on top. He backed away so he could let Lee order as the girl put the sundae on the desk behind the counter along with Claire's, not yet giving it to him because it wasn't paid for yet. Afterall, he didn't even know the price.

James Lee AndersonLee just waited patiently for his turn as he continued to observe the decorations on the walls. Lee was oblivious at first to the fact that Claire was shooting glances at Alex and it only became a little more apparent when he walked up next to Alex after Claire ordered to get a better look at the menu. He already knew what he wanted but decided to just look anyway if there was anything else that might interest him. He peered over at Alex and Claire when Alex had just finished ordering and noticed a quick glance from Claire. Lee just looked away thinking it was nothing as he pulled out his wallet. When the cashier was finished making Alex's sundae she turned to Lee who was still looking at the menu. In truth he wasn't thinking about the menu anymore. "..And what can I get for you sir?" The cashier asked him. He walked up closer as Alex moved aside to make room for him. "Just a simple hot fudge sundae would be nice." Lee repiled with a smile. The cashier smiled back. "Sure thing." she said and proceeded to scoop the ice cream for his sundae. Lee looked back at Alex and Claire and raised his wallet. "I'll pay." he said simply and turned back to wait for the total. After putting his sundae next to the other two she calculated the total and he took out some money from his wallet and handed it to her. After finishing the transaction she gave him the change. Lee just put the change in the tip jar though and picked up his sundae to go find a table with Alex and Claire.
