 "Fear? Hardly." Loki said his own voice leaving his lips, "I see no one in this room that I fear though paranoia is the appropriate word." He had been sitting when the angra mainyu decided to speak to him but he took it as a metaphorical meaning rather than a literal, "The Angra Mainyu are a group of psychopathic murderers and brutish thugs so you'll have to excuse me if I trust none of you."Of all the things that Crius could have said insulting Serenity was the most upsetting thing though he knew he was being scrutinized under the man's stare and gave no indication of it, "None of my 'immature antics' have interrupted anything other than a flexing match the only one to have spoken of the issue was the Acting Raikage." One of the remaining figures stepped forward before he could continue. Loki took Leaf's declaration of war with a grain of salt but made no outward motion before he spoke, "You have declared war and you ask for people to surrender and fight for your cause... and yet... you don't tell of the cause you are fighting for, I can not help but wonder, before I make any decision, as to what your cause could be?"

 As Kaden Hyuuga revealed himself in the group of cloaked figures, Asuka immediately recognized him. He could never forget the swordsman that he fought with as he passed through the Hidden Cloud. The Raikage knew that Kaden was incredibly powerful and had defeated him with incredible ease. With that in mind, Asuka froze up as soon as the declaration of war was mentioned. His pride was screaming at him to say no and declare the Hidden Leaf as enemies. But he knew that pride was a luxury he no longer had as a leader. This wasn't about him but the Hidden Cloud. If there was an all out war, Hidden Cloud was too weak to defend itself against anything and may have very well been better off joining with the Angra Mainyu. But before Asuka could speak, his fellow Hidden Cloud shinobi, Reiko, entered the room and shame immediately washed over him for even thinking such things. Luckily enough for him the kage named Loki who he'd also recently met stepped up to bat to talk in retort. For the time being, Asuka decided to listen. He was now realizing just how little sway he held considering his power in comparison to those around him.

"Oh I whole-heartily agree with you, Loki. The Angra Mainyu is nothing more then murders and thugs. That is perfectly understandable, since we cause so much misery and destruction in our wake.. After all, Hidden Moon which is enslaved by us, is nothing more then a prosperous and safe haven for those of the village. Protected under our 'violent and destructive iron fist'. Other villages have gotten the same horrible treatment as well, of course." Crius chuckles lightly, waving his hand at Loki and walking over to take a seat at the table, actually casually leaning backwards in the seat and tilting his head up to stare at the seal above him. He could probably break it. He could probably use something hard, and simply smash through the ceiling. It wouldn't be too hard to do after all, but why would he bother? He already knew how this entire thing should turn out. The future could change, but just how different would the changed future be? A smile remained on his face as he listened to Kaden's words. This wasn't his plan, he wasn't in charge this time. Yet those who stood by saying they stand for all the good and just, would continue to assume as such; that much was for certain. Let them, doing that would simply allow for the sides of his organization, and himself to be chosen more readily and easily. The remainder of his organization would remain silent for now, he wasn't going to instruct them he would allow them to make their own choices, even though he already knew the possibilities for how each of those choices would be.
"A cause you ask? Well I assumed someone of your low level of intellect would still be able to grasp something so entirely simple. Hidden Leaf has been the village to be attacked and destroyed time and time again. We will stand for such actions, and discrimination no longer... this declaration of war is under the full cause of retaliation. We of Hidden Leaf have decided to prove out strength and give all villages that have planned in one way or another to attack us, that we have something to which they should fear.. Simply by your statements alone; It is quite clear that your village is one of the few to which would have an intent of harm upon my village." Kaden states frankly, it was a simple answer to the question presented before him. Despite the hostility and obvious intent to cause harm upon those that went against him, Kaden's form itself was not throwing off too much hostility aside from the expected emotion that he was placing into his words. "As can be seen, you are judging me as if my actions are in any direct correlation with those of my Organizational counter parts around me.. You are a fool to act almighty and assume by simple appearance." Kaden says slowly, as he shook his head. Walking casually to the side, he removed himself from the black cloaked group around him, tearing off the flowing black cloak of the Angra Mainyu and setting it upon one of the few remaining empty chairs. "With the removal of this cloak, my current status as a member of the Angra Mainyu ceases; while I speak out my say.. Your judgement, so careless, should be granting the mistrust from anyone else in this area.. If it were not for my own knowledge of Hidden Leaf's intents, I would be forced to assume that you and your village were to cause for some of the events that have taken place.." Kaden says slowly, his gaze now steadily peering upon Loki. Whether or not their standing was that of a Kage, they had the wisdom of nothing more then a Genin with false implications over it. "Your decision has been made for you.. Hidden Heaven has been deemed an enemy to the Hidden Leaf Village.." Kaden casually rose his hands and removed a single glove from his hand, throwing it across the table to land at Loki's feet. "The Gauntlet has been cast. Our talk is over.. Now if any other Kage's or representatives wish to step forwards with their own decisions, I will reply in kind."
Although Ammon had already been heading out of the area, a small kid who was apparently his apprentice came rushing forwards to see him. Ammon really didn't have time for such matters, he was needed to be off and doing things elsewhere. A storm was brewing, and defenses would need to be set up. Ammon had a feeling that a lot of needless bloodshed was going to happen due to the beliefs of a few 'Good Aligned' beings, and this caused him to shake his head slightly before answering in reply. "You're right, my presence here is not needed. It has been determined both by my Organization's lead, and the stand in Kage himself. I have been instructed to act in kind to the current situation, and return to our village in order to better defend it from those that may be advancing our way in the future.. I fear war is about to break out." Ammon says, although his voice appeared to radiate around him and not emerge from his body at all. His face itself was nothing more then blankness, not a single eye, nose, or mouth to which could be seen. Although this was something along the lines of a jutsu. His hood having been removed as soon as he left the area of the seal in order to keep his actual appearance disguised. "If you're going to be a part of this, hurry inside and listen carefully to what is going on. I expect to know exactly who our enemies will be.. Our current stand in Kage may just accept your opinion towards who's side you wish to be on.. Although I would choose carefully, there are a lot of fields to which I can see being played upon this day." And with that, Ammon turned slightly and continued on wards and away from Sano. It was not time for talking with a student, he had work to be done after all.

" Sadly Crius I am only newly the Tenokage and as such I have not had access to the information that so many of you have had access to for a long time." He sighed and relaxed slightly, " Many of my former actions against the Angra Mainyu have been out of mistrust and, paranoia, if what you say is true then I have much to think about in regards to your organization but you will have to forgive me of the many I have had run ins with your organization it has not been pleasant though for the most part it has been my own fault now that I take a moment to think of it.Loki directed his attention at the Hyuuga, " Time and time again the people of leaf rebound from near extinction and prove themselves the honorable and noble fighters that they always have been." Loki said calmly, " That being said however, I believe the actions that you have taken on behalf of your villages defence are... extreme but I understand where you are coming from. I was willing to work with you on this one but if war has been declared then so be it." He cleared his throat, " Should there be no way to talk you out of this course of action Hidden Heaven hereby accepts your declaration of war, Any Leaf shinobi that approaches Hidden Heaven will have our Chakra Cannons to deal with." Loki did not like the idea of war but some small part of him was thrilled that this was how it was turning out. He needed to have a deeper look into the Angra Mainyu however if what Crius is saying was true then... he would have to rethink his entire stance on the organization.

Joker looked at the Hidden Heaven leader. He sighed slowly as he rose his hand.
"So what you are saying is that if We have wear with Hidden Leaf.then we are aligned with that...a priest who talks to himself? It's like choosing between a douche and a turd sandwich...God the decisions that have to be made.."
Joker said as he stood up on the table. He pointed his hands to different parts of the Federation.
"I Declare that anybody who doesn't stand under the JOKER FLAG will perish...and with the new federation we will decide what to do on this Hidden Leaf Venture after I take over the Federation..."
Joker rolled over towards The Hidden Cloud representatives. As he gave them a big smile and he only pointed towards Hidden Leaf.
"you better look bold. Because all that is going to happen is that they will come and rape your dogs and kill your women..or that might be in the other order..But either way..If you don't stand for something. You are going to fall for anybody."
Joker chuckled in his ear.

Oraj Tsuchigumo 
'So be it,' Tsuchigumo thought to himself. He then stood up from his seat and stood next to his current leader. His gaze now focused on those in the room, looking for anyone who might come to oppose Hidden Leaf's actions. Oraj didn't really care about who his allies where, all he was concerned about was the protection of the Leaf and his Leader's orders. 'This serpent worshiper, the clown, the jelly creature, the young Raikage. All of them are my enemies until deemed otherwise by declaration in this very room. I will enjoy this battle,' he thought to himself. No one knew of Oraj and he planned to keep it that way, he had not said a single word since he arrived and didn't plan on saying anything in the beginning. All the people here would know is that Oraj was from Hidden Leaf and that he had to be one of the strongest in the village to end up here.

Asuka knew that this Joker figured had to be rather powerful to show such gaudiness as to openly oppose the Angra Mainyu like that. The temporary Raikage nearly trembled as Joker began to talk into his ear. He agreed with the kage of Hidden Clown, standing for something was indeed important. But how important could it be if it lead an entire village to its doom by one enemy or another? What Asuka did next, he did for the good of his village and his people. He would do whatever it took to keep his people safe. The young Raikage stood from his seat and face Kaden. "For the good of its people, the Hidden Cloud will pledge its alliance to the Angra Mainyu and to Hidden Leaf." Asuka looked over to Loki who had helped so much recently in their disaster. "I'm sorry Loki. You're village may be safe and secure, but mine is in a state of weakness and everyone here knows it. For the good of my people and for their safety, this is what I must do." Asuka nodded at Kaden Hyuuga, his new leader, and took his seat once more. The Raikage looked around the table as he waited for the political s**t storm to hit him. Asuka stood for something today, and that something was the well being of his people.

Mashira only raised her right eyebrow at all the new coming people walking in to the room. Everyone who entered seemed to make their own grade entrance as if this was a beauty pageant. She wasn't surprised over the entrance of the cloak hooded people as she had scene them before in other meetings in gatherings. They certainly knew how to rise up a crowd. She watched then unveil and to her pleasant surprise she finally saw people who she knew. 'Ha! Who knew. We finally see people that we know in this room and just so happens to be the one's that everyone hates. ' She thought with a grin on her face as she glanced back towards 707 then turned her attention back to the discussion. When hearing the comment about Hidden Leaf she could only roll her eyes. Everyone knew the Hidden Leaf was the most hated within all villages . Even if what the Hyuuga was saying the truth or not she would never side with the village however when she had heard about Hidden Clouds council dying her grin couldn't have grew any bigger for her small mouth.
" Pfft annoying, " She muttered while grabbing her flask and took another chug of the unknown liquid before setting it back down on the table. When hearing the creepy clown's voice and his comment she couldn't help but to laugh. "As much as I hate to say this, the freak, and I mean the clown in the room, has a point " She said, rising her voice up for the annoying fighters to hear her out. " Has everyone went senile in this room and forget that there are five great nations? Sure Hidden Cloud just signed it's self up faster then someone's first time jerking off however Hidden Mist, Sand and Rock have yet to say their peace. As much as it annoys me to say this however us villages who are smaller should consider all possibility before signing up for anything." The child then leaned back in her chair and crossed her arms over her chest. She had a feeling her fowl language would get her in trouble but it was worth it. She was a monster, a beast by definition, and apart of her didn't even want to be here. Her village was fairly strong and would last a fighting chance, especially during the nights..

 "Who are you calling a dessert, clown?" Hedoro was obviously talking to Joker, nobody else was imbalanced enough to say such a thing in her presence. If it wasn't for the fact that fighting was a virtual impossibility, she would have already attacked him for his gall. Instead, she had to rely on words, words to goad him into leaving so that she could make him regret what he'd said. "And who would be foolish enough to walk under the flag of a madman? You're a bigger threat to your allies than your enemies!" She had heard that Hidden Leaf had declared war on everyone, but for the moment, she didn't properly care. In time, that might become her problem, but for now, she was more focused on getting that blasted Scaramouch to shut his grinning mouth.  War? Just like that, war had been declared amongst the nations? What nonsense was this? They had all held relations, that while not always amiable, had at least benefited everyone. But now Hidden Leaf was throwing that all away? "You really declare war on everyone who doesn't follow you? And what of the misguided few who do ally with you? Don't they realize that siding with an assassin isn't exactly the best choice for a long life? Are you all cowards?!" This was directed mostly to those few who had already allied with Leaf and the Angra Mainyu in order to try to save their own skins. "You'd sooner sell your honor and your village's dignity for a few extra days of life?! Your leaders of the past would cry tears of blood to see how shameful you act now, wagging your tails like beaten dogs! Nano, for one, will not side with such underhanded and vile fiends as those." And there it was, Nano would not serve the Angra Mainyu.  Shiori's eyes widened as things began to heat up. If they got much more out of control, she would almost expect to see fires break out. As it was, there seemed to be a clear schism developing, those who supported the assassins, and those who didn't. She wasn't cut out for dealing with people such as these, she didn't have enough social experience to feel at all at ease in such situations. Yet she still had to. "Leaf's actions are certainly despicable, but they aren't the only ones. Hidden Moon attacked my village, are they going to be more pawns of your organization as well, Angra Mainyu?" After all, there had been a Hidden Moon headband left behind after the Amekage's body had been found, they were just as guilty as Hidden Leaf had been. "Hidden Moon is no longer welcome in Rain, and neither are it's allies!"  "Haha, this is great!" Kyouken couldn't help but laugh as people were at each other's throats, only one step away from it actual being literally the case. The assassins had up and admitted what they had done, and had the arrogance to demand everyone's allegiance on top of that? Oh, they were going to be fun! "So the assassins are trying to take over the world, huh? I have to admit, they have lofty goals! As for Chuckles over there, does anyone take him seriously? Hidden Star doesn't really care what the rest of you fools do, just leave us out of it. The rest of you can kill yourselves all you want. Then we'll swoop in and pick up the pieces." She probably shouldn't have said that last part out loud, but she didn't really care. After all, everyone else was shooting their mouths off, so why not her too?

Loki stood calmly, " I am afraid I have made myself unclear." He doubted anyone would pay attention but he rose from his seat to make sure that he was heard this time, " I had come to this meeting in order for peace to be upheld if there is NO OTHER WAY Hidden Heaven will accept it in a defensive fashion. Any village clan or individual Shinobi who does not believe they can defend themselves is more than welcome to join Hidden Heaven as a Haven. Leaf may speak strong but no amount of strength or shield techniques can withstand the Chakra cannons defending Hidden Heaven." He looked around the table, " I am not asking for allegiances in a war I am offering an Asylum for those that do not wish to fight. The shinobi of Hidden Heaven, our very village itself is proof, have the ability to take an entire village and elevate it to the clouds. Merging another village with Hidden Heaven's to bring it into the Chakra Cannon's defensive perimeter." He sighed his mask hiding the sound he did not want to fight but it was becoming unavoidable, " I request that no one make an alliance for or against this war until all the cards have been layed out to be seen." Loki turned his attention to Asuka the Acting Raikage and said directly to him, " I do not blame you for tossing away an allegiance when it makes you stronger to be without it in the name of your village I will not hold that against you you are not the enemy. However my statement stands that Hidden Heaven could easily become a Haven for those that don't want to fight." He sat down again for the most part he ignored the Joker the mane was an idiot and he refused to be allied with him Hedoro was correct the man was a threat to both allies and enemies. His tone was quieter though no the less decided he turned his head towards the Hyuuga of Leaf, " Is there no way this war can be avoided? Nothing that can be done by all here? You have given your declaration of war and you have our attention this meeting was called for talks of peace not for declarations of war." Asuka's declaration was probably the most stunning thing to him his Council had been killed by Hidden Leaf and they had made no attempt to cover it up yet here he was allying with them without a second though. Perhaps he had misjudged the Acting Raikage's character and he wasn't a man to be trusted.

Jono looked at the new standing kage for Hidden Cloud. He sighed slowly as he only shook his head. He stood up from his chair as he couldn't believe this guy had jsut folded so easily. Jono was no match for Hidden Leaf. But he wouldn't let them go unpunished for there acts.
"The Great Nations. They are only great nations because we call them great nations. It's Obvivious that Hidden Cloud is not a great nation anymore. From this day forward....Hidden Cloud is no longer resepected in our borders..and they shall also be killed on sight."
Jono looked over to the Hidden Heaven leader. He was an odd ball. That was another shinobi he didn't want much to do with..simply because of his relationship...and his village. He hsook his head and as he pointed towards Loki.
"You wish to avoid war..There is no Avoiding it... It's coming your way. You can try and hide from it as long as you like.. BUT one way or another you are going to end up involved and so are all those little people who try and avoid it. So who are you trying to fool? Maybe you didn't hear me. Maybe you choose to ignore me. THEY Killed Kages. THEY KILLED MY BEST FRIEND. Do you think that this all can be ran over with words. They wanted this..and they got what they wanted.."
Jono said with a sigh.

Joker looked towards Hedoro and he threw his shoulders up. As he looked at her in the eyes. She was a monster like him. There was no need to fight..but he wanted the village. He smiled at her as he showed off those big pearly whites. They never got him out of a fight before..but he wondered if they would today.
"Yes..I am mad.. But so are you...We are Monsters here mate. Do you think these..these humans see you as anything more than that? Plus when I say Dessert..I meant in the most nondisrespectful way I could. But you do look edible...."
Joker said with a bit of a chuckle. He knew of her. HE kenw that she could squash his Joker rebelion in one stomp. She made a clan. She was no joke. He only joked as he sat down on the table. His feet were getting tired. He turned towards the Raikage and simply laughed at him.
"Wow. At least make them buy you dinner before you bend over for them kid. I guess I will be killing you later then. Those the way the dominoes fall kid."
Joker said with a bit of a smile. As he walked back to his own chair. He often seperated himself from these little meetings. Now he never knew why. They were so much fun. They all wanted to kill each other..and Now he wished he would have been a part of more. Because it seemed liked..Leaf was the World..and the other villages were everybody else. He was surprised about some of the villages not making a representive..but oh well. Guess they would have there fates chosen for them.
"Well then Gentlemen. It seems we need to discuss the Shinobi Academy...I for fact won't let future clowns and clownettes go to the school ran by Leaf Hate monogers. I think that we should all handle our own basic jutsu training..."
It was the first thing Joker had said that wasn't about killing and hurting others.

As others in the room began hollering at Asuka for his actions, he could only sigh. He knew this would happen on some level, but he didn't realize people would be threatening him directly. It was all quite sad to him. "I understand that many of you are now mad at me. But I frankly don't see much choice other than utter destruction. As you all know Hidden Cloud is very weak right now with only a few chuunin at its defense. If I choose to oppose the Angra Mainyu, they would sweep through my village without breaking a sweat. Now that I ally with them you all threaten me. Regardless of which way I choose my village faces destruction. I have seen the power of the Angra Mainyu and quite frankly I don't see them going away any time soon."Now Asuka's attention turned to Loki. "Loki I'm afraid Jono is right. You can't hide in your clouds forever. Eventually you will be the only 'haven' left and the whole war will come crashing down on you and those you harbor. So I'm afraid that is not an acceptable route for my people." Returning to addressing the entire council, the Raikage continued. "Right now I'm trying to do what's best for my people. I will sit and listen for any other promising options so please throw them my way before I end up destroyed by everyone in the room." With that, Asuka crossed his arms and returned to his seat where he intended to stay quietly for some time while he listened to what else could occur.

 The Cyan haired warrior missed the important part about how the leaf village was part of the events that took place, including the Hidden Cloud. Their reason involved power and their lack of it. Before Reiko's arrival it seemed that Hidden Leaf has been the nation's punching bag with old duct tape; constantly being beaten over and over again. "Shouldn't you increase your defenses then?...or better yet your warriors?" Reiko thought. It didn't take a medical nin or someone with high intelligence to come up with the conclusion that a village should prepare themselves and get stronger if they get invaded, so that will never happen again. Obviously Kaden's thought process was different from Reiko; that, or he was hungry for battle. Loki was one of the few that showed sympathy, explaining that an alternate path could have been taken but if war was the solution, he had no problem with that. "I see where he's coming from. One should increase their defenses but that does not teach the attackers a lesson. But still....war doesn't have to be necessary...there has to be another way."
There were others that were eager to sastify their lust for battle, but cared less for being allies with everyone, such as the Joker; from his view, whoever wasn't with the "Joker Flag" was an enemy. Great. His reign of terror was postponed however so as long as they were in this home. Reiko began to get on his guard as the Joker rolled over towards Asuka even though his speech was being sent to both of them. Reiko intended to look bold during this argument, but was Asuka willing to? The room was about to find out when he took next in speaking their mind on the matter. The Cyan haired Miyanari warrior didn't know Asuka for long; hell they didn't even share 2 paragraphs of sentences. But he was still good in Reiko's book.
What came out of Asuka's mouth threatened that relationship..
Reiko didn't know what was more sad. The fact that even though Asuka was strong(barely) between the two, he didn't consider allowing Reiko to enter in his input...Or even ask him about the matter. Or the fact that in less than a second, as fast as electricity was Asuka's choice of giving up their alliance to the Angra Mainyu and To Hidden Leaf was faster. The other people representing the clans seemed to agree with Reiko's thoughts. The only difference was that they were not hesistance to allow their thoughts to be heard. The crimson eyed girl even had more sense than the "Raikage", explaining that ideas before war should be considered, and relating Asuka's move to a world premier masturbating session. The Joker didn't settle for taking it lightly either even though he had a point about eating a nice meal before getting one's booty plugged. Jono, another warrior in attendance took it to another level, degrading the nation of Hidden Cloud and engaging in K.O.S to all of it's members. "Damn you Asuka..." Reiko whispered to himself.
Their supream goal was to learn everything they could and go back tot heir planet. Asuka's big mouth made their plan more difficult. Reiko didn't like that. Of course, with negative came positive responses. So far, Reiko was on the same level with Tamao when she spoker her opinion and refused to serve the Angra Mainyu.The Cyan haired warrior came a long way and from his path of the sword and being a warrior in general to know that he would rather die an honorable swordsman than to live as a pathetic one. He was sure that the Miyanari clan would agree as well.The Cyan haired warrior gave a respectful nod to the masked swordswoman and made a mistake about Loki it seemed. To Loki, the hidden leaf were already enemies, but for the rest of the clans who were perhaps unable to fight, they could seek refuge within his homeland. Another nod of respect was given to Loki from Reiko. It turned out that he wasn't foolish like Asuka and had their attention to those who wanted it not those who didn't deserve it.
As Asuka opened his mouth once more it made Reiko...irritaed at the fact that he was trying to justify giving up the Hidden Cloud member's freedom in exchange for as Tamao mentioned a few more days of life. "So you're afraid then Asuka? Afraid of their power...that's why you should get stronger, so you shouldn't experience that fear anymore." Reiko thought, bits of the old him pouring into his thought waves. Shinobu couldn't help but smile slightly, Jono had told her not to speak and to stay calm and yet here he was doing just what he'd warned her against, it seemed comical to her, then again she could find it like that because there was a certain degree of separation from her and this. Hidden Katana was going to war, Jono said so, that was all she needed to know to fight. She almost wanted Jono to align against Joker's 'Federation' so that she'd have a better way to go after him than having to wait several years, War was a perfect opportunity to kill someone off, and Shinobu expertly stifled a chuckle as Hidden Cloud seemed to compound it misery, there was going to be a civil war going on during the actual war! God they were totally screwed no matter who won the civil war. More than likely the Angra Mainyu would crush Hidden Heaven to show their superiority over even their 'amazing' defenses. Tamao interested her, she was known for her large collection of blades and it seemed the chips were falling rather well as far as she could tell this was still a mere 2 front war.
