“It surprised me too.” He admitted in regards to ‘Liking’ Ever, but he did and a great deal. It made him laugh quietly to hear the hesitation in Ladon’s voice over trying to endure Ever, the two of them reminded him of oil and water.
“It’s a good thing we don’t have to –like- everyone isn’t it? But it’s a fantastic thing that regardless of like, for the most part there is a sense of respect. Not just for rank but when people have a talent, it’s nice to know that for the better part of things it’s not going to devolve into a pissing match. I think that’s something I really value about…’us’.”

"Yes. I'm glad we're not being punished just for not liking someone." He said with a smile. "I recall not liking you very much when I first met you." In fact, he had found Zink rather abrasive and terrifying.
"...but I'm glad we all have our talents. It's what makes having teams and staying as a group all that more important." Speaking off, he really needed to get on that. Luckily, he hadn't been called on it and forced to collect his own team, but he knew with more and more fresh faces in the Negaverse, he would need to step up and guide a few of them.

“I remember thinking you must be angry because Linarite called me ‘Number One’, I’m still surprised she did to be honest with you.” He shrugged softly but did not add that having watched some of the series he was of the mind that ‘Worf’ rather suited Wolframite in a curious way as well.
“Diversity and respect for that, finding our own niches and now, being commended for them rather than being squeezed into a single violent mold. I think we’ll be stronger for it in the end don’t you?”

He nodded, though wondered. "We still need a good number in that 'violent mold' though. We have a lot of new ...faces who will need to handle that obstacle. Things are getting as serious as ever, especially with how the ...." He tried to find a word for senshi. "...skirted opposition have been playing in groups. Having each member at least know how to take one down to the permanent point still needs to be done, talent for other things or not." It was necessary, and he wondered if the lower ranking officers were being babied in a way. "I think with the the new way we get....our resources, a lot of our members are dodging that. In the end, I don't want them placed in a situation where they hesitate and something goes bad." He worried for them all - a lot. They needed that key skill. Violent or not, it was necessary in offing a senshi.

Zac nodded in agreement. “But that’s where specialization and training comes in, one of our” he hesitated for a moment “Friends, has some interesting ideas in that regard, I’ll have to put you in touch with her. I think working with you could provide some excellent variety for people as far as ah, diversity in exercise.” He grinned slightly remembering his own time spent working together to help Wolfram with his aim. He himself had to practice again when the shape of his weapon kept changing, the loft made a great deal of difference, not to mention the effects.
He paused the smile slipping away. “There is babying and there is forcing too much though, it’ll be hard to find that dividing line so we neither break them… or send them screaming to the arms of whatever shallow comforts can be offered them.”
The words were quiet and careful, but sad as well, Linarite had been a blow, sooner or later there would be another, it was just a matter of time. Just looking at their own ‘recruitment’ told him that, where they could gain senshi by force or ‘coercion’, surely the side of ‘order’ could do the same.

He considered it a moment. "No. I don't agree. You and I had that same...experience when we first started out, and we're the better for it now. It may not be....ethical by the everyday person's standards, but considering what we had to do, what we have to do now, it was and I still feel is a necessity. Not for those people on the streets we had to take down, but now for our .....opposition we need to take out of the game. To protect them, they need to know how. I think the rookies starting out might be a little delicate to it now, but once they go to the second rank, they should know it." He simply could not agree with Zinkenite about keeping it past lieutenant.
"We lost a lot of fresh members because they hesitated and the other side didn't. They should know they could loose everything. "Either to our current problems or new ones showing up that might want to hurt them. We already have a group that can be their aid if in trouble, but they should know what they can when those terrible situations come up. Harm or be harmed." He whispered the last bit, eying the others around him who didn't seem to hear, and went back to drinking his coffee. It was clear Wolframite felt everyone should know how to kill a senshi - possibly in many ways.
