With an enthusiastic wiggle the little guy let out a "thought hum", chop-sticks clicking. 'I will help you, I promise.' He was a loyal and honest guy, he'd help her the second they got big.
He wondered though about her mother. Suddenly, his mind figured a way to block her out, just for a second. He didn't want her to know he was thinking about her mother, she'd be sad, right? He didn't want to hurt her. How could a mother do that? He just.... didn't understand....

She blinked thinking a bit. So what do you wanna do the minute you get out of there? She thought a bit more. We can go exploring when you get out! We will have lots of fun together. I'll show you where I like to hide too. Nobody knows about my secret spot. But you can know cause you are gonna be my best friend!

Exploring? He couldn't wait! Wiggling and wobbling even more his chop-sticks clicked happily. 'Yes, exploring! Well, if my momma lets me. Maybe I can bring my sisters, too.' He paused in thought briefly.
'I'm the only boy, so I will sometimes be busy training to learn how to protect them, but you can watch! Would you mind?' He didn't want her to feel ditched, and he wouldn't mind if she watched him during training at all.

She tilted her head to the side. Aren't you nice to want to protect your sisters. She wondered who would protect her. She was already fully aware the world was a hateful place. Her mother had already made sure she knew that. She wondered if others would be hateful to her because she could not speak. Sure. I'll watch you. If that is allowed though. Well maybe. Depends on who all is around. Cause others won't understand me.

He wiggled at this, again, and flicked his chop-stick to swat away a bug. 'I know they wouldn't judge you.' He was naive at this age, but, it was true. He had a kind family. 'And even if they can't understand you I can be your voice. Even if I can't hear you, too. I will always know how you feel.' He had heard her musing over if people would judge her for her muteness, though didn't respond.
How would he know? He was a boy that could sense emotions... He knew his life would be tough, too. He wouldn't lie to her, that was one thing he could not promise her, that no one would try and hurt her. But he could promise that he wouldn't let them.

She gave him a smile. So what do you want to do when you grow up? Well besides train so you can protect your family. She flicked her tail back and forth. I want to go exploring and discover new things. I would really love to see the ocean. Goby said it is the most beautiful place. He is ummm different looking. But he swims really fast! And he reads me stories when mama Winter is to busy for me.

With a quiet hum he considered her question. What did he want to do? Well.... He didn't know. He was just a bowl... he didn't really understand that he could make his own life and do his own things. He would travel, maybe.... He wanted to make sure his beloved sisters were safe and had all found someone to protect them if he traveled.
'I don't know, honestly. I want to be there for my family, but for my own desires I don't know. I heard some of our kind live in houses. Is this really true?'

She scratched her head. I live in a house with lots of other's. There's my real mama, mama Winter, Scootaloo, Absolut, Electric and Goby living there. She thought a bit. I want to move out when I get bigger. Find my own place to live. It's kinda crowded there. She nuzzled him. Maybe we can live together.

'Yes yes!' The bowl's chopsticks glowed more. 'I would love to live together! But....but....what about my family?' He paused in thought. 'We could live close to my family, right?' Being away from mommy and papa and sisters Petra,Jubilee, and Rogue? That sounded frightening! Then again, he'd have Mai. He could protect her all by himself. Yes!
But then who'd protect his family? Silly! His daddy would! He knew his daddy was a tough, strong man. He'd never let anyone hurt his family while Chamber was gone!

She thought a bit. Ohhh then maybe it is better you stay with them. I don't want to live near anybody. I'm going to go live deep in the forest where nobody will ever find me. She was serious on this, she didn't want to be found. But I'll tell you where I go. I promise.

Silence. Then a wiggle.
'We can decide when we're older, right?' He asked. He didn't know what he wanted right now as a tiny little bowl. Right now he wanted to grow up and be able to climb all over Maikoa and play with her!
Oh?
He heard a voice, his chopstick clicking. His momma! He had to go home, now! Happily he wiggled again. 'I have to go home now, kay?' With this he decided to take the long journey of wiggling towards his momma.
