"You're all going to pay for this!" Mizu hissed. She aimed another flying claw strike at Higure, who actually managed to dodge. He darted over to Tenmei's side, helping her stand. "Let's play dead, you d**n cat!" Higure growled. Both he and Tenmei fired their pistols at the group of them, but a large stone barrier shot up from the ground and took the hits. Daichi smirked a bit, his tail swishing. He shook his head, trying to stay conscious, but at least the barrier stayed up. "M-mizu..." Mizu merely nodded and Daichi opened the barrier just enough so Mizu could be seen. "Take this, hunters!" She raised both her hands above her head, swinging them downwards at the group of hunters. When her claws met the ground, a giant tidal wave rose from nowhere and headed for the hunters.

Daichi closed the barrier around Mizu again. Though Mizu was panting a bit, she remained on her feet. Then an idea came to mind. "H-hang on..." she said softly. She rested a hand over Kumori's back wound and Daichi's shoulder wound where the tranquilizers went in at. She closed her eyes and a water seemed to filter though the blood quickly. Since their bodies are mostly made up of water, it didn't effect them in any real harmful way, but it did filter the body of impurities such as the tranquilizer. Daichi blinked slowly a few times when he started to feel normal again, and this time really ready to fight. "If you can take care of Koroshiya, we can handle the troublesome twins."

Daichi nodded. He counted to three softly, then the stone barrier dropped quickly. He and Mizu dashed off towards Tenmei and Higure. They dodged a bullet or two, but then Daichi and Mizu were upon the twin hunters. In a flash, they were in the midst of hand-to-hand combat: Tenmei versus Mizu; Daichi versus Higure.

"Kumori! You can't let anger control you!" Mizu shouted while fighting Tenmei. "You've gotta think straight if you're gonna win," Daichi added while in his own fight. Mizu and Daichi had twin daggers while Tenmei pulled out a short sword, Higure with a broadsword. Clanks of metal sounded as blade met blade, the four of them all receiving small cuts here and there.

Nicholai had followed the people watching the people in the alley. They seemed, strange, out of sync with the rest of life in the city, the people from the alley, I mean. The entire time he was following them he kept his right hand on the katana. He had followed them all into a forest, but got lost, extremely quickly. He looked around for a long time the people who following the people who he was following. Sighing heavily, he leaned up against a tree and closed his eyes for a minute or two. Then he heard the gun shots. His ears stood straight up and moved around. He heard another gunshot and stood up. He turned around and ran around the tree then headed off to where he heard the gun shots. As he approached, he heard more and more gunshots. He started moving through a large thicket, and found a huge wall of thorns. He sighed and unsheathed his katana. He groaned and started hacking away at the thorns.
