Mot smiled and took the mask from Mitsu carefully, looking it over. He'd always been curious about how it stayed on her face. A band? Magic? The childish curiosity too over, and Mot attempted putting it on his own face.
"Kind of hard to see.." Mot mused behind the mask, as if he were not one to talk. Was he wearing it properly? Upside down? "You said you wear this because you don't think you're scary?" Mot asked conversationally. That was what she said right?

Mitsu watched Mot fiddle with the mask. If he noticed it did have a thin set of clear strings that went around the head to keep it in place. Mitsu kept them loose so the mask could be slipped on and off easily.
"Y..yeah it is a little difficult to see at times." It severely cut into her peripheral vision which was probably a large contributor to her clumsy behavior. She smiled a bit though seeing Mot put it on. It was strange seeing it on someone else's face.
Her ears drooped at bit at Mot's next question. He wasn't making fun of her but it was still a sensitive subject. "N..no I don't think I am." How could she be? She was small with a baby face and eyes like a hollow deer. Mitsu had been told she looked more pitiful than anything else.
A bit uncomfortable Mitsu's gaze fell to Mot's hat that sat beside him. She wondered what his reasons were for wearing it. Was it something similar to her reasoning or something else entirely? Should she ask? Would that be prying too much?

"I guess it depends if you're used to it. Lizzy and Hel wore my hat one and they said it was difficult." Mot mentioned, looking around with the garment on his face.
"Well, we're young, right?" Mot recalled Hel saying they were all still students, still learning. "One day you'll find your own way. It's all about attitude. So what if you're not scary looking in this form. You're a werewolf or something, right? You have your own special way of scaring." Which meant this wasn't the true Mitsu. Mitsu's natural form could very well be a scary sight to behold.
Mot looked over, spotting Mitsu looking at his hat. The reaper nudged it toward the ghoul with a smile. "Only fair, hm?" If she wanted to try it on, she was free to. Mot decided to take off the mask for now. It wasn't quite meant for his facial structure; it was uncomfortable.

"All about attitude..." Mitsu repeated trying to think those words over carefully. "Y..yeah but I'm still small." At least she knew she was much smaller than her parents or brother had ever been. She was a runt in the family.
Looking the hat over carefully as Mot nudged it toward her Mitsu lifted it off the bed. Looking it over for a moment like she was searching for something Mitsu finally lifted it higher to place on her head. At first her ears flattened out keeping the hat on the top of her head, but being unfamiliar with the weight they soon drooped and the hat sank down covering the top of her face.
Tilting her head back was the only way she could really see. "Is this how you normally see?" Mitsu asked. It limited his vision but in a different way. The lycan imagined all he could see were feet.

"Small, tall or big. It's not an issue." Mot smiled encouragingly. "Give it time. I have every confidence in you, Mitsu."
Mot chuckled, leaning back and watching the ghoul struggle with his hat. "How I normally see? Well, normally I'm taller than who I need to look at." There was always that air of mystery, wondering if Mot was somehow able to see through the hat itself, considering how low he wore it over his eyes.

"I guess that's true," Mitsu said softly reaching up to push the hat back up and out of her eyes. "You are really tall." Especially compared to her.
Mitsu's ears shifted a bit but when they couldn't seem to lift the hat again to keep on the top of her head she decided to take the hat off handing it back to Mot.
"Thank you for the encouragement." She could remember her brother saying something similar to her. His encouraging words got her through most days when nothing else would, but then he had left and those encouraging words left with him.

Mot smiled and took back his hat, using this opportunity to stand. "Never a problem, Mitsu. If you're ever needing to talk things out, you give me a call."
The reaper took another look at the wall of photos. It really was nice to see the room have more of a personal spark. Less like a jail cell and more like a bedroom. "I look forward to seeing that filled out some more." Mot adjusted his coat a bit before moving to Mitsu, giving her a pat on the head. "I'd better get going."
Mot then turned to leave, pausing once he had to door open to turn and give Mitsu one last grin. "It was nice being able to see your pretty face. Thank you for that."

"O..okay," Mitsu nodded as Mot took back his hat. She looked to the wall of photos as he mentioned filling it out more. The lycan hoped to have more pictures to add to it soon.
With the pat on the head Mitsu stood as well walking Mot to the door. A blush crossed her cheeks though at his parting words and she couldn't help but look down shyly. "I..It was nice to see your face as well." Despite her shyness there was still a smile.

Mot smiled again, albeit a touch shyly having received a compliment. "Maybe one day we won't need security blankets. Well, I'll see you later."
Mot turned and left, strutting down the halls as if he owned the place. This had been a hallway that had conquered him last time. To be able to walk them without a fear of getting lost was liberating, and gave him a drunk sense of superiority over them.

"Maybe," Mitsu agreed. It would be nice if she felt confident enough to go without it.
"See you later." Offering the reaper a wave of goodbye she waited for him to leave, watching him strut down the hall shortly before closing the door with a smile. It was always nice to see Mot in high spirits.
