I'm thinking I want to make a header and write an intro for each year's set of lessons. I think I'll make that like I did my grade book. Then I'll probably type out each individual lesson regularly, plus the images I dig up of whichever creature(s) are being discussed within the lesson. That way it isn't a complete mass of image madness... 3nodding
Oh, also all students should take note:
Don't really take too much stock into the lists of creatures listed under each class's course name. I'm still in the process of figuring out which creatures I do and don't want to cover in this class as well as when I want to cover them. I've been working hard, in my spare time, going through my magical creature books to figure out what I think would fall under each category. That doesn't necessarily mean I'll be covering all the creatures listed there. It was just easy for me to keep things separate that way.

Alright, so, I waited an extra hour to cut off enrollment, just in case.
Unfortunately, I have not finished writing all of the lessons yet,
and I don't want to post one, if I don't have all of them, you know?
This is further exasperated by the fact that I have my own homework to work on and I'm sick with a head-cold.

I wish I could say that I can have all the lessons up by tomorrow, but it's much more likely that I'll have them up by midnight on Wednesday.
I apologize most sincerely for any problems this might cause anyone.

1. Well I don't know if this count but this penguin I suppose is magical because it came outta nowhere and has been following me...so I've name him Pengoo!

1. I have a crup named Patches.
2. Although it's cliche, I would probably have to say dragons are my favorite magical creature; I have always loved them. And of course they are very useful magically speaking, but I would never want them to be hurt just for wand or potion ingredients... sweatdrop
3. My Gwee the dragon is probably my favorite that I already own, but there are always things that I see and want, like the new wizard school item (of course now there are Claw items but still no Puff, lol).

(IC) I have a white rat named Diogenes. He's not very magical, but he seems to be pretty smart.
2. Your favorite Magical animal and why it's your favorite.
The pangolin. Its scales are useful in protection magic. They're as smart and dexterous as raccoons, and they can walk on their hind legs when they want to to free up their hands. Unfortunately they're endangered, they're hunted for their scales and meat.

That's a tough one. I have a TON of items. But I think I have to say it's my Chess Hat. The thing is incredibly versatile and it's SO me.
As for an item that I don't have that I want more than any other? Not really. I don't usually go for big ticket items in the millions, and between the free Gaia Cash for watching the adverts and the material worth I have I can pretty much always get the few items I want as they come out.

She used to belong to a house elf that worked here named Wren. And while she doesn't have any magical properties, she's quite inquisitive, which led to her at one time, experimentally eating some mysterious magical goo which caused her to hiccup and change colors.
2. Your favorite Magical animal and why it's your favorite. A Jarvey, as strange as it may seem, they are so cute, (even if foul mouthed) and I had the fortunate experience of meeting an especially intelligent one, and it was quite clear to me that their foul language was a helpless compulsion, not anything mean in spirit.
3. What is your favorite Gaia item that you own? If there an item you don't own that you want more than any other? What is it? My favorite Item that I already have I'd have to say is Dappy Dandy, it wondrful, even if I usually just use it for my eyes wink And an item that I would desperately like to own would have to be Nevermore, very muchly so...

Thank you all very much for your extra credit. Unfortunately, I've had way too much homework to finish all my lessons. But I'm planning to spend most of tomorrow and all of Friday working on them. So I should have them up by Friday night. Also, because almost half of all the students we have enrolled posted their extra credit work after only 3 days, I'm going to give all 11 of you a single bonus point, just because you guys came through on your end and I failed to come in on mine. 3nodding
Also, feel free to continue posting the extra credit assignment, if you have not done so, already. If you have, don't hesitate to comment on your fellow classmate's responses. biggrin
