As serious was Charlie was taking this, Hel on the other hand, was not. Mot? Her neighbor, cowboil Mot, tricking kids into vans with candy and taking them away? Pfffft. Yeah right.
Hel blinked once, twice, and then snorted. The snort then erupted into full out laughter. No, she wasn’t laughing at Charlie…she was laughing at what Charlie said. He couldn’t be serious! He was just pulling her let, right? After a few minute, Hel’s laughter died down, and she wiped at one of her eyes. “No, no friend, we can’t be speaking about the same reaper…that is a good one, though! Pffft…”

The demons brow lifted. There was another Mot on campus? Charlie relaxed a bit.
"Oh..." The mafia boss airs disappeared with that single saying of oh.
And just in time as their drinks arrived along with the pizza. The pizza was fully loaded with all the kinds of meat the pizza place had. In fact, the pizza was more meat then it was pizza.
Charlie smiled and helped him self to three slices greedily.

And just like that, the topic shifted away from cowboils and vans. Especially when the pizza was placed in front of them.
Hel blinked in surprise, her eyes now widening in delight as the pizza was placed before them. This…this smelled…heavenly…it…looked heavenly…the meat, the sauce, the cheese and the bread. Her stomach grumbled loudly, and she then followed Charlie’s example, but tore off two pieces instead for now. The reaper observed how Charlie ate for a moment, before picking up a slice and taking a big bite out of it.
Oh. My. Jack.
“Delicious.” Came Hel’s muffled reply.

Charlie was on the last piece of his three when he took a break to glug down half his glass of pumpkin juice. It was one of the better pizza's he'd had in a very long time. The special had been worth the order for sure.
Now he wrapped his last piece of pizza up like a taco and shoved it down his throat. The whole time his sleeves fell on his plate and lapped up grease and other stray bits. There was a mess of cheese and grease all over his face by the time he was reaching for his fourth.
But that just meant the pizza was good in Charlie language.

Addicted. She was addicted now. One bite, and Hel knew she was lost now forever to the wonder that was pizza. She was so going to have to learn how to make it, and then share it with her family!
While the reaper didn’t inhale her food like Charlie did, she was slow, either. She demolished her first slice, and went onto the second, and soon was pulling two more onto her plate as well. Right now, there seemed to be a rather comfortable, companionable silence between the demon and the reaper. They had each other’s company, their juice, and their pizza; there was no need for words right now. Hel was content with that.

When there was pizza, there were no words when Charlie was involved. At least at his end. It was nice to see Hel have the same mentality as him.
He finished his fourth piece and grabbed his glass and chugged it down. With a satisfying bang of the glass to the table, Charlie was done. Satisfied, and happy. The pizza had been one of legends.
Well, to be fair, Charlie thought that about almost every pizza he'd ever tried. Almost. There was one time the demon tried veggie pizza. Bleh!

No slice left behind.
Whatever was still left on the pizza tray, Hel finished. She too, then downed the rest of her juice and placed her cup on the table. The reaper let out a rather pleased sigh before grinning widely over at Charlie. “…That was amazing!” She cried. “I never thought pizza would be so delicious! You truly are the master!”
She was really glad to have come with Charlie, and since the demon was so kind as to show her, the reaper had no problem paying, as she then started fishing through her apron for the seeds.

Charlie fished in his pocket only to discover a hole. He frowned. No seeds were to be found at all. He had no idea that Hel intended to pay for them, not very good at hints, so instead he slunk under the table and gestured Hel to do the same.
"Follow me," Charlie had every intention on ducking out of the bill.

Hel was surely but slowly collecting the seeds she would need to pay their tab, but she abandoned the search for now when Charlie called out to her. Follow him? Where were they going? She watched as the demon slunk the table, and peeked under it to follow him.
“…Where are we going, friend?”

"Outta here ~" His smile was a bit devious.
"Just follow me and try to keep up okay! I'll be the distraction." And with that the demon ran, screaming some sort of battle cry, out the door of the pizza place. Two waiters were following after him at this point crying out insults and shaking their fists. Charlie was a bit to fast for them though.

Hel crawled under the table, and blinked once more once Charlie informed her of his intentions. Wait, out of here? Didn’t they need to pay first? “But Charlie, I need to—“
The reaper didn’t have time to finish her statement, for soon the demon had fled from under the table and was running towards the door, uttering a battle cry. Oh dear Jack. The ghoul scrambled after him and the owners who were in pursuit. As soon as she was outside, Hel leapt into the air and flapped her wings, the altitude allowing her to catch sight of Charlie. “Up here, friend!” She called out to the boil, and then started to climb higher.
What better away to get away than flying, yes?

The sight of Hel fluttering over head was enough to cause Charlie to remember that he had wings. Oh. Right. Wings.
The demon leaped up and flew as high as he could. The two waiters tried to grab hold of one of his legs or sleeves but missed. Charlie was free now, soaring high over head toward Hel.
"WE DID IT!?" He stuck his tongue out at the two cursing waiters below.

Even though they were out of arm’s reach now, Hel thought it best to keep going, and deemed that they wouldn’t be ‘safe’ until they were back at the dorms.
The reaper climbed higher into the air, avoiding any signs in the way, and started to head back in the direction of the campus. She looked back at Charlie, torn between an amusing and exasperated laugh. They had just dine and dashed, and Hel wasn’t sure how to feel about that, but she sure as hell wasn’t about to go back now! “You know, friend…” The ghoul started. “…I did have the seeds to pay…”

Charlie frowned. He had no idea that That Hel had the seeds to pay this whole time. But now the dumb founded demon was already soaring threw the air and away from the crime.
"Uhh.. Its more fun like this.." He gave her a helpless shrug. Hopefully he hadn't ruined the experience.
"We should probably head back now before the boogiemen come after us.."

Hel blinked at Charlie’s oh so helpful comment, and then laughed, rather loudly. “…Ah…you’re right!” She replied. “It’s certainly an experience I’ll never forget!” The reaper glanced back at the demon when he mentioned the bogeymen, and gave a firm nod of her head.
Yes, back to the safety of the dorms! Then back to the safety of her room, where she could write to her sister about the magic of pizza, and also inform her of the new friend she made.
