Also here isan exercise that i use to to in JROTC before i was kicked out. Ok lay on your back raise your feet at least 12-13 inches off the ground bring your shoulders up kick your legs up and down while bring your shoulders up then back down. repeat 12 times then rest for a couple mins (each of the 12 should take at least 30-60 sec.) lol sory if this desriptoin isnt good enough.

Tessiebean With belly dancing you learn how to control your pelvic region, soooo....you get my drift, heh wink I am so going out and buying a belly dancing tape, now. xd
I'd suggest, as it's been said, yoga. I'm unhappy with my belly, too - but when I did yoga, I really liked how it worked.

.skeechuu Korota I have the same problems. The upper part of my stomach's, like, uneven and stuff. And then there's acne. And hair. I wouldn't really have a problem with my self-image if those last two would go away. Maybe if I wasn't so lazy I could do something about it. ._. B... b... but you're still uber handsome! T.T The acne will probably start to fade after a while. I haven't really noticed an acne problem from the pics I've seen of you, but maybe they were just taken on "good" days? sweatdrop And hair is sexy! 8D Well... unless it's like Austin Power's hair. gonk gonk gonk Well... it's not THAT bad, but... crying

I've done something similar to that. It burns really bad, but it feels good afterwards. @w@ I think I should try that then. The way I did it, I was using a deep breathing technique while just holding the position for 8 seconds, then I'd do it three times more. Korota - You're still handsome, because I say so! So neh! xp

True, but it always looks like it works, partly because those models were never actually pregnant.

I'm one of those guys. My girlfriend found this out when she was siting next to me at McDonald's and I caught myself playing with her love handles for no reason at all. I thought she thought I lost my mind. sweatdrop xd
