Guy was only vaguely aware of the appearance of all of the other Pokemon and the conversation occuring behind him. It had nothing to do with him, so why should he pay attention to it when he could be staring at the incredible sight before him? The sight was simply perfect, unmarred by anything. Unless... What on earth was that Pokemon in the water. Guy squinted his eyes and raised his hand over his brow to shield his vision from the sun as he tried to look more closely at the strange sight. Lo and behold, he was greeted with the sight of what looked to be a large, metal Pokemon splashing about the water... in a bikini.
Well. That was weird.
Unfortunately, the oddities did not end there, for not a moment later Guy heard a soft popping sound next to him. Surprised, he glanced to his side and was shocked to see... himself. Standing next to him. He was quite literally beside himself. Guy's blue eyes widened and his face shown a look of utter confusion as he stared at the other him. It indeed looked just like him, except... The other him had a tail. A small, fluffy, purple and white tail. Besides that detail, the resemblance was striking. Original-Guy gave his doppelganger a suspicious and confused look. "...Okaaay..."

Such a rude girl. He really did hope she learned soon, before somebody got sick of her and damaged her. "Indeed," Dith nodded, "we all deserve a rest before... Whatever is next." What would be next? It was a hard and slightly worrying question. No matter the support they had taking on Team Rocket would be dangerous.... And would also involve taking on Jack. He didn't want to think about that. He probably ought to tell everyone about him sooner or later, in fact sooner rather than later. Why didn't he? He supposed a part of him was still in denial about it all.
The distraction provided by a mini-tidal wave - which stopped just short of his feet - was more than welcome. A grin replaced the momentarily sombre look that had spread across Dith's face, and he turned to the man who he assumed to be the steel type's trainer. "That's an interesting outfit your Metagross has, friend," he called, "did you make that yourself?" It didn't look well fitting, but even getting something fitting onto a Metagross at all was quite impressive in his opinion.
Teazer cackled, flicking her tail and grinning broadly.

Rosie giggled lightly at Sera's suggestion that they go shopping. taking it just as it was meant and nodding. "I think we should, I hear the new colors for the season are really great!" She liked Sera, despite the girl acting very selfish, and curt at times, it seemed easy for Rosie to look past, since underneath that, Rosie could see the genuine meaning. and while Sera couldn't always show it, she was a nice girl. Rosie liked her a lot, and was happy to be the friend that Sera needed, weather she admitted it or not.
the sound of a 'poof' Drew Rosie's attention, and her smile widened when she saw two Guy standing there. "Isn't that cool! Zorua have the most amazing ability." She told guy. "Oh, speaking of, I didn't know you got a Zorua Sera, when was this?" Rosie walked over to the Zorua and Guy, making sure to keep an appropriate distance from the real guy as she looked over the illusioned Zorua. "Hello" She greeted it sweetly.
Oh yeah, this was AWESOME. Perdy could stand to be out in the open like this more often, the breeze just BEGGED to be flown on. Around him, his team makes were finding ways to enjoy the beach. Valani was sticking shyly close to Rosie, while the fire types settled in the sand for now to soak up the warm sun. As for Perdy and Kiss, well, they had also noticed the large steel type pokemon that was in a two piece. Kiss commented the pokemon, perching herself onto of Perdy's head, the Pidgeot looking up at her with a smooth smile, before looking back to the Metagross, before noticing Dith, one of Rosie's friends talking to what he guessed was the Megagross' trainer.
Perdy made his way over, to peer down at the blond man as well, stopping next to the giant of a human. "Prrrot!"

Shizuo was tempted to ignore Dith and continue his relaxing. After all while the city was his home you didn't get to relax like this very often. Unless you were in the park but still. Instead he reached up and shifted his sunglasses up to his forehead as he turned slightly to look at the Russian man. There was a heartbeat where Shizuo could only register how big the man was but that pasted quickly. "No, Aiden decided that zhe wanted to be 'proper' for the beach and made it zirself." It felt weird using the pronouns for his pokemon but Matagrosses don't have genders as much as Aiden seemed to think other wise.
Aiden paused for a moment and just stared at Teazer. As soon as the moment passed 'she' was back to being cheerful. Logic was disposable when necessary. The Metagross made a gesture towards the reclining Shizuo. 'She' then turned to peer at Kiss Kiss and Perdy with a happy look.
SHizuo looked up at the Pidgeot with a slightly raised eyebrow. "Do you need something?" He wasn't sure if the bird was just saying hello or what, having never had tried to understand any other pokemon besides Aiden.

While the people down on the beach chit chatted away, another singular character was perched in a tree, up high above the shore at the top of the cliffs. A dull, black boot dangled in a carefree fashion from a branch, the owner not holding much faith in the ability of other humans to ever look up. It was a proven fact in every film this person had ever viewed: people just simply couldn't be bothered with lifting chins. It was probably for this reason that this person made it a regular habit to do just that and always check upward. At the moment, however, this character in a rather odd, jester-like costume of dark red and black-- which effectively covered the person from the top of the head to the very tippy toe, save for the area between the nose and chin-- was busy looking down. Why?
Because of the stupid MP3 player this person was currently fussing with, and how it just. simply. wouldn't. work! "Ridiculous thing. Utter trash," the person was muttering, its mouth formed into a frown while pressing every visible button. A string of white ran from the device and disappeared under the edges of the stranger's hood. Earbuds.
The branch to the person's left shuddered. "What do you think, friend? Can we still make some pretty pennies?" the person inquired in a sing-song voice, turning to the new arrival that perched on the other branch. The newcomer, a Zorua, smirked mischievously, and the human matched that smirk in return. "You're right. No point in wasting a perfectly good pick. What presents have you brought for me?" The Zorua happily relinquished its hold on a rather hefty, brown leather wallet. The person's grin widened. It scratched the Zorua behind the ears as a reward. "You, my dear Zero, are a miracle. I, Rouge, shall build you a shrine." Zero answered with a smug grin and happy wag of his fluffed tail. "For now, however," the person, apparently someone by the name of "Rouge," stowed the MP3 player in a pouch strapped to its waist, retracted the booted left leg, and leaned forward to the point of almost lying down on the branch, "let us find ourselves a prospective next mark, hmmm?"

"Oh, most of them are!" Sera informed the other girl, carefully and deliberately smoothing her sarong down even though it needed no such thing - in all likelihood it was just a subconscious excuse to emphasize her curves, something she did so often she did it without even thinking about it. "You really need to come look at them sometime, and -- actually, I think I know which one would look best on you." The girl paused, tapping her cheek with one finger while she held that elbow in the palm of her opposite hand, pouting her painted lips a bit as she thought. "Yes, I know exactly which one." Which one that was, she apparently wasn't going to elaborate on, but at least she obviously believed Rosie would look good in it. It probably had pink and lace on it, knowing her.
"Hm?" Oh, the Zorua. Her expression brightened, and she clapped her hands together again. "Isn't he adorable? Jacques, stop that, let them look at you." Another soft pop was heard, followed by a sharp 'zor!' "I kept seeing them around the city, so I asked Father to get one for me. It took a few weeks, but here he is! Isn't he cute?" She reached down to scratch him behind the ears. He chirruped happily, although his eyes - quite similar in color to his mistress's - were still studying the group quite calculatingly. His eyes narrowed a bit as he walked around the group in a circle, trying to gauge something - but what that was, it was anyone's guess.
Seraphine didn't bother to look up, so she didn't notice the hooded figure up in the tree far above them. "Go on, go back and play in the water," she said to beautifully spotted Vaporeon, making slightly awkward shooing motions. It was rather obvious she wasn't quite sure how to deal with the pokemon, as the water-type merely blinked deep blue eyes at her mistress's daughter. "Poreon," she purred.
There was another soft pop and suddenly there was a second Rosie standing next to Guy. A second Rosie standing extremely close to Guy.

A soft popping sound followed by another drew Guy's attention, and he turned towards the direction of the sound to determine its source. Unfortunately for him, though, when he glanced to the side, he was greeted with the sight of his good friend Miss Rosie standing next to him. Right next to him. Standing literally right next to him. Guy's face lost all of its color and his eyes widened in shock as he yelled out. "Waaaauughhh!"
In hardly a moment, Guy had sprinted down the beach and ran into the salty waters. He plunged his head under the surf and reemerged, wiping the brine from his eyes. His breathing was labored and his heart pounded in his chest. That was... terrifying! What was with that freaking Zorua, scaring him like that?! Well... The Zorua might not have known that he would react in such a fashion, Guy mused to himself. But... Still. Not cool.
Anonymes watched his master's adverse reaction with great concern. Poor Master! He was so trouble and so frightened by females! It really was sad. But... As far as Anon could tell, there was nothing he could do about that fact. This was very troubling to the Lampent. He supposed that he should go over to his master to ensure his well-being, but... Master was in the water. Anon didn't like water. ...Perhaps Master would be fine on his own for now. After all, Master was strong. There was nothing that his master could not do. With that logic, Anon decided to explore a little while keeping one watchful eye on his master. Yes. Yes, that would do nicely.
That out of the way, Anonymes decided to go see that other blond human a short ways down the beach. He looked interesting! Anon wondered if he would be nice. It would be good if he was. Anon liked nice people. He floated over to where the blond man was, following Miss Rosie's Pidgeot. When the Pidgeot stopped in front of the man and greeted him, Anon shyly hid behind the Bird Pokemon's wing, slowly peering out at the human and giving him a small wave. ...Anon wasn't the best at meeting new people.

Zorua certainly were interesting pokemon; interesting and troublesome. This was just about the only thought that ran through Dith’s mind as he watched Guy’s excessive reaction, he’d noticed he didn’t to get too close to Rosie but he hadn’t imagined he would react like that to having an image of her so close up. Something was clearly going on there, although exactly what that something was he hadn’t a clue.
Deciding that somebody ought to make sure he was alright Dith walked swiftly – he still didn’t quite feel up to running – over to the now very soggy Guy. “Alright there?” he asked, clear concern creasing his face. “Kind of startling, da?” The young man was certainly breathing hard but he looked otherwise alright. Just startled then he assumed, but why?
Viktor said politely, internally wondering how it had been managed at all. he went on after a moment.

A bright, excepted expression lit up Rosie's face, blue eyes widening a little when Seraphine mentioned that she had seen something that Rosie would look good in. Rosie LOVED this idea, she knew Seraphine had an amazing sense of style and fashion,so if she thought something would look good on Rosie, the blond trained didn't doubt it. "I would love to see what outfit you are talking about~ I'll call you soon, we can go through our plans and work it out" She said with a smile. When the attention shifted over to the Zorua, Rosie smiled at the smaller pokemon, She had seen a few around... the man who took Vany'n even had one... such a sweet little one to. His name had been Tyke. Rosie quickly chanced this thought away as she crouched down and held a hand out to greet the Zorua. "Hello Jacques, its very nice to meet you." She looked up at Seraphine "He is really beautiful, I've never seen that color on a Zorua before, he must have been from an expensive designer line." Knowing Seraphine and her family, this was quite obvious. Rosie stood again, standing by Sera and watching as she walked to her pokemon, Her hand reached up to tuck blond strands behind her ear as the wind had gotten a little out of hand with blowing the locks into her eyes. She fell quiet, watching her friend talk to the Vaporeon... the stunning Vaporeon that she had never seen before. "I didn't know you had a Vaporeon Sera, she's gorgeous!" There was a Pop of a Zorua's transformation, and a sudden scream that started Rosie into jumping and snapping her head around to see Guy bolting for the water. It took her a second to realize what happened, until her wide eyes found a second Rosie. The dancer gave a small gasp, turning back to where Guy was fleeing to, a sad look on her face. Poor Guy, she felt a little bad her form did that when she was trying to be so careful to make him comfortable. "Oh Jacques." Rosie spoke, kindly, walking over to the Zorua who now looked like the slender blond girl in pink. "Please be careful with that sweety." She reached out to take the poke's hands and hold them kindly. "Guy isn't comfortable having girls so close to him." Perdy seemed to smile a little, a cool amusement when the human spoke to him, and as was the habit of the Pidgeot who seemed to not really understand, or care about the fact that humans would not be able to understand him back. He flicked a wing, With that the Pidgeot shrugged.
He glanced over and lifted his head back up when the little ghost fire type came over as well, noticing Dith going over to the water where Guy had fled to

"Okay," the teenaged fashionista said with a bright grin, her tone eager. If there was one thing she loved, it was clothes shopping. The only thing she liked more than clothes shopping was shoe shopping.
Same thing?
Not hardly.
The Vaporeon, however, seemed to make Seraphine uncomfortable again, if only marginally this time. "I don't," she informed the other girl. "That's Jasmine, she's Mother's. She asked me to bring her when I said I was going to the beach today," Sera said with a shrug. "So I--"
A pop and a girly scream tore her from her thoughts, and her pretty head jerked up as Guy ran shrieking down the beach. Jasmine merely blinked slowly, languidly, before peering up at Rosie as she tried to politely dissuade Jacques from his behavior. The Rosie-clone grinned sheepishly, wiggling its fingers in hers as she held them. Seraphine, however, had other ideas as she stomped over, waving her friends hands away from her copy and leveling the pseudo-human with a livid, seething glare. "Jacques."
A visible wince and another pop later, a white and purple Zorua was peering up at his mistress, recognizing her tone as one she used when she was in an especially bad mood - moods in which Anastasia (and sometimes Isabella) were the only pokemon courageous enough (or dumb enough) to brave her raised voice. "...zor?" The dark-type waved his tail back and forth, brow inclined in a hopeful expression.
"Don't give me that look," she hissed, one clenched fist on her hip and a finger from the other hand pointing at him from somewhere around her midriff. "Do not give me any of your crap today, or you're going back in your ball for a friggin' week. Do you understand?" The Zorua seemed hesitant as he stared up at her with his pale green eyes, as if debating how best to react to her words, but before he could reach a decision, her eyes narrowed and she spoke in a slow, malevolent tone. "Do you understand?" Jacques nodded as he lowered himself to the ground, his tail curled around him.
As Sera turned with a huff, he gave her a sullen expression - he'd behave for the time being, the look said, but give her trouble later on when her mood wasn't so bad - before he crawled over to flop down behind Seraphine's bag Mordecai had strategically placed atop his mistress's towel. With her set-up finished (for the second time), the floating pokemon hovered over to Rosie's bag she'd left sitting in the sand, and wrapped his claws around the handle with a hesitant, "beldum?" Mistress was very upset, but maybe if he helped Miss Rosie unpack her things, they would be happy? Of course, he'd help unpack Miss Rosie's things any day, because Miss Rosie was so nice to his mistress! "Bel dum?"

The sound of a heavy Russian accent drew Guy's attention away from his fears as he looked up at Dith, who was standing before him with a concerned look on his face. An embarrassed smile played on the edges of the young man's lips as he stood and faced the much larger man. "Yes, yes, I'm fine. Thank you for checking on me." Dith truly was considerate and kind man. He was dependable and protective, almost like a father.
"Uh, yeah... Sorry you had to see that, heh." Guy reached a hand up to rub the back of his neck. A faint flush of sheepish color appeared on his cheeks. "It's, um... Well." His clear blue eyes avoided the Russian's gaze. Should he really tell Dith about his phobia? Surely Dith wasn't the type of person to judge someone based on a fear alone, Guy knew that already. The topic, however, wasn't exactly something that Guy was comfortable with. After all, who was he to put a damper on everybody's good mood with his explanations of murder and memory? "Let's just say it's complicated."
Anonymes blinked as he looked at Perdy in slight confusion at the Pidgeot's question. Then, as he finally realized what was asked of him, Anon shrugged and hovered back and forth, swaying his arms from side to side. ["Mm? Oh, Master. Master just got a little scared 'cause of that Zorua who looked like Miss Rosie. Master doesn't like being to close to women, see."] The Lampent glanced over in his master's direction and saw to his satisfaction that Mister Dith was taking care of him. Good. Mister Dith would help Master for right now. Master would be all right. The Ghost turned back to Perdy, a happy look in his golden eyes. ["See? Master is okay. He just got a little startled, is all."]

'It’s complicated' was evasive, but Dith accepted it; he had only recently met these people after all so he couldn’t expect them to spill their private business to him. “Is fine,” Dith said with a smile and a gently dismissive gesture, “shall we go back up to the others then?” They didn’t have long now to enjoy themselves before they’d be off on a ship to start training themselves to battle against Team Rocket; they all needed to take advantage of this calm before the storm, a bit of carefree time to relax. Once they left, after all, they were plunging into danger and the unknown; who could say how long it would be before they
