"YAY! Daddy gets to stay home with me." She said excitedly. SHe then hugs him after making sure he wasn't holding anything sharp.

Sanguine hugged his daughter lovingly. "I think the noddles can be cooked now." He said as he cooked the mix.

"Yes sir." SHe said getting her stepstool and putting it next to him. SHe then pours the noodles into the pot now that the water was boiling and said "Noodles are in." She then smiles up at him and stands on her tip toes trying to be as tall as him. "Look daddy I'm almost as tall as you." She then giggles and looks up at him.

Sanguine laughed. "You've grown so much in the last year." He said as he picked her up. He held her close.

Scarlet giggles when he picks her up. SHe then hug him and said "So have you daddy. You have grown t be the bestest daddy ever." She then giggles and hugs him again. SHe loved him so much and never wanted to leave him.

Sanguine smiled at his daughter's compliment. "Thank you, Scarlet." He said. He set her down "Drain the noodles, I believe their ready"

Scarlet smiles and drains the noodles with her father's help. It was too heavy and hot for her to carry alone but she drains them by herself and takes one when he wasn't looking as she always did and giggles.

Sanguine mixed everything together and smiled. "Looks like its ready." He said and made a couple plates for them. He set themon the table next to each other. He sat at his and waited for Scarlet.

Scarlet then sits next to her father and smiles. They then started to eat and Scarlet loved her food. She then makes her I love it face and said "I love your cooking daddy. It always tastes good." SHe then takes another bite being careful not to eat too fast.

Scarlet had food in her mouth so she just nods and finishes her food within her usual 15 minutes and said "I'm done daddy." SHe knew he was done before her and puts her plate in the dishwasher. She then holds his hand as she goes upstiars and gets ready for bed. Once she was ready she said "Okay daddy I'm ready for bed." and climbs into her bed waiting for him to tuck her in.

Sanguine smiled and tucked her in. "Good nite, sweetheart." He said and kissed her head. He went to his room and layed down. In a few hours he was asleep.

Over night Scarlet slept peacefully but the next morning when she awoke she couldn' see and was gagged and tied up> She then started to cry as she struggled to get free and couldn't. WHen she managed to get the ropes off she undoes the gag and the blindfold, She sees she is in a cage. "Daddy!" She called hoping he could hear her. Just then her father's boss and some thugs came into the room where she was. "Where is daddy? I want daddy." She said in tears.

"Someone shut that girl up!" The boss said angrily. "But dont hurt her. I need her in perfect condition if I'm to get her father to fight."

The thugs and nod. On of them then ties her back up and the other ducttapes her mouth shut. She struggles and starts crying. SHe thought she was never going to see her father again. Daddy help me please. SHe thought to herself as tears stream down her scared face. THe thugs then laugh at her and said "Alright boss. She's tied back up and her mouth is ducttaped shut. What's next." Scarlet was scared half to death and wasn't happy one bit. She wanted to go home.
