While on the X-copter, Caira set the auto-pilot and turned around to face the team. "Okay team. Here whats going on. Cerebro picked up a new mutant signature in the local area. Our job is to find him and convince him to come with us to the school. The idea is to let him know he'll be safe, welcomed and trained how to use his powers. We don't need to intimidate him, Tyler." She looked at him as she said this, but made it sound like she wasn't pointing her finger at him by making his name flow into the next sentence. "You'll be leading this team. I'll be supervising. We know he lives in the small town, so there aren't a lot of people nearby. According to our information, the kid's name is Dan."
Andrews snickered and elbowed Arkios lightly to get her attention. "This could be interesting. A street brawler heading a diplomatic mission."
Tyler was intent on what Caira was saying. He stood up as he took command, pride filling his stance as he stood to address the group, "Okay, here's the plan. We find the target and talk to him. We need to give a friendly face, so Andrews. You're out. Arkios, once we find him, you'll do the talking. being a new student yourself, you should find it easy to convince this new mutant to join us. Andrews, be ready to block his escape if he tries to run."

Arkios giggled slightly before listening to the plan. He was right about one thing, being new would give her an edge since she trusted most of them after such a short time there it should be easy to convince him to join without to much trouble, that is, if life felt like playing fair today. "Roger", she said, barely holding back her laughter. ((OOC: Sorry it took so long, life's been crazy lately))

Tyler glared at Andews, figuring it was he who said something to try and humiliate him. That kid needed to learn his place. "Also, remember. Code names out there people. This isn't training."
At this point, the copter was already landing under the expert control of Caira. Though the occupants inside couldn't tell, the electronic camo was already activated, blending the outer skin of the vehicle with that of the environment around it. "Okay boys and girls. This is the real deal. Be a team and remember, I'm not too far away to knock some sense into you if I have to." She smiled cheerfully to convey that she probably wouldn't really, but those who knew her better knew she would if she needed to.
"Okay team. Lets get going." Tyler, or rather Zeus, stated as he hit a button to lower the rear ramp.
(I was going to apologize to you for taking so long a week ago, because my laptop's cord died and so the computer stopped working. But then I noticed you didn't respond yet, so it all worked out well in the end.)

Shadow followed Zeus out of the copter with Dillows close behind so there would be less of a time frame for people to notice the inside of a helicopter floating around. They quickly closed the hatch and White Cat watched the X-copter as they headed out to look for the new mutant.

As they got out of the copter, they noticed they where in some light woods. It wasn't too hard to see a road nearby through the trees, but they were still well hidden from any normal onlookers. "Okay. According to cerebro, he's about a mile in that direction." Zeus pointed out. "He's got to be in one of the houses nearby."
Dillows shrugged, "I guess we just walk up and start knocking on strangers doors. Anyone here sell girl scout cookies?"
Zeus growled. "We are not here to goof off. We have a mission to do. So lets get it done."
(Warning: Cerebro might be spelled wrong....)

Shadow started walking while the two boys were, well, being boys. She had noticed a sign ahead and figured it might give them a good idea where they were. "Let's see...", she mummbled looking over the map under the route number. "Ah-ha!", she said turning to Zeus and Dillows, "His school should be in that direction. He's there now right?" She pointed to the place that she meant.

Zeus and Dillow were arguing over the best course of action when Shadow spoke. Zeus turned around to face her. "Better than knocking on all the doors nearby asking."
Dillows whined a responce, "Well, it wasn't like you had any better of an idea. I'm for it."
Zeus gave Dillows an evil glare over his shoulders. "Well, we better come up with a story on our way there."
As the three of them walked towards the school, it quickly became apparent that Zeus wasn't going to be any good help with a plan. He's all boss and no lead. Dillows on the other hand, he was too busy coming up with elaborate, goof ideas that couldn't possibly work.
Eventually, the three of them arrived at the school. It wasn't but a couple streets down and was perhaps the largest building in the whole town. So now at their intended objective, all that was left was to find out if this Dan was there like all the other students and in which class. Hopefully Shadow had an idea on how to go about this.
(Sorry about the wait. Lost my Wireless card for my laptop which meant no internet for me for a while. Just got it back now. Sorry.)

Shadow started off, waiting to hear any of their ideas and by the time they got to the school the others had none. Shadow glanced around before speaking quietly. "Okay, here's my idea. Zeus, you will create a distraction for the teacher at the main desk while I make sure no one else enters. Dillows, you go on the computer and find Dan's schedule as fast as you can, his locker number f your fast enough. The best we can do is buy you five minutes. Regroup back behind the cafeteria afterwards. If anyone asks to see a student ID or anything, ditch them quick. After that we find Dan on the way to his next class and have a chat with him in the gym. If we can't find him then we can leave a note to tell him to come to the gym during tommorrow's lunch break or something. Sound ikay to you guys?", she asked. (no prob.)
