Chase focused on his quiz and directed his attention away from Eric and the teacher. After thinking about the questions, they were pretty simple to answer, but he made himself answer the questions slower, so the teacher wouldn't direct his attention to him.

"I am your teacher in till the last one returns. So i expect you to give me the same respect as you would any other teacher." Professor Eric said with a grunt, and pointed his keyblade at the boys quiz. "Oh now will you look at that, first day teaching and I already have to give a student an F for setting his paper on fire." Professor Eric said with a devilish smile, and with a burst of flame, another fire ball shot out of his keyblade, but this time, engulfing the quiz. "Pitty, I'm sure you have so much potential, but you choose to waste your time making a teacher angry. It will be very nice to have you in my class, for the rest of the time I'm here, I'm sure." Professor Eric said, his keyblade disappearing as he walked back to his desk. "You will not enjoy the consequences of disrupting my class again, I assure you." Eric threatened, sitting down at his desk, and observing the class. "You have five minuets to finish your quiz, and you sir, I suggest you sit down." Professor Eric said, directing his attention back to the disrupting student.

Eric grabbed his quiz and it reverted back from flames
"dont try me, teach" he said with a daring look

He sat back in his desk and put his feet up on the desk and pretended to fall asleep. He made sure that his nullfication was on so unless the teacher came up and did it manually, magic wont work on him.

"Pencils down, students!" Eric ordered, and was pleased that the clicking of pencils hitting desks followed his orders. So the burst of flame in the middle of the classroom was the right thing to do. "Pass your papers forward students, and pull out your text books to page ninety-five." Eric ordered again, and was very pleased when he heard papers shuffling, and text books opening. Eric walked to each desk in the front, and retrieved all the quizzes from each desk, and then returned to his desk. "Read the chapter quietly, and no you may not get in groups. After you are done please close your books at sit quietly." Eric said, and began to grade the papers.

Chase sat stunned and quiet. He hadn't gotten his text books yet, and he was scared to ask for any, but with a gulp, Chase raised his hand, and began to talk. "Professor West, I'm new, and I haven't recieved my text books yet." Chase said with another gulp.

Eric sighed, and got up, and began to search a near bookshelf for text books. After pulling out five text books, he sat them on an empty desk. "Here you go sir, but next time, come prepared for class, or you will face a disciplinary action." Eric said with a grunt. "And that goes for anyone else, that comes unprepared, or is unprepared today." Eric said with a sigh, walking back to his desk, and going back to grading papers.

Eric looked at Chase
"dont worry man, you can have mine. Besides, the old teacher was better, she wanted us to show her what we had and then pull out books."

"It's okay, keep your book, I'll get my own." Chase said, standing up, and walking over to the desk with the text books on it, and was pleased to see, that two other people had gotten up to get text books as well. Chase returned to his seat, and flipped open his text book to the designated page. It was a large chapter, about weaknesses in enemies. But it all seemed like something in a foreign language to Chase. One minuet in the chapter they were talking about one thing, then the next sentence, something completly different.

"Please people, how can you not know that a soldier heartlesses weakness is thunder! Not fire!" Eric said with a mocking laugh. "It's a good thing I didn't have you fight the real thing, death would be littered all over the floor I'm afraid." Eric said with another mocking laugh. "A good thing though, only one student got an F," Eric said, starring down the disrupter at the back of the class "all the rest of you either got As or Bs, congratulations, you all get a sticker, now back to work." Eric said, starring at the students, who had all directed there attention to him.

Eric looked at her watch, he spoke into it
"hey Jaster, think you could bring in a paralyzed soldier heartless appear?"

There was a bit of laughing in the background
"sure Eric,"

A immobile Soldier heartless appeared next to the teacher and started to mime him

Eric grinned

"Oh isn't this sweet, a puppet, if you wanted a puppet show, all you had to do was ask." Eric said, knowing exactly who sent it. Eric clutched his hand around the creatures neck, and it froze immediately in a cloak of ice that covered it from head to toe. Eric through it threw the air, to which the girls in the class screamed, it landed on the the disrupters desk, and bursted into flames, and began to dance around. "You did want a puppet show, correct? Well you got one." Eric said with a smile, returning to paper work.

Chase watched the soldier dance around on Eric's desk, and chuckled. "Teacher really has a goal to make you look like an a** in front of the whole class." Chase whispered with a chuckle. Chase hoped that the class would end soon, he really wasn't too thrilled to watch two men fight with verbalness, and now puppetry heartless.

"Awww? But im a visual learner, teach, I wanted to see you use thunder on a soldier heartless, or are you too afraid?"

He got up and walked to the front of the classroom, he dragged the heartless with him and stood it up

"besides, you never released its heart. Thunder!" he yelled and with his rose dagger as a focus, he shocked the heartless and it released its heart.

"Great job!" Eric said, patting the student hard on the back. "Maybe you don't deserve an F after all." Eric said with a stern look and smile, returning to his paper work. "Now go sit, or you can escort yourself to the Administration Office." Eric said, not really caring what the boy did.

Chase ignored what was going on in front of the class, and just continued reading.

Eric laughed
"aww comon, really, send me to the administrative office? Oh ha ha thats rich"

As he walked back to his desk, he patted the teacher's hand and keyblade taking its power away for a short time.

"Books away children. . ." Eric said after twenty minuets passed. Eric flicked his finger, and the piece of chalk for the black board, levitated, and began to write questions on the board. "Third person from row one, come up to answer the first question, first person from row two come up to answer the second question, fifth person from row three, come up to answer the third question," Eric said, specifically calling the disrupter forward, that's what he would get for not reading the chapter, 'and the second person from row four, come up to answer the last question, please." Eric said with a smile, going back to his paper work.

Chase was glad he wasn't called, because he hardly understood the chapter anyway, and it gave him a headache to even think about the material he just read. Chase sat and twiddled his thumbs, as he watched each person get up and answer the questions.

Eric didnt even move from his seat. He made a vine write down what he was moving his hand with

"and to destroy a darkside heartless, you need fire, ice, and electricity if you can only use magic and no keyblade."

"Very good, all of you." Eric said with a smile, standing up, and blowing on the black board, in a gust of wind, all the chalk writing was gone. "Class is dismissed," Eric stated, and almost all the students gathered there books, and were headed off for the doorway. "Wait! I am not finished, return to your seats." Eric ordered, and then did. "Tomorrow, you all we will be put through a test in which you all must compete against a series of tasks, and enemies with only using magic." Eric said, pacing around in front of his desk. Some of the students mouths dropped, they had never gone through with something like that before. "Those of you who pass, will move on with an advance magic placing, and will be moved to a late evening class here, those of you who don't score well, will remain in this class." Eric stated, stopping and sitting on his desk. "The one who scores the highest, will gain a special reward, one that is rare, and can be very helpful on journeys." Eric stated finally.

Chase sat with his jaw almost on the his desk. He had learned all the basics, but nothing this extreme, and he didn't want to loose, or still staying in the basic class. Chase didn't want to look like a fool, especially not to Eric, because it seemed like they were beginning to become post friends. "So are we all going to be tested together?" Chase asked, not bothering to raise his hand.

"No, you all will be tested individually, and with each enemy you defeat, you will earn five points, for every time your hit, one point will be deducted. Magic will not be unlimited, you all will have to find resources in the world your going to be tested in to survive. Though you won't die, you can be defeated, but if you are, you will be transported right back here immediately. So I assure you, none of you will parish." Eric said, and some of the girls sighed with relief.

Eric looked at Chase
"hey, what you say, you and I can train against eachother. I'll have to get my gloves back from the headmistress so it would be fair but still, dude, we can beat this test!"

Chase was uneasy, and felt like he was going to vomit from nervousness, but he put on a brave and determined face, smiled, and nodded at Eric. "Okay, it's better if we train together anyway.." Chase said with a smile, and turned back to the teacher.

Eric flicked his fingers, and in a poof, a skin tight dark blue jump suit with black pockets on the hips, and white crown emblem on the chest landed on each of the students desks. "These will protect you from some harm in the test tomorrow, choose not to wear it, it's your loss." Eric said with a stern look, and flicked his fingers again. Shin high black zip-up boots landed on each of the folded jumpsuits. "Each jump suit and boot pair will match each of your sizes, I assure you, now class is dismissed, I will see you all tomorrow." Eric said, getting off from his desk, walking behind it and sitting down. Even Eric thought he was being to harsh this time, but he knew it was the right thing to do, besides, all keyblade wielders will stand face to face with threats one time or another, and the students needed to know that brute strength, agility, and abilities are is not the answer to defeating all enemies.
