Libi had to double check with his internal monologue that he had heard her correctly. A pretty little female like her was asking him out...on a date? His head was spinning and he looked at her with the goofiest, happiest grin on his face, even through all of her rambling about not having to say yes, and her seeming knowledge of him likely saying no.
He nosed her cheek lightly while she looked up, "I'd love to, though I'm not sure what we'd do for a date. We can come out stargazing again, and this time I'll pack a dinner or something." He blushed a little, he'd never been asked out by anyone, so this was quite an interesting first for him, "Is there any food you like, or would like to have?" He was making plans in his head, for a nice relaxed evening of chatting and enjoying eachother's company while waiting to hear what she had to say on the subject of food

Winter blinked then blushed deeply at not only his answer but the nuzzle. "Ohhh ummm." She looked at him and smiled. "I...I...I'm not picky." She was still a bit shocked he had actually said yes to her. "I will like anything you put together. I'll just make one very small request." She gave him a warm gentle smile. "That you have some fruit in there somewhere." She gave him a soft nuzzle on his cheek. "I... I.... I don't see why you think you are so boring compared to your family. I...I...I think you are quite wonderful already."
She peered back up at the sky. "So then will you teach me about the stars? I heard there were names for many of them. I bet you know most of their names."

He smiled a bit more, making note about the fruit, and flushing a little himself as she nuzzled him back. He held back a chuckle, her stuttering was adorable, "Ah it's just because I used to be much more outgoing, but I settled down, my sister is very outgoing and my brother is super shy, but he recently fell in love, so he's a little out of his shell. I tend to look at stars more than anything else, So many think that I'm boring."
Libi's head tilted to one side, "I'll teach you as much as you like." With that he began to rattle off names to each pinpoint of light they could see, regaling her with some of the stories behind the names, or how it was believed that the stars were those who had been blessed by the gods. Even sad stories of lovers who were lifted into the heavens to be put just out of reach of one another for eternity. He paused for a moment, and gave her a sheepish grin, "Hopefully this isn't boring you to death....I tend to go on about stars since it reminds me of my glittering fur..." His ears twitched a little, "I thought when I was a kit that I was the child of a star that had fallen down to earth, since my mother glimmered like stars...and so did I..." He turned quite pink thinking about how silly that childhood memory was.

Winter smiled quietly listening to him talk about the stars. He was really passionate about them. She found it rather cute. She found herself watching him. "Ohhhh that is so adorable. I would like to see your mother. I bet she is as pretty as you." She blushed giving him a smile. "You make a very beautiful star if you ask me. I bet all the stars are jealous over someone like you."

Usually, Libi was white in color, but right now he matched his wings and other markings in color. He'd never been referred to as adorable, nor pretty. He nodded that his mother was pretty. and then flushed an almost crimson color when she said he was a beautiful star. It made him rather warm and fuzzy inside to be complimented so sweetly. Winter was just a really nice girl, he hoped that it wasn't out of her kindness that she was asking to go out on a date with him, that perhaps there was more to it than that. It wasn't like he'd interacted with several females. He was interacting with his mother who was sugary insanity as far as he was concerned, and there was Lori, but she was...rather intense on a certain subject when it came to males. He was certain that it wasn't anything to do with him, she simply acted that way towards everyone.
Taking a breath to try and clear his head, he gave into an odd urge. Leaning over he lightly gave Winter a kiss. It wasn't anything passionate, just a sweet little peck. He pulled back and suddenly hid his face in his tail, positive that he'd over stepped a boundary, and he was going to get yelled at, but she was adorable with her blush. He peeked out of his tail, one golden colored eye looking at her unsure and insecure about what he'd just done, but a little glad that he'd given his first kiss to her...not that she knew about that.

Winter turned a lovely shade of pink when he kissed her. She had never been kissed by a male before. Granted that kisses to Scoot did not count since she was a kit. She scooted over still blushing then pulled his tail away from his face. She lifted his face into her paws then gave him a gentle little peck of her own then pulled away still blushing. "I..... I......" She fumbled for words. "I......... I liked that very much." She wanted to beg for more kisses from him. But she knew she should never ask for such things. Specially since they weren't even seeing each other. What was the point of being so good all the time when kisses felt like this?

Libi wasn't sure what to do about how she reacted to his kiss, he had been sure that she was going to want to beat him with something, but she reacted so nicely to his small kiss that he felt a little encouraged, especially with her own kiss and her admission of liking it. An over zealous sort of idea popped into his head, kissing was fun, he wondered how many kisses they could manage. For now he didn't trust himself to speak as he would likely logically decide that this was a bad idea.
Taking the initiative again, he leaned towards her and kissed again, still sweetness lingered, it was simplistic, and adorable, the more his blush grew, his gold eyes closed, and odd sort of innocence around him as he kissed her repeatedly. Mentally he wondered what was going through her head as he did this, but...if she didn't like it at all she could shove him away...perhaps even out of the nest if he was going too far. She wasn't one to stand for something she thought was wrong, at least he didn't think she was that much of a push over. Worried he broke the kiss, and whispered, "You can tell me to stop if you don't want to continue." It was a soft noise, and he could feel his heart pounding in his chest, feeling as though it was about to burst from his chest and do a small jig before exploding. Libi felt anxious about this would process, but he would continue if she let him.

Winter's blush deepened as he repeatedly kissed her. She felt drunk off his kisses and her heart was fluttering wildly. She closed her eyes daring to throw all caution in to the wind. She didn't want this to ever stop. But it did stop. She opened her eyes blinking at him. She quietly listened to him though the pounding of her heart was ringing in her ears.
She sat looking at him for a bit. She never was the type to believe in the fairy tales she would read nightly to Scoot. Now sitting here she had no choice but to believe in true loves kiss. "I...I......." She paused not sure how to even put her feelings into words at this moment. She scooted against him rubbing her head under his chin. Her brain felt like mush as she tried to get her words out. "C....Can I.....I....I just be y...y....yours forever?" She quietly squeaked out.

Libi's heart skipped a beat, was she? Was this real? Was he dreaming some elaborate thing, and his mind was simply playing tricks on him, causing him to think as though a girl like winter would fall for him so fast like this? Was this right? Was this what had happened for his sister and his brother? Even his parents? Forever....He leaned his head down and nuzzled her affectionately, answering, quietly, "If the lady so wishes, I will keep her as mine long after all the stars burn out in the heavens."
If this was some terrible torture of a dream, he never wanted to wake up again, the girl next to him, becoming more vibrant and endearing to him as he nuzzled into her, how far he would go was entirely up to her, he smiled gently, warmly, golden eyes glimmering in the low light, glowing almost.

Winter cuddled up as close as she could to him. She couldn't believe her luck finding such a sweet, caring, loving and handsome fella. She gave him a smile. "I shall be your's forever." She blushed a bit. "Guess what they say is true. You find exactly what you are looking for when you are not looking." She rubbed her head under his. "I think you are perfect Libi. Not boring at all." She softly purred out.

He was on cloud nine. The girl beside him had his heart racing, "To be sure." He wrapped his tail around her, happily indulging himself in nuzzling her ears, he moved and kissed her once again, sweetly, a small flame of desire beginning to peak through, but for now he would shower her with kisses until they both lost sight of being two separate entities.(So very sorry about how long it took me to get back to this. At this point we can end it here, or have a time skip to the next morning if you'd like to continue. x.x)
