Pichu100000 Since he's also an Uchiha,wouldn't he be related to Mikazuki and Shinjiro?
I'll be making some adjustments to the characters.
As for the Uchiha clansmen, they're all distantly related but that doesn't mean every Uchiha in the guild will be closely related to each other.

______Background History|| At a young age Hyiro was a spirited kid, he strived to be the best of his class. And to be better then his father. He never gave up on his training, working day and night to make perfection of what his father had done. But he could'nt be anymore powerful then his father. Though he was from the Hidden Stone Village, he never truly like the elemental. So he sought help to teach him in the technique of water and lightning. He found a great trainer, though his family didn't appreciate what he had done. They were constantly arguing, and Hyiro couldnt take it any longer. So he ran off, till he found the Akatsuki. They took him in, but he didn't feel as powerful, and so did the rest. So they set him on the task of killing his clan; so he can prove his worth of being in the Akatsuki. So he did as he was told and killed every last one of them, leaving his family the last to die. The last words from his family was, "Im Sorry." After that he made a vow that he wouldn't show anymore weakness from that day foward.

______Background History|| Arashi had lived a pretty good life when he was young. His parents were rich, so the family lived a luxurious life. Arashi first encountered some Leaf ninja when they were sent on a mission to rescue his mother. When he was a child, his mother was held captive for several weeks. The men responsible wanted most of the family's fortune. Once the Leaf ninja had more leads on the hooligans, they discovered the hideout and rescued his mother. By seeing what these ninja could do, Arashi was amazed, and then decided he wanted to become a Leaf shinobi. Once he turned 13 years old he headed for the Hidden Leaf Village to start his life as a shinobi. He was then seen as a prodogy by many of the villagers. Arashi advanced through the ranks pretty quickly, and after two years of hard training, Arashi was elected to be the first leader of the Hidden Leaf Village as the First Hokage. The Village Hidden in the Leaves then prospered under the leadership of Arashi. He improved the Leaf Village significantly, and was well-liked by many of the villagers. Many were glad he was chosen to lead the Hidden Leaf Village and guide them out of their hardship.
______Extra Character Info|| Arashi's Kaijū is a special kekkei genkai which is rare amongst the members of the Kōyōchō clan. Arashi is one of the users of this ability who can use it to the highest degree. This ability grants the user to summon monsters of great power and size. Since many of the creatures take so much chakra to summon because of their great power and size, the users are known to have an extraordinary amount of chakra. The great chakra reserves in the users give them a great advantage such as being able to fight for an extended amount of time. This ability is also known for its number of creatures who can only be summoned by this technique. One of the creatures which can be summoned by this ability is said to be the King of Monsters, although only one ancestor of the Kōyōchō clan is known to accomplish this feat. The Kaijū also enables the wielder use abilities from monsters they have been able to use.

______Background History|| Mizuki's mom had just died after his birth, so he had been an orphan for almost all of his life. Mizuki was usually a loner and tried not to rely on others for help. By not having parents for most of his life, Mizuki would usually feel sad and lonely. After graduating at the Ninja Academy at 13, Mizuki wanted others to notice his power. Even though he was on a team he still felt like no one was there for him. After sometime he decided he was going to defect from the village and join an organization called Akatsuki. By joining Akatsuki, not only would Mizuki resort to creating a plan for world domination, he would have others in the organization recognize him. He then became the leader of the Akatsuki, and decided to use his position to easily carry out his plan.

Description: This is where the technique evolves into one of the most deadly techniques within the Leaf. This is the stage before Kaseiken, the only move of comparable strength to the Chidori within the Leaf’s arsenal. In this building block, however, the user mimics the hand movement and effect of Chidori, replacing lightning with flame. Here, unlike the techniques leading up to this, flames now spring forth from the user’s entire hand. If the user balls their hand into a fist, however, the flames immediately disperse and the jutsu is cancelled. In this way, only spear-handed attacks can be made and their potency is increased so that most defenses can now be pierced.
Katon: Daitou no Jutsu (Fire Release: Longsword Technique)

Description: Similarly performed as compared to the Katon Kyuuka, the user instead focuses all heat around them onto their skin. Then, by molding chakra in the most precise manner they are able to turn their entire arm, the most dominant usually, into a long, flaming sword. It shoots out from the arm and remains there for a few moments, incinerating anything it touches. Comprised of the same sort of heat given off by the Kyuuka, it is basically amplified to the point where it can be used offensively.
Katon: Bounetsu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame-Resistance Technique)

Description: This is a passive jutsu that is the first in two steps to protect the user from damaging themselves with their very own Katons. Although not necessarily mandatory to learn the finer points of the tree, it does provide a buffer against self-inflicting injuries. For example the user is able to withstand increasing amounts of heat and can even withstand certain techniques aimed at them. Withstand, however, does not translate into invulnerability as there are general flaws to this jutsu as well.

If the blade misses it will richochet into a mirror position, the user will then send the blade straight down, and then curve it back at their opponent.

Description: The user adds chakra to greatly increase the speed of this technique. The user will thrust their scythe within the vicinity of their enemy, and then manipulate the blade around their opponents in a skipping pattern, before sending a thrust of chakra through to the blade, forcing it rapidly into the ground. The cable surrounding the opponent will rapidly close, attempting to capture the opponent.

Description: The user coats their blade in a thick heavy chakra, and launches the blade directly at their opponents. The blade is capable of cutting through normal steel, but cannot cut through chakra reinforced steel.

Description: The user coats their blade in a thick heavy chakra, and launches their blade in a arc. The blade can pierce normal steel, but cannot pierce chakra reinforced steel. The blade will not lose momentum, unless it meets an equal level Jutsu.

______Background History|| A few days after Alurea's birth her mother died and she was taken in by her aunt since she knew that he wouldn't be able to take care of her. In ninja academy Alurea excelled and her teachers believed that she could battle on the same level as a chunin shinobi. After graduating ninja academy Alurea was faced with a huge dilemma, she was on a mission with her squad and when she got back her whole clan had been destroyed by ninjas of a rivaling clan trying to get their kekkai genkai, devastated Alurea swore to avenge her clan and isolated herself from others to train. Now Alurea has passed the jounin exams and is determined to avenge her clan.

After a few generations the kekkai genkai of the Uchiha clan was lost and a new one formed, descendants of the Urano clan gained a skill Alurea's great great grandfather knew, the art of dark summoning it gives the user to summon creatures with immense power and skill. The Urano clan still bears the Uchiha fan symbol to show they respect clan they originated from but if mistaken for an Uchiha they become furious. A distinct feature of the Urano clan is red eyes.
