Ada nodded"well thank you." she stumbled to her feet ad leaned on Alegas trying to put as little weight on him as she could."I wasnt thinking you would actually do this, perhaps you arent as crude as I had thought."she smiled with an air of sweetness to her voice."and yeah I saw the place I live north of here."

Alegas growled. "I could very well leave you here if you're going to comment on my behavior every second." He pointed them north and started walking. "Is it far?" He moved slow so that Ada would not wear herself out. Another growl. "You don't have to worry about me princess. I'm not the one hurt so don't try to baby me by putting more on you than you need to."

"And why should you care about what I am like? Alternatively, why should I care what you think about me?" It would not have been the first time someone had thought poorly of Alegas, and it would not be the last. He had developed a tough skin to all sorts of insults or attempted insults. "If I had cared what other foxes thought about me, I would be in more fights than possible."

A honest smilecame toadas mouth."wellyour the first person whos been nice to me in along time" Everyone else who Adahadmet would either insult her to treat her poorly. It honestly madeher feel upsetto be seen as a nuicanceor even an inconvienence she wanted to be seen as someone wonderful who should be treated well. Alegas was the closest thing to this, he was someone who had a mutal respect with her, and he was the only one who would do this for her. "Well honestly fights are not something one should eagerly try to look for so that is good that you take steps to avoid them.

Alegas sputtered. "Nice?" No no no no no. Alegas did not do nice. Cause doing nice meant that others would want to be around him. And a lot of foxes did not realize how annoying they were despite being told. Alegas drove people away so that he wouldn't have to deal with all that. So how did Ada get nice from him? Yes he was helping her, but she couldn't take a hint either. "I avoid fights because most of the time they are over frivolous topics and a complete waste of time." Just like what he was doing now. "how much further to your dwellings?"

Ada shook her head."It is not far from here I beleive."She replied still leaning on him."Once we get there I can get some rest, and you...you can do whatever it is you were doing before if you wish. I do not intend to keep you longer then needed.
she wanedt to say however that Ales departure would make her feel a bit lonely again, but being one who tried to always go about things with a noble airto her. she decided that keeping him against his will would be wrong.

Alegas really should call her bluff. Did this girl really think that simply resting would make everything alright? She could barely walk on her paw now. Did she stockpile food at her place? Or was she going to let herself starve? Alegas frowned. Why was he caring about all that? This was just another fox he didn't need to be around. He could simply take her to where she lived, then continued on his journey. It would be for the best. Her idiocy might rub off on him.
Instead of trying to figure out why he was helping her, Alegas snorted. "You believe? Shall we have you climb another tree to be sure we have not gotten lost? Or once we find it shall we find a way to stick a map to your home to your paw so that way you can always find it again?"

Ada sighed. "This part of the area is framiliar enough for me to easily find my way back." The formation of trees and the very appearance of her surroundings told her it was close. " should be just a little further." She assured him as they continued foreward. Within a moment Ada saw her home. "There it is!" She yelled happily.

"This part certainly. The other parts?" Didn't seem like it if Ada had to climb a tree to get her bearings. It took all Alegas had not to breathe a sigh of relief when Ada yelled, in his ear mind you, that they had found her place. He guess he should be happy that she didn't shriek. He would definitely be deaf then.
The Daeva took Ada over to her place and paused in front of it. "Anything else you might need?" He wasn't going to snoop around to see if she needed food. Downright rude it was.

Ada shook her head as he asked if she needed anything. Slowly following him to her home."well then thank you Alegas." She said bowing her head politely limping inside. She found a comfortable spot and curled up. Hopefully the leg would feel better after she was off of it for a while. She peeked out from her slot to see if she could get one more look at Alegas. "Knowing this shall be the lastI shall see of him."

Alegas gave a curt nod. "Welcome." Seeing that Ada was settled, Alegas turned and headed back the way they had come from. Why stick around when she did not need his help anymore. She said he could leave and go do whatever he was doing when they met. Alegas had an island to find. And it wasn't like Ada wasn't self-efficient. She didn't seem as self-centered and princess-y anymore.
Alegas's pace slowed to a stop, ironically under the tree that Ada had fallen out of. He closed his eyes and groaned, butting his head against its trunk. "I can't believe I'm doing this..." He opened his eyes as a small mammal ran out of a nearby bush. He growled and pounced at it, trapping it between his paws. A twist of them and the animal was dead. Anger somewhat abated, Alegas picked up the creature in his mouth and made his way back to where Ada was.

Ada lookedat the griund as she heard a grumble. "Damnit! I never thought of food did I... guess I'm gonna have to deal with toasted rabbits and anything nailed to a tree..." she struggled back up and started to hobble to the entrance of her cave."this sucks big time" she growled

Alegas rounded the bend before Ada's house and paused. He tilted his head slightly and blinked as he heard something moving about in the cave. He moved closer and shook his head as he heard Ada growling over something. So the princess actually was trying to do something. He opened his mouth and allowed his kill to fall to the ground. "What do you think you're doing?" he called to the cave. He picked the kill up again and moved even closer.
