The adult meta quickly entered his number and to make it easier for the other he sent a quick text with just a smiley face as well as his email address. "There and now you have my number too. Now there's no excuse for us not to grow closer." He smiled up at Edmund even more. There was so much more to learn about the boy in front of him and that brought great joy to Yoo. It was like Christmas and getting what you most wanted.
"Thanks Edmund." Yoo moved closer and put his arms around the other for a warm embrace. Maybe from now on he wouldn't be as lonely and boost his confidence to even make friends. This very fact and even Edmund made him very happy.
As Yoo pulled away he gave the boy a small peck on the cheek to show his gratitude. He moved back were he originally was still giving his smile and just how happy he was with everything. "And to think I came out here to paint flowers when I ended up meeting such a wonderful person. Guess today was my lucky day. Don't you think?"

Edmund glanced down at his phone as it buzzed and smiled a bit at the message with the little smiley. He saved the number before turning his attention back to Yoo fully. Then the other slid his arms around him for another hug. Edmund moved his arms around Yoo as well and gave a little squeeze. The little kiss to the cheek made Edmund blush yet again and his eyes widened a little as he brought his hand up to touch the spot where Yoo kissed.
"I think it was a very lucky day for both of us." He grinned at Yoo. "I'm so thankful you decided to come out here to paint today.... really thankful." The sun was getting lower in the sky by now, and the air gaining a bit of chill as it got dark. Edmund gave a sudden shiver as a chilly breeze blew, making the spots where he had begun to sweat a bit grow cold. He sighed.
"I think maybe I ought to get in and get a hot shower though it's getting dark, and cold." He gave Yoo one more broad smile. He really wanted to linger around and talk to Yoo more but that would have to wait. "I'll talk to you soon though."

The kinda words Edmund said to him made him feel so warm that Yoo didn't notice the colder temperature until a wind blew making him shiver. He didn't like the cold much at all. "I should do the same too seeing that I'm all dirty." Yoo laughed trying to dust himself off a bit but he was still covered in dirt, mud, and sweat. After trying his best to clean himself as good as he could he gave the teen one last smile. "I really look forward to it, honest. Thank you again Edmund." He bowed his head lightly and went running to collect his things.
Looking back at the other he waved as he went running off in the direction of his home. That day had felt as if finally his dreams had come true or more like thousand times more beyond what he asked for that he couldn't stop smiling or wanting to skip. If he could fast-forward to when he could meet again, Yoo would do it without a second thought but he couldn't so he would have to wait. He had waited this long so he could wait just a bit more.

As Yoo dashed away, Edmund watched him as he began cleaning up a bit himself, smiling as he did so. He waved back as Yoo waved goodbye and then turned his attention back to getting all his tools in order so he could go inside, wash up, and get warm.
In his head, his though process was running much the same as Yoo's though he was also thinking about how he couldn't wait to share the good news with Aiden as well as maybe a few members of his family. He was a little hesitant to tell Gavin, he was sure Gavin would try to give him advice that maybe he ought not to follow. Either way he was unable to wipe the smile off his face the whole time he cleaned up, and even as he headed back inside. Nor would he want to wipe it off, he was finally able to feel these kinds of feelings again and be happy about it.
