WIth a single shot of her fist, Hisana was hittin' that damn volleyball faster than the speed of sound... Now, if only she hadn't hit it in the wrong direction. Because as soon as the ball went flyin' it went flyin'...to Akane.

  Happy Birthday Hisana!
May you have many more. Ruka Kusabana, Yuka Hana, Dawn Rhys, Akane Chi "Don't eat all the food, you!" Ruka scolded Kittukono in amusement from where she was working on the barbecue and chatting with Yuka. She tilted her head slightly and smiled at the two "Good to see you. Hisana's up front in that vicious volleyball match. You can't miss her." she laughed.
Yuka smiled and nodded to the two kindly before returning to her chat with Ruka, talking avidly.
Dawn didn't bother glancing over at the Vizard man as she spoke "I'm waiting for the Strawberry to cool off so we can have a decent game of volleyball." she murmured humorously. Her eyes locked on the water and a dark look crossed her features before disappearing "The beach really isn't my thing." her head snapped up as Hisana shouted and she called out "Watch out Akane!"
Akane glanced up as she smelled the metallic scent of blood in the air. She tipped her head, wondering who it was who was hurt and looking around worriedly as she tried to figure it out, not registering that it was Ringo a few feet away. She glanced up as Raine approached, blinking rapidly and bowing in greeting "I-I-I d-don't th-th-think w-we've met." she stuttered out just as she straightened up and heard two voices shout her name. She looked up in surprise and her eyes widened at the approaching volleyball "A- KYA!" her eyes squeezed shut in her fear, her hand shot forward to hit the volleyball back with brutal force. It hit the sand hard and slid, the ball smoking as it came to a stop in the large trench formed from the force of the girl's blow.
Akane opened one eye cautiously, squeaking in surprise at the damage "I-I-I-I-I-I'm s-s-s-sorry!" she bowed and started spouting rapid apologies.
Dawn stared at the trench and whistled low under her breath "Looks can be deceiving huh?"

Umehara Yamada, Raine Shiba , Hikaru Yamada , Rochi, Ringo Maruyama & Byakuya Kuchiki   ~ "… Happy Birthday Hisana!" ~ ~Rochi squealed with excitement as she glided over to Akane. "Wooowww Akane-chan! That was so cool!" She giggled as she stared in awe at the trench. She turned to Hisana, smiling and waving, hopping up and down, most noticeably her breasts heaving and bouncing with each jump. "Over here Hisana-chan!" She called, waving her hand cheerfully. ~Raine had managed to miss the ball by inches, his eyes widening somewhat. He looked over to Akane, in slight wonder and interest. She seemed so shy and yet her strength could easily match that of Ruka's or so he could tell. He began to do what he could to smoothen the surface of the trench. ~Umehara smiled, chuckling to himself. "Indeed, you are right, looks can be deceiving." He chuckled as his arms were still crossed. He scanned the scene before them as he looked to Dawn, gesturing that they should walk over. "By the way, what do you have against the beach anyways?" He asked casually, shoving his hands now into his pockets, along with the chapter book. ~Ringo approached Hisana, the tissue now removed as he shook his head. "You should be a tad bit more careful Hisana. How about we go on and have a regular game?" He suggested, shrugging, the sun shining off his red hair, making it seem a red-copper. "I'm sure it'd be fun." He smiled once again, turning to look over at the group of people.

Kilk Nagara and Kittukuno Sukauto   Kittukuno sent one look to Ruka out of the corner of his eye. He spoke only two words and then continued eating. "Bite me." He smirked to himself as he said this. He knew full well it was just plain mean. Kilk looked to him and shrugged it off as he went to watch everyone commence their activities. He grabbed a little drink of lemonade and sat down alone in the sand. He tilted his head and smiled softly to himself. "This is, nice. It is good to be able to relax every once in a while." He took notice of Akane hitting the ball and destroying landscape with it. He remembered her strength from the fight with Chi. He just chuckled softly to this. He took a sip of his drink an continued watching.

Kanashimi Schiffer, Ex Uno Fantasma Kanashimi watched as Hisana wormed out of her hakama, flopping down on to the floor and lifting up the makeshift blindfold to reveal the party. In unison with the others, he smiled, saying "Happy birthday, Hisana!" He continued to smile until he saw Hisana's reaction to Ringo, at which point a large nerve popped up in his forehead in annoyance. Sighing and letting it go for now, he simply leaned in on the doorway and watched the proceedings. He was rather surprised at the arrival of Rosa, Kittukuno, Kilik, and Akane. He would have said hello, but seeing as everyone already seemed to have started going about their business, he simply smiled at the surprise, and walked out to the shore. Looking up into the sky, he squinted at the bright sun, still not a fan of bright light. Figuring most everyone there would probably continue with what they were doing now, he thought it might just be best not to be a party-pooper and distance himself from the crowd. Jumping up, he dove down into the sand with his hands outstretched, flowing easily into the sand as if it were water. A few moments after, he poked his head out, simply watching the party contentedly. Although he didn't notice, he couldn't help but glance at Akane every few seconds. Looking up into the air, he watched Hisana viciously try to knock the head off of an arrancar woman he had never met before with a volleyball. Watching the ball rocket around the beach he braced himself to fling a hand out of the sand and prevent his head from becoming a paste if the ball misfired. Although, to his surprise, the ball went flying at Akane. About to leap out, he began to yell out a warning, but noticed she had already redirected it into the sand, creating a large crater. A little embarrassed, he sunk lower into the sand, so that it was just over his mouth. While he felt a little left out, he was happy that Hisana was happy. After all, this party was meant for her.

Rei Seshiro, Shingotsu Kurohime, Rose Li Denose, Hinata Senjimira & Hinanji Kigakotsu Party Goers   Happy Birthday Hisana!
For your present... Throughout the entire volleyball match, poor Rosa had been transfixed to her spot on the beach nearby, watching the two women play the game in a very... active, fashion. The girl had a nosebleed to rival Niagra falls. After the last shot by Hisana, she simply fell over with a pleased look on her face. Hinanji simply rolled up a napkin he had taken while eating orderves and rolled it up, shoving it into her nose to stem the bleeding. Shingotsu and Hinata had been watching the ball bounce back and forth like cats watching a ping-pong match. The two were thoroughly dissapointed when the ball popped, and watched it deflate with blatant disdain. Shingotsu promptly marched over and retrieved the ball, grabbing it and re-inflating it. She held her hand over the hole, looking for something to stuff it with. She gave up the effort and simply tossed the ball at the net, watching it bounce and then deflate once more. Rei walked up, holding the small box that contained one of Hisana's presents. Shingotsu stood next to him when he stopped within arm's reach of the young woman. With a small smile and a simple flourish of the hand, he tossed the box to her underhanded. Shingotsu snapped her fingers and the bow snapped like it was cut with scissors. When Hisana opened the box, she would see a beautiful silver ring with a perfectly cut Onyx stone set in it. It bore the Hana and Seshiro family crest of the Morning Glory. Rei only rubbed the back of his head gently. " Me, Ruka, Yuka, and Shin... well... we all talked it over... and for you, the beautiful flower who rises again and again without fail, we would be honored to count you among the family. Accept the ring or not, either way we'll still think of you like a little sister... or maybe a daughter..." Shingotsu beamed happily and for once, seemed quite sincere in her actions and manerisms. " Welcome to the family!" You get to hit Shingotsu!!
Well... actually, she gets to hit you Rosa...
Or why not let her hit Raine?    ((This is a gift, more in spirit than body, meant to show we think of you as family. No... that's not quite right... you are family to us. Keep being you. Never let the world get you down! And if it does, we're here for you!))

May you have many more. Ruka Kusabana, Yuka Hana, Dawn Rhys, Akane Chi Akane was bright red and blushing as she was congratulated "I-I-I-I d-didn't r-really. I um..." she bowed and uttered a hurried apology again before booking it across the beach to where she'd spotted someone familiar. "K-kanashimi-san?" she called out when she was close enough.
Dawn walked alongside the man, arms crossed as she sighed "Nothing really. I just don't have that good of a relationship with it." she smiled wryly and her eyes once again flicked to the ocean before focusing ahead. "Does that mean we can play without fear of losing our heads?" the redhead called out in amusement to Ringo. The two could easily be mistaken for siblings.
Ruka raised an eyebrow at Kittukono and Yuka glanced over at him as well. The two exchanged a glance, eyes shining with amusement. They communicated in that wordless manner that siblings tend to have and soon enough there was a plot set. All it took was the slightest concentration of Yuka's spiritual power above Kittukono's head...
A moment later there was most likely going to be a surprised yelp as an enormous pile of snow dropped down onto the Fantasma. Yuka's spiritual signature was very quiet when she needed it to be, and Ruka had used her own to mask that of her twin.
The two now stood a bit away from Hisana and Rei and Shingotsu, smiling faintly. "Welcome." they murmured together, warm smiles on their lips.
Ruka being Ruka she took a step forward and drew the young Kurosaki girl into a warm hug "So no matter what we're here for you. Got it Princess?" (( It's like Rei-nii said: No matter what we're here for you Hime-chan! ))

Hisana's ears perked up as she lightly witnessed Akane's stunning volleyball performance. Though she shrugged off the popping off the ball, turning to face the several people that approached her with the small little gift... And when she caught it, and the top snapped off...
She couldn't believe her eyes. A beautiful silver ring, topped off with such an elegant obsidian jewel...embedded into it, the family crest She could've sworn she was tearing up about to cry. "Awwww.... Of course I'll accept it!" Without another word, she was tackle-hugging both Rei and Shin at the same time crying with joy. It lasted for a while, maybe a few minutes or so. But she had to pull away at some time.
She slipped on the beautiful ring before glancing at both of them with a determined, joyful smile. "Thank you guys so much... Uh, hey! Why don't we all go inside and celebrate with some cake and food? We can open other presents while we're at it!" Without another word from the others, she was dashing back to the beach house, though jerked to a stop in front of Ringo beforehand. "Nah... I think I'm in the mood for food. Girl's gotta eat~. Now come on! I had a fun game in mind after we eat and/or open presents." Either way, she sped on ahead into the house, zoomed past the various kitchen cabinets, started throwing plates like frisbees and the glasses and silverware like darts, and finished it off with the flying of cloth-ish airplanes, all of which unfolding under each little fantastic display of silverware and fine dining utensils.
They were all ready fro a grand feast. "Ruka! Yuka! You two cooking up a barbecue?" Because the setting was fantastic. A beautifully carved, ornate table that stretched all the way across the dining room. Every single piece of fine silverware seemed to glimmer and shine with such a radiant light that it could almost blind the eyes of those with weaker visions. To top it off, every single inch of the wall was glass. Pure glass. Every single ray of sunshine strode into the room, highlighting every little detail or every little piece of fine food that would be soon placed on every single plate in that room...
Hisana was already sitting down against the glass wall, a satisfied smirk on her face. "This is awesome."

How we react to duty defines all of us...  Yukumi was mostly lingering inside, she’d gotten a bit to eat and murmered a quiet 'Happy Birthday’ to Hisana when she came back inside. Sitting in a corner and seeming to try to sink into the chair given her uncomfortable state of dress. Eyes following Hisana and smiling lightly at her a short moment, glad to see her have a bit of happiness. ...what best describes you?[/

Umehara Yamada, Raine Shiba , Hikaru Yamada , Rochi, Ringo Maruyama & Byakuya Kuchiki ~ "… Happy Birthday Hisana!" ~ ~After a wonderful day outside, Raine had gone inside with the rest. Finding a quick moment to rinse off and change, he came downstairs wearing a white polo and white shorts, still wearing the same flip flops and sunglasses atop his head. He approached the dining table, choosing a seat where he would be able to sit next to Ruka, being his Captain. "So Hisana, how'd you like today so far?" He asked, flashing a wide grin that revealed his teeth. "Can't wait till you get to opening presents... Ringo's kinda gave me the creeps to be honest... just a heads up." When the meal started, it would be noticed by all that he was one of the neatest eaters, and took the longest, since proper etiquette at the dining table was pressed upon him in childhood, despite Kukaku's and Ganju's sloppy tendencies. ~Ringo bumped Raine hard in the side, quickly glaring at him with a dark stare as he returned a grin to Hisana. "Yeah... There's a reason for that..." He said as he smiled, rubbing the back of his head awkwardly as he sat beside Hisana. He was partially hungry, but made little mention of it. He stared at the shimmering tableware, somewhat enchanted by the brightness of the dining room. ~Umehara shurgged, looking over to Dawn. He then noticed others going inside, and he decided that it would be best that they went in as well. "I believe dinner may be served soon, so I think we should head inside." He said with a grin as he gestured to the back door of the beach house. Already he could detect the light whisps of orange and purple in the sky, as it was nearly becoming sunset. 'If I could make any unique crystal, I'd want it to capture the picturesque glory of the sunset.' He thought to himself, smiling as he looked back to Dawn. ~Hikaru rushed up to Luna, already full after mowing down almost an entire platter of sandwiches and candy, he seemed ready to go back out to the ocean to play until the cake was ready. "I'll come!" He chimed happily as he bounced around her. ~Rochi at this point had put on a lavender purple over-jacket, concealing her near naked body as she entered the house once again. She gently sat on the sofa, light as a feather, brushing her silky black hair as she hummed to her self a few soft melodies. Volleyball had worked up quite the appetite, and the thoughts of the assortment of food urged her hunger. ~Byakuya stood by silently, now with his jacket zipped up, he had finished his statue and left it standing proudly out there, waving a silent 'hello' to those who would walk past it. He pondered what Hisana would think of his present to her, and hoped he had made the right choice this time, at least, something to impress her beyond anything.
