Chrono was hit with Nuke's kick but all it did was back Chrono away. He smirked at the crowd jeering him on. He climbed on the apron and extended his hand to his ear as he soaked in all of the insults and boos.

Whilst Chrono was setting the crowd off, Nuke was ready to take his chance. Quickly getting to his feet, he attempted to jump up and hit Chrono with a dropkick to the knee, attempting to displace the man from the apron he stood on.

Chrono stood on the apron, his hand was extended to listen to the boos, his other hand was on the ropes and suddenly Nuke jumped up and Chrono couldn't react fast enough and his knee instantly buckled from Nuke's drop kick. His grasp was still on the rope, if he let go he'd most likely fall off.

Landing awkwardly on the mats outside, his leg having caught the apron on the way down, it was obvious that these men were out here to put on a show and were already putting their bodies on the line. Getting on to his knees, Nuke dragged himself in to the ring, where he got to his feet. Stepping back and eyeing up his target, Fusion then walked forward to Chrono, reaching over the top rope and gripping him by the chest. In unorthdox fashion, he would then attempt to German Suplex the God of Time over the top rope!

((umm.. how? Are we talking suplex off the apron to the ground, or suplex into the ring? Because Chrono's back is towards the ring and he's against the ropes, and the other situation is his height making said task hard..))

[[ Basically, reaching over the top rope and attempting to lift him over it, in suplex-fashion. Of course it's a hard task, so I expected you to no-sell it xD ]]

((Pfft lol))
Chrono felt Nuke wrap his arms round his stomach which apparently meant he tried to suplex him or something, and well Chrono wasn't going to go for that. Because Chrono was obviously bigger than Nuke and it was a task in a half itself but also because Chrono attempted to swiftly kick back. Not sure exactly where it'd land..

The kick came back, and caught Nuke on his shin. Nearly collapsing, he grabbed on to the top rope, and tried to regain his composure quickly.

Chrono entered the ring through the ropes, still holding his arm. Chrono was clearly worn out from battling Landry earlier on, and fighting the younger, fresher champion in Nuke. His leg was also bothering him from the drop kick moments ago, yet the resilient God of Time gritted through the pain and continued on.
The crowd cheered though out the match, while they hated both men for their actions they knew a great match when they saw one, and they showed their approval.
Chrono used the ropes to prop himself up, and stared down Nuke who was on his opposite side also holding on to the top rope.

Looking back at Chrono, and then out at the crowd, Nuke closed his eyes and nodded in appreciation at the capabilities of his opponent. Opening his eyes, he shook off the pain in his shin, and walked cautiously forward to the center of the ring where he offered out a tie-up to initiate the next round of offensives.

Chrono nodded back out of respect for his opponent, and then went back into round two with another tie up, this time around he attempted to knee Nuke with his uninjured knee of course in the chest, and follow through with an attempted knee lift.

Nuke should have seen the underhanded knee, as he was caught in the chest, basically doubling over from the impact. But The Prodigy was not to be fooled twice, as he was able to duck and roll away from the incoming Knee Lift. Shaking the cobwebs from his head, Nuke - being the quicker of the two - rushed forward and attempted to use his pace hit a quick Running Neckbreaker before Chrono could recover.

Chrono's knee made contact with Nuke and he thought he had the Prodigy set up for a running knee lift only to find out that he wasn't as fast as he normally was and clearly Nuke took advantage of being the fresher man in the match, and gave Chrono a running neckbreaker.
The tyrannical behemoth fell to the mat clutching the back of his neck. The crowd was going ballistic!

The crowd cheered on at the match, as Fusion landed with his back on the canvas again. Clutching his chest in pain, he then looked to take advantage. Looking up at the scaffolding, Nuke made his way to the ropes and climbed out, picking up the ladder that was earlier thrown at him. He pushed it under the bottom rope, sliding in after it, and attempting to set it up in a hurry.

Chrono didn't move, as this was a chance to regain precious stamina that he'd lost. He did see Nuke set up the ladder, and he of course started to articulate a plan..
