Landry stood up and was about to lay in the boots to his larger opponent, but he remembered he was restricted from any illegal activity, and doing so would get him disqualified.
"DAMNIT!"
Landry shouted and punched himself in the face to let off some of his steam, backing away and begrudgingly allowing Chrono to stand.

"Heh.. A promise is a promise.. Is a promise.." Chrono said getting up menacingly. He was clearly getting satisfaction at Landry's frustration.

"You know what I promise? To make you tap out you sonofabitch," Landry barked back as he watched Chrono stand. Now he had to start back at square one all over again, so he waited in the middle of the ring, offering another collar elbow tie up.

Chrono smirked as he accepted Landry's lock up, 'I've never tapped out...' he said as he then attempted another headbutt, if successful he'd follow through by saying 'and I never will' followed by an attempted DDT.

Landry was nailed with the headbutt, which he should have seen comming but for some reason didn't. Now his cut was a gash, and he normally would have countered the ddt into a northern lights or something of the sorts, but he was too dizzy and was planted on the mat.

Chrono wasn't going to give Landry the benefit of a 'breather' this time like the previous attempt. He went right on the offensive and attempted a STF to the Heartbreaker.

That's Innovator now! But it didn't really matter because the STF is locked in to perfection. Normally Landry would roll over because he tends to be the bigger guy, and that would earn him a pinfall, but now Chrono is bigger and he doesn't have that option, so he has to endure the pain and search for a new way out.

Chrono had the STF locked in, and now he was the one playing the submission role to Landry, he reigned his head back in an attempt to apply more pressure to him.

Landry's neck is arched back at an unnatural angle as he screams out in pain. He uses his upper body strength to try and drag his body with the extra weight on his back closer and closer to the ropes, reaching out to try and save himself.

Chrono smirked at Landry being in pain. "You forget that I can brutalize you as much as I like.. The rules don't apply to me fool" Chrono said as he let go of the hold as he got up and attempted to do a swift elbow drop of sorts to Landry's back.

Landry hadn't forgotten, in fact he only grabbed the rope so he could pull himself to the apron and avoid Chrono's elbow drop!

Chrono expected for his elbow drop into Landry's back, only for it to eat the canvas instead! "Son of b***h" Chrono yelled holding onto his elbow

Landry pulled himself up and attempted an over the top rope senton onto Chrono's chest.

Chrono rolled to his side to prepare to get up, only to be hit by Landry's senton splash. Landry might've wanted to connect to Chrono's chest but he got his arm instead, which in hindsight might be beneficial to him later on during the match...

Landry gets up after connecting awkwardly, rolling to his feet and bounces off the ropes, rebounding back to try and nail Chrono with a crossbody, hopefully taking both of them through the middle rope and down to the floor.
