My Name is Chesa Nenette Chesa was still in thought when Eduard spoke again, not catching what he had said until the last minute, her eyes widening in surprise as she spun to face him. "You want me to what?!" She asked, appalled and, honestly, a bit scared. She didn't like fighting to begin with. To actually turn her magic on a friend... She bit down on her lip, noticing the blue aura. "A-Alright." She agreed after another moment of hesitation. She drew her hand up, palm facing Eduard, and she repeated her previous spell, the air chilling more noticeably as water swirled around her hand. It warped and shifted until it hardened into four crystallized stakes, their tips gleaming in the light, magic coating the thick needles with an ethereal sheen. She hoped this ended well and whispered another spell that sent them flying at the Estonian. ******************************************************************************

 Eduard Von Bock Sophomore / 10th grade When the needles headed towards Eduard, the aura grew a bit brighter and the needles suddenly bounced off and vanished into nothingness. The defensive spell was supposed to protect him from magical attacks. it was a success, but the aura vanished once it fulfilled its duty "it worked! Wow, I was afraid I'd get skewered." he chuckled insecurly. it was a joke though, he knew it would work out just fine. If you ever need help with your studies, I'd be glad to help.

My Name is Chesa Nenette Chesa let out a relieved sigh when the needles vanished and Eduard remained unharmed. Practicing his defenses was okay, but she still had felt a bit insecure sending something potentially dangerous at someone she knew... She glanced over at his insecure chuckle, giving a small smile. "I'm glad it worked. Now, please don't make me do that again." Her words were said jokingly, but she really hoped she wouldn't have to do that again anytime soon... ******************************************************************************

Eduard Von Bock Sophomore / 10th grade "Haha, don't worry, I won't make you do something you don't want to do." So far, his spells were successful. But are they as strong as magic user's? He should do this more often "I wonder what's left for me to do? Hmm.. excluding healing, maybe I could try a speed boost up. Speed would come in handy in battle. But, how can it help a magic-user? My Name is Chesa Nenette She glanced at him. A speed boost? SHe too wondered how that would aid a magic user, taking a moment to think through. "If a magic user was too close to an opponent and needed to put some distance between them, a speed boost would help."" She stated, glancing up at the ceiling as she shot off answers off the top of her head. "If they needed to get an ally to safety, I'm sure that kind of spell would help get away faster than normal." She absently wondered what would happen if Feliciano got a speed boost and was running away. She couldn't help but think of him almost disappearing, maybe more of a blur than he already was. Or he would actually finish the laps Ludwig sometimes made him do... "Yup, then there's the good old fashioned 'running like an Italian.'" Eduard couldn't help but laugh at the Italian joke, he did remember Feliciano running away from battle "You know, this is nice. Finding someone to practice our magical abilities. My Name is Chesa Nenette "I'm sure those who can't use magic will be fine," she replied with a small shrug. She was a bit worried about them, but told herself that the countries that didn't know magic had survived for this long. The only issue was the monsters, since they couldn't be hurt by physical attacks. "Luz Maria said something about blessing weapons. I suppose at least one magic user can do something like that, but I've never tried it or know how to go about performing a blessing." She shrugged. The only blessing she could think of was a religious kind, something she'd learned from Antonio when he was teaching her about Catholicism and God, things she never really took to heart but still remained in her country. "I'm just worried about those who don't like to fight, or might get scared once confronted by the monsters." She stated. ******************************************************************************

She shrugged as he continued, absently twirling a stray lock of hair. "They would be safe. But how many would see that as a strike at their pride and try to fight anyway?" She mused, not really looking for an answer and shrugged again. "They'll have to learn to fight somehow." My Name is Chesa Nenette "Um, right." Chesa pressed her lips into a thin line. Who would be on the battlefield tonight? That question buzzed around in her head. She tried to clear her thoughts and summoned water again, making it whip around the air, moving like a serpent. She hardened it into a long, thin blade, making it move in a way similar to how she wielded her glaive. "The meeting is at seven, right? How much longer does that give us?" She asked absently, noticing how she started to focus a bit more in order to make the water keep its shape. Not much more focus was needed, but she could feel tiny bits of Eduard's spell starting to wear off. ******************************************************************************

Eduard Von Bock Sophomore / 10th grade "How much time? Let's see.... School ended about half an hour ago. So we have plenty of time before nightfall." Eduard went inside his room to get something. he came out with what appeared to be 2 briefcases, a large one and a small one. he opened the both of them, the large one held a beautiful blade, while the other held a black handgun "I guess I should get my weapons ready. Now.... Where can I find a whetstone to sharpen my blade?" Does anyone in the dorms have an old whetstone? Unlikely. he can't use any old stone, or it'll damage his old blade. If you ever need help with your studies, I'd be glad to help.

However, her gaze flickered to Eduard and his weapons, immediately drawn the blade held inside one of the cases. The crystal vanished with her absolute loss of focus and she trotted over to stare at the sword. "Beautiful..." She whispered, straightening when he mentioned a need for a whetstone. She frowned slightly, patting down the pockets of her skirt almost in a comical gesture. "I think I left it back in my room. I can go get it, though." ******************************************************************************

Eduard took out his blade. it hasn't been used in such a long time. Now, he can used it to vanquish evil. he waved it around a bit, practicing a few strike attacks. he turned to Chesa when he heard her mention having a whetstone "You have a whetstone? My Name is Chesa Nenette She nodded. The whetstones she owned weren't big, they fit comfortably into ones palm, but it was better than nothing. "Yeah, I'll go grab them--" She stopped short of leaving, hearing a small caw and a sudden pecking noise from the window nearby. She glanced over, finding a familiar ball of ebony feathers staring at her from the other side of the glass with beady eyes. "Itim..." She grumbled irritatedly, but stopped. The raven could actually help, save her the trouble of heading back to the girl's dorm... She opened the window, extending her wrist for the bird to climb on. She reached out and touched the crown of its head. The flowers in her hair gave a quick glow as she stared Itim in the eyes. "Fetch these." She ordered and projected an image into the raven's mind, the whetstones, bunched together in a bag, and their location in the dorm.
The raven puffed up its feathers and dived out the window. She watched it go, sighing heavily. She'd need to start locking the windows; at this rate, the raven could follow her into battle, and that was something she didn't want to consider. A few minutes later, it flew threw the window, carrying a small bag in its talons. She took it as the crow settled back on her shoulders. "Well, that was fast," She stated quietly. She'd have to make sure the stones weren't damaged later... "Good bird, now go back." She patted the bird's neck and made sure it flew off before shutting the window. "That dang bird." She grumbled under her breath, pulling one of the larger whetstones out and handing it to Eduard. "Here you go, one whetstone." ******************************************************************************
